This Wendy's location is awesome! Rad the new manager is turned this location around, he works with a real sense if urgency and goes above and beyond to make you satisfied you chose his restaurant. My son and I love coming here for lunch every few weeks and he always makes sure his crew is on their game and our order is right! Keep up the good work Rad!

Had my best drive thru experience tonight. Eugenio had amazing customer service. I had forgotten to ask for an under age 3 toy and he said I will take care of it and he did. He made sure my order was correct and the drive thru was fast as well. Amazing keep up the good work sir!!!

Staff is helpful, cheerful and professional. Food is always hot and the drive thru has always been quick and efficient. I've never had my order be wrong or that something was missed. I love Wendy's 5 for $5. Me and my 2 children all find something delicious and filling to eat here. As far as fast food goes, this Wendy's is the only place I go to!

I ordered a biggie bag, a jbc with sweet n sour sauce and a sprite. A worker named Vanessa a light skin girl with a nose piercing I believe took my order and charged me and handed out my food, I didn't see any other workers and she was wearing gloves so I'm assuming she also made my sandwich, this sandwich is the best sandwich I've ever had, I had sauce with an extra one without asking, I had napkins as well, she was very friendly and overly cheerful. I hope to see her more often as I frequently come here and hardly ever see her, we need more workers like her.

So disappointed in Wendy's used to be so good . I haven't ordered since Our Son passed away. Ordered on Grubhub. Our food was smashed into a small bag and didn't receive a fries . It probably wouldn't fit in the small bag !! Disappointed

I like Wendy’s for many things. Their chocolate Frosty has always been my favorite, and lately I’ve also fallen for the Orange Coke Cream Soda (diet version). This Lake Elsinore location is especially nice — cozy, clean, and the customer service is truly exquisite. It’s one of those rare fast-food spots where you actually feel welcomed. Ordered a vanilla frosty and a double stack from the Wendy’s points that I had by far one of the nicest Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to they make sure to keep the establishment really clean I feel that the representative here truly went above and beyond with Service. The food was very fast and nice and hot tasted like it was made fresh. In my short visit, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the open layout, please to see that the drink stations and where the napkins and stuff were very clean. All the tables were wiped down and in a very orderly manner nice Wendy’s location that accepts EBT, which is really cool nice Wendy’s location in Lake Elsinore, California.

I was amazed how friendly the employees were starting from the cashier Claudia to a gentlemen named Eugenio. He saw that I was carrying my son and took the initiative to help me carry my food. They were both very kind and welcoming which I very much appreciated it. Often times you don’t see excellent customer service in the fast food industry but they definitely are a great example of what excellent customer service is. Thank you! This is my local Wendy's. I highly recommend this place. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is always quick and on point. My burger was hot and juicy. The ingredients fresh. It's making me hungry thinking about it. The fries were crisp and hot. I never make it home before finishing my fries. And the Rootbeer a perfect blend of fizz and flavor! The salads are great too.

Just walked in to place an order, the manager wearing a Louis Vuitton mask was being extremely harsh to the team members and treated them like trash. The team members looked uncomfortable and all over the places, definitely not their faults due to the lunch rush. Food was great but that manager needs to step up and help instead of yelling.

Went here via drive-thru. They took my order without any issues whatsoever, and are not afraid to make sure said order is completely correct. For those who haven't eaten here before--like me--they were patient when I told them that I was still deciding. It didn't take TOO long, but I was a little surprised that there wasn't any attitude (unlike somewhere like McDonald's..) Their burgers are.. wow. I thought the square beef patty would be tough to chew, but it was the exact opposite: said patty was juicy and chewy upon first bite, so their way of never using frozen beef (or at least not freezing it) seems pretty accurate. My burger was still hot even after I drove away. Awesome. The only thing bad was.. the fries. The fries are way too salty. Think I saw somewhere that they use sea salt, but even then.. that's way too much. The texture of the fries seem okay besides that. Overall, I think this is the kind of place you would go to if you ever want to take a break from the popular In-N-Out Burger (due to the burgers being "too much".. I can't exactly describe it other than that) but want something better other than McDonald's and even Burger King. They've got great service too, which is a definite win.

