It can be quite busy in here but its a nice grab and go option. The only place i found white claws in Epcot (i didnt check everywhere tho). The new pistachio macaroon is really good and a great size for the money and for splitting. Definitely recommend this one over the ones at Cake Bake Shop.y favorite Macaroon is still the raspberry lime one from Le Halles in France.
Stopped here for breakfast and the egg sandwiches and pastries were amazing. So fresh and tasty. I heard people mention Seasons before but I thought it would just be like cafeteria food, but I was wrong. If you are stopping in this area, you really need to stop here. The milkshakes also look amazing.
Must try Remy shake. Strawberry shake with a checkedy blue and white cookie. Also has real strawberry on top with a piece of cheesecake! So cute and I would definitely get this again! Better hurry and get one before they change it!
Definitely an underrated dining option at Epcot. The food court and number of seats isn’t as vast as the Connections Cafe, but Sunshine Seasons still shines. I really enjoyed the rotisserie chicken plus the two sides of green beans and yellow rice. I was able to substitute the black beans with green beans. My spouse got pizza and a super delicious brownie. Definitely felt very ‘90s vibes from sitting at the table and overall atmosphere. Also has Soarin’ and Living Land rides in the building.
I was in EPCOT at Sunshine Seasons to try Churro Milkshake, about the flavor is literally “Chicha” from South America, great Mickey cake pop it was awesome, the little churro could be better and the pretzel is salty “super salty” finally the cookie was “a cookie”
We have come here a lot of times throughout our visits to Epcot. This time, I got the birria tacos. When I went to the station with the tacos, I asked if I could get them without cilantro and onion. They informed me that they come on the side anyway, and then served me the tacos. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed with the size of the tacos and the quality. It was clear that they had just been sitting there for a while because they were pretty dry. I also went and got a side of mashed potatoes because I felt like the three tacos were not going to be enough to satiate me. They have full-size cups available for water, which is awesome. The food itself was decent. The tacos were dry as mentioned, and the consomme that they came with did little to help that. I put the consomme in my mashed potatoes which made them even more flavorful. All in all, I've had really great meals here so I'm not going to ding them for this one meal that was subpar.
Sunshine Seasons is a large, cafeteria-style restaurant on the bottom floor of the Land Pavilion in Epcot. It is between the Living with the Land and Soarin' rides. Menu selection is good. Adult beverages available, too. Large area for seating inside. No views. Can get loud and hectic, but it's relatively inexpensive for Disney. Counter service is fast and friendly. Recommended if you are on a budget or a hurry.
We had a great dining experience eating here at the sunshine. That was some of the fastest service we have had during our entire vacation. The food was fresh and delicious. Finding seating was not a problem. Great selection, especially for kids.

Perhaps the best place to eat from an affordability standpoint. No pics of food, it was devoured. Wait time was minimal and the food options from the 4 or so different food "stations" were awesome. Soft drinks were refillable during dine-in. Kids choices included some great carrots, apple slices and potato chips. The pepperoni flatbreads, hotdogs and roast beef sandwich options we made satisfied a family of five with no leftovers. Condiment and cutlery stations offered several options. Seating was ample and someone was continuously cleaning. Afterwards, go ride Living off the Land.

Got a quick bite to eat and was disappointed in the Mickey mouse cinnamon roll. The coffee was hot good. The fruit was kind of fresh. The star of the show was the croissant, it was very good. Do you have to bounce in and bounce out cuz you're following Tigger and Pooh bear then this will stop for you.
Great quick service restaurant in Epcot The Land. Lots of variety and reasonable prices. Meals are made to order. I had the chicken stir fry (substituted the fried rice for the white rice). My wife has an onion and garlic so she talked to the chef and he personally made salmon and rice for her. The portions are large enough to share and were delicious. They allow refills on their soft drinks. Hardly ever see anyone do it but I checked.
Sunshine Seasons has amazing staff who really make your visit enjoyable. The food was pretty good, and the hot sauce is hands-down the best I’ve ever had! The food hall was very noisy and crowded, which made it a bit hard to relax. Other than that, everything was great, fresh options, tasty meals, and a convenient indoor spot to eat at EPCOT. Definitely worth a stop!
This is the food court that’s at the first floor of the Land Pavilion. This restaurant offers various health-conscious items including Asian fusion and other options. You get to dine in the lobby of the Land Pavilion, which is cool. The service was friendly and took care of our needs. I got the pizza roll and the bee cookie. The pizza roll is the best pizza option I’ve ever tasted in property, with a crunchy crust and the good insides. The bee cookie was sweet like a sugar cookie. However, the honey on top was the only thing that was actually honey. Overall, would recommended, but there’s better options in World Showcase.
If you’re looking for a spot with a lot of tables in the AC to rest at Epcot, this is a great area! We tried the cheese flatbread and pistachio macaron. The macaron was tender and perfectly crispy, flavor was natural and not overpowering. It was big enough to split! Cheese flatbread was solid but nothing fancy.
There was a nice variety of choices here: Asian, grill options, pizza, a hefty turkey sandwich, and a plentiful dessert counter. I had the sweet and sour chicken which was a generous portion. Also tried the key lime tart and specialty cupcake which was an earl grey tea cake with honey frosting and orange curd in the center. Plenty of seating indoors as well.

PROS: 1) Lots of variety from several chef stations: Asian, Italian, rotisserie chicken, pizza, salads, sandwiches, desserts, etc. (not your usual Disney "burgers & chicken nuggets"); 2) Lots of seating & just steps from the Soarin' and Living with the Land rides (though it does get crowded) // CONS: 1) Food tends to be bland. I ordered the Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice: rice was dry, overcooked & under-seasoned and the Mongolian Beef was NOT Chinese-authentic. Sauce was slightly sweet, but needed much more spice & seasoning to be "Mongolian". 2) Also small portions at a high price, but hey, this is Disney. RECOMMENDATION: Eat at Connections Cafe - better quality food there.

We came here for the Remy Shake! It was a Strawberry cheesecake milkshake. We were quite disappointed and it’s definitely overhyped! It was just a normal vanilla shake with shortbread on top which was flavourless and soft, the chocolate decorations were literally inedible as they didn’t melt so we were chewing for ages - very cheap chocolate. Wouldn’t recommend but the staff were lovely and we can’t fault the service!

I would not recommend the stir fry chicken. It is really spicy and the chicken was raw. It had a gray rubbery texture to it. Also the cashier acted like we bothered her conversation she was having with someone else. The kids pack though with the Peanut Butter and Jelly Uncrustable was really good. Lol
Will raise my rating when they start serving dinner. Don’t know why a good multifaceted, quick service, diverse kitchen with plenty of indoor seating wouldn’t serve dinner in addition to their just snacks and alcohol. I know there are a ton of eating options especially festival season, but thought dinner after Soarin would be great now we gotta go walk to the other side of the park for dinner. Lol

The absolute worst food in all of Disney. We went to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, and all of the food cafes were good except this one. It was horrible. My son got a pizza which tasted like cardboard and I got a parfait which tasted like vomit. It actually made me feel sick the rest of the day and almost ruined my trip. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Ordered Stir-fried Shrimp but received Stir-fried Chicken (and I didn't notice until I sat down). I like chicken, so I tried it anyway. The chicken was dry and had a weird taste. My husband ordered the Mongolian Beef. Neither the beef or chicken were edible. We both ate the rice and sauce which was ok.
