Not sure about all the negative reviews. I love this location. We always stop when we visit Disney springs. Another person commented about not being given water when asked. We had no problem asking for water. Also it is attached to the World of Disney. Very easy to find.

Last night we stopped by this Starbucks. You have an amazing employee who cheers everyone up! His name is Kent.

I had such a great experience at the Starbucks in Disney Springs! Lauren, the barista, was absolutely fantastic. I came in wanting to try something new, and she took the time to ask questions about what I like, made thoughtful suggestions, and upsold me like a pro — all while crafting the perfect drink! It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Grateful for the wonderful service and positive energy. Thank you, Lauren!

This starbucks is next to the Disney store in the Disney Springs. I had lavender latte with oats milk which taste really good. If you visit order lavender latte for the good and refreshing experience. Little bit expensive but price is as per place you visits.

Amazing Starbucks 👏 I was so happy to come across this Starbucks at Disney Springs. They had free samples of the fall drinks and gave us our small waters for free, which I wouldn't of expected. It was also perfectly decorated for its Halloween spirit. 🎃

Starbucks is always expensive but the one here stands out from the rest for the greatest customer experience. JOLENE kindly and very patiently suggested different options and adds to our order so we could get what we wanted. She went the extra mile and even offered to fix the drinks if we didn’t like them. She also applied our Starbucks stars so we could get one of our drinks for free. All in all… amazing experience!

I had a great experience at this location. I visited in April when the other location was closed, the staff was friendly and moved quickly and efficiently while being the only operating Starbucks in Disney Springs. They have the “Orlando” and “Florida” Discovery Series mugs available to purchase (or use your stars), and all the regular menu and seasonal items available. You can also use your stars and Starbucks gift cards here.

This Starbucks is our least favorite anywhere as it is an outside, open air, walk up window style like Joffrey’s (which is just 75 feet away). The queue line is mostly not protected from the sun and rain. Fortunately the lines are usually short. This location does not have any outdoor seating, and service levels are just average, but the advantage is convenience if you are nearby. As long time, frequent Starbucks customers, we highly recommend the Disney Springs Westside location. Some of the photos on this Google site actually belong to Starbucks Westside.

i am 6 months pregnant and moving around in the florida heat is very difficult. i went up to the pick up window and kindly asked the women if i could have a small tap water, something i’ve done multiple times at other starbucks. and the women behind the counter was extremely rude and said no because i didn’t buy anything, when the women before me asked her for two cups of water and even a carrier and she hadn’t ordered anything… i am latina and wonder if this has anything to do with it… very sad. i have never been treated this rudely at disney before… left disappointed and with not even wanting to come back…

Ordered a simple black coffee for mobile pickup. It was delivered filled to the brim with extremely hot coffee, so much that one could not grip the cup without overspillling the coffee. When i sat down on a nearby bench, i accidentally gripped too tightly and when the hot coffee started burning my hand I reflexively dropped the coffee onto the ground, spilling the entire contents. Not a single Disney/Starbucks worker did anything to alleviate the situation. Finally, after my daughter received her order, we walked away. The business process issues are: 1) Coffee too hot to be served. 2) Should leave room at the top to account for the fact that this is a mobile order/pickup location. People are going to be walking with their coffee and it is going to slosh! 3) Everyone behind the counter and no one watching the front area. I expect better from Starbucks and from Disney. I hate to be a negative Nelly, but… Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had on a Disney property.

Had a very unpleasant experience. A worker with blue hair rolled her eyes at me and my family when asking a question about my drink. We waited for a good ten minutes when everyone else’s drink came out. She kept picking my cup up and putting it down while she proceeded to make 6 other drinks. I do not recommend coming to this starbucks they will probably roll their eyes at you.

Paid for caramel drizzle. Checked and was NO drizzle in my coffee. Asked to have drizzle and was told no, it had dropped to the bottom. NO caramel was put in the coffee. Customer experience is awful!

Disappointed by the rude service at this Disney Springs location. The baristas completely ignored my 10-year-old son and treated him as if he didn’t matter. Starbucks is usually great, but I won’t return to this one. Respect should be shown to all customers, especially the next generation.