Only reason I don't give them five stars, is because I have to drive more than four miles to get to a Wendy's. Otherwise, they would get SIX STARS, they are always super clean, on their toes waiting for your order, the Burger's are AlWAYS GREAT TASTING, and their prices entice you to come back.☺

I always like to order the Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe. So far it has not disappointed. But I'm not a fan of the new kiosks. I couldn't figure out how to use my reward points or online offers. So I had to wait until someone came to the register.

This was based off todays order. I order 2 #7 baconator breakfast combos. I paid never got a receipt and also when I got home the order was wrong. One was the #7 and the other one was some other combo. Also I said 1 combo large and got both large

Normally they are good, as if late my food has been cold. The other night the workers were playing in the drive thru and my food was horribly cold. Initially I got the incorrect food. Please work on HOT BUURGERS.

Wendy's has predictable quality food and if you get the salad with chili, you're eating fairly healthy fast food.. It may be our local Lake Elsinore Wendy's but the store seems to have a pretty rapid turnover. Everybody has to start somewhere in their career but it would be easier on the customers if the new folks were supervised more closely during their training period.

Usually the service is great, but not the management. I was accidentally charged for a wrong item, no one confirmed the order before charging me. I tried to explain the situation to a manager and he gave me the correct item in exchange for the wrong one that I had received, then he walked away without giving me the extra that I had paid (what I had tried to order was cheaper than for what I was charged). I had to wait for another manager whom actually helped me, I could tell the first one was confused and very untrained with management and customer service.

This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered a baconator combo and everything was good except the fries. For whatever reason when I went to eat the fries they lit my mouth on fire! They were spicy! I asked them to be remade the staff did without salt thinking that may be it however the fries still were spicy. Other than that the food was good.

I like this place it's ok. I especially love coming for a frosty. Today I tried their chicken sandwich it was ok, it was dry. Food was already made an sitting there because right after we placed the order, it was on a tray and ready to eat. I was like wow ok lol. Yeahh I prefer fried food fresh off the fryer lol. Other than that the staff is amazing. I am also disliking these new coke machines they dispense no syrup to carbonated water and the drinks suck.

The food was...ok... The service was lousy. Should have known, when the customers ahead of us brought back THEIR order because it was incorrect. The cashier seemed totally oblivious and was to busy chatting and in conversation with her coworkers or flirting with the previous customers who's order was incorrect, to see to our order properly. She misspelled our name (How do you misspell Murphy?!?!), barely remembered to ask us what we wanted to drink, forgot our straws, (and I only realized after we got home) she never asked what sauces we wanted for the spicy chicken nuggets we ordered.

This is the second Wendy's I've been to where the food is only warm. The bun on my sandwich was cold. I could feel the cold through the wrapper. The other Wendy's was on mission for Rd in San Diego. Quality and speed of service have suffered greatly in the last 10 years.

The fries were "almost" done. They dont have a refill machine,you have to ask for a refill !!! Too much ice in my cup !!! 2 stars. Burger was not fresh fries were not done.

Italian chicken sandwich had only a small bit of sauce on it so it was dry. Baked potato tasted like it had been sitting for a bit. Iced tea had no ice.

Really dissappointed...I used the mobile app to order, when I showed up to pick up in the drive-through I had to wait 10 minutes at the window. I was ok with that, thinking I was going to get fresh food...but boy was I wrong. While they had no problem making me wait, as soon as they handed me the bags, I felt like they were rushing me off when I asked if that was all the food and they responded, "yes, of course, ok, bye." As I started to go to the street, I reached for a fry and was disappointed with a cold, stale fry. Then when I got home, i realized they didn't give me all that I ordered....when I tried to call, they didn't answer the phone. Since it was a mobile order, I don't know if they were supposed to give me a receipt or not...so I don't know if that warrants a complaint that I didn't get one.

I ordered a meal and asked for a large fry and medium drink. I got a medium fry. It cost $12.50. They didn't give any napkins whatsoever. This used to be a good place to get a meal but not anymore.

Stood in line with my 2 kids for about 10 minutes. We were the only people in line. Employees continuously walked past us and said nothing. Horrible customer service! Even a simple hi we will be right with you. Or an acknowledment would go a long way.

Ordered the asiago combo, normal chicken, and specifically mentioned no ranch and no cheese at the drive thru. When the order showed on the screen, it specifically showed ranch and cheese being removed. I park and find out my sandwich has both. No big deal, the drive thru was empty and in my experience employees at drive thrus usually fix their mistake. I see they gave me no receipt I drove up to the order screen and the lady who took myorder the first time was on speaker again. So im thinking cool, i can explain the mixup. I tried explaining that my sandwich was made with both ranch and cheese. Easy enough right? The lady is wonderful and polite, this review has no reflection on her because she was very kind 5star for her. The problem was the pale boy who took the mic and rudely said the sandwiches come that way. So i explain that i saw on the order screen that my sandwich had the customization. At the window i mentioned they didnt give me a receipt, but they remade my sandwich. The boy had a rude attitude, but thankfully the lady was the one who i interacted with directly. Got my sandwich. Still no receipt though... so what the heck Wendys? Is there a policy that allows such behaviors from your workers? I never ate here before and after this, im glad to continue not gving my business to an establishment with poor management. These kids could learn a lesson or two about manners from the lady. A sincere thank you miss!:)

Fries were over cooked and warm not hot, nuggets tasted like they were sitting under a lamp for quite some time, and again the burger was warm not hot. Not used to this type of quality from Wendy’s...sad. I thought maybe it was close to closing time because I was told exact change or card only..but now that I see they’re open til 11 and I was there at 915 there’s no excuse for the poorness of quality.

The food was warm today but when they got my order wrong, they asked for the sandwich back. I’m not unhygienic but you know if I told them there’s bacon missing from my sandwich you know I touched that bun and lettuce to double check. I hope either the cashier or the Mexican lady from the reviews eat it because this is not cool if they plan on recycling it for another customer

They are supposed to have the 2 for $5 deal so I ordered 2-10 piece nuggets and 1 chicken sandwich. I saw that they charged me regular price, when I got to the window I asked the girl if they still had that deal she said they did but I had to get another sandwich so I said OK and she did not fix my total. They still charged me regular price, taxes on $10 dollars is not $4 dollars. I still got overcharged.

Overall most people there are ok. But one of the male flamboyant males in there threw coffee at me today. I hope he liked what he got in return and there is more to come.

I hate being told the "System is down, I can't take your order." The more appropriate response is: "Our credit card system is dpwn. So, I will not be to take a credit card. I will be able to take cash if you have it." I don't understand how we live in a world where everything relies on a computer, and no one has any other way of "ringing up an Order" when the system is down. Create a backup system please. I'll even provide you what that backup system can be: 1. Hire people that can do math. 2. Educate your people on how to handle manual orders without using a computer. 3. Take orders from customers and utilize cash. 4. This will take some more effort from your managers to help adjust the inventory at the end of the day. Problem solved. Happy customer & good for business.

This store didnt accept my tmobile coupon when i went to the restaurant in person. They said they only accept mobile order. But in reality there are 2 options. Mobile order or restaurNt pickup. Went through the drive thru and asked for the 4 for 4 bacon cheeseburger jr. with 3 ranch 1 bbq and ketchup. They only put 2 ranch on the order so I politely asked if they could add one more. I get home and open the bag. 2 ranch 1 bbq and no ketchup. Already annoyed that I had to ask twice for 3 ranch and ended getting 2 with no ketchup, I open my burger up to find no bacon on it. Ridiculous.

First off they got my order wrong. I didn’t get a receipt at the window nor did they give me all of the food that I ordered. 37.00 for NOTHING just ridiculous most definitely need to talk to corporate.

Food quality was garbage for fast food.. Cold fries, spicy chicken sandwich here was 1/3rd the size of the same sandwich at the Temecula location. Staff was busy chatting. I wont be returning to this location.

This place is terrible. Not only did they mess up our order which wasn’t that big of deal, They did not give us our card back. Before we realized it , we were half way to Vegas. We called and confirmed they had the card and said they would hold it until we got back home. Mind you the gal I spoke with, said she would let her GM know. We told them we would be there Sunday evening. We Just pulled up to get , no card, can’t find it. While we were in there , another gentleman was telling them they messed up his order 3 times. Clearly the night shift is struggling.

Y'all want $20/hr but cannot even put the right condiments in my bag let alone figure out which order is mine when there was a total of two orders? Rating should be half a star for the half a brain the employees collectively have. How are you going to give me cold food and a warm frosty?

Super disappointed as money has now been wasted and they couldn't get my order right. And yes, my order was correct on the monitor.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. I had a terrible experience for the second time now. Usually I try not to go back to a place I have a bad experience at, it has been over a month since the last visit. The crew was craving chili and baked potatoes here on a rainy day and it sounded good so I decided to stop. First of all I spent forever at the speaker getting drenched in the rain with the window down waiting for the person to take my order, then she stopped and went away in the middle of taking my order. We ordered Three (3) small chilis with cheese and onions on the side, a classic bacon cheeseburger, and two (2) sour cream and chive baked potatoes. We received two (2) chilis, Two (2) potatoes with no sour cream, and a big bacon cheddar cheeseburger (the wrong burger). When they handed me the food the lady walked away from the window and didn't come back for me to confirm my order or ask for any additional items, nor did I receive a receipt. Will not be going back. on the other hand the new Wendy's in Menifee by my house is great.

Need to teach Employee: Diamond. Basic communication & mannerisms. She was working front, ignored everyone in line(4 people) and when she did help someone, her tone was very rude. And gave off snarky remarks. Definitely ruined by experience at this store. As for the others.

Got in line at 8:09 got out at 8:48. Gas is almost 6 bucks a gallon. Spent 17 bucks to get a tiny cold burger with small soggy fries and the wrong drink. A rude skinny man just waved me off like nothing when i wanted an explanation. At this point its intentional disrespect here. Avoid coming here if you can. This is everything wrong with fast food. Wish i could leave negative stars.

Worst Wendy's in the area. Probably one of the newest location in this area, yet the drive through doesn't work, for some reason they only have iced tea, and the menu is crazy limited. The entire restaurant smells like a porta potty, and there are cracks hanging out front both signs asking for money, and the staff is hanging out with them. Super nasty wendys. Serves me right for trying to be lazy.....

The service was awful! They got my order wrong two times and not fresh. I asked for a refund mgr stated he he could not do it. I had to wait for the morning shift. I was left with food that went to the trash. If this was the only fast food in my area I would never eat Out! 😤

Lady had attitude after forgetting to put the whole order in the bag. She never apologized and acted like we did something wrong for asking them to correct the order.

Waited 15 minutes as the second person in line to order. Got up to order and the person acted like they didnt have time for it quickly sent me to pay without rereading my order got my food only half my order. She was to busy to put in the rest of my order so my 30 minute wait for my food was for nothing.

Maybe we came on wrong day but this was the worst wendys experience I've had. The drive thru took more than 35 minutes to get through. On top of that EVERYTHING we ordered was wrong. They had to take the receipt back to get it right.. so more waiting. Please get your team work together.

I'm handicapped person and come here every day because I've lost so much weight I need to gain some weight I always order large fries and a large chocolate Frosty but since the large fries are on sale they don't want me to have my senior discount when I buy Fry's on sale. One of the managers told me I could place two separate orders and that is what I did and the girl said that I could. Please two separate orders at the drive-through that I would have to drive through again. I was already waiting quite a long time and I told her never mind I'll just get the Frosty I forget about the fries. when I got to the window she told me they don't have any Chocolate Frosty's because their machine was down. She collected the money for the Frosty and then she told me that the machine was down. Does that make sense to anyone.?

I went in for breakfast, and I was informed after the fact that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my meal because their register at the drive thru was the only one open? Standard practice for a place that’s not doing too well to overload one register to keep labor on track? I left without a meal because they were unable to accept my payment. The morning crew on Wednesday august9th At 730am had horrendous customer service.

I am a bit disappointed, I ordered a big order $46.90 and I noticed as soon as I got home that the receipt isn't inside the bag and I'm missing some of my food. I am trying too call too let them know and they aren't answering the phone. The older Mexican lady that charges me was very rude as Iam asking her too read me back what I ordered because in the screen i didn't see my bacanator so I asked her if she got and she answered me like if I was bothering her and replied yelling saying it's the first thing you ordered and out of courtisness I asked her should I wait in the front and she replied with a attitude again and rolled her eyes at me and said yes. So as soon as I parked they gave me my food all fast and trying too cut me off line if I'm bothering them. So how am I supposed to tell them about my food if they kept my receipt. Im upset that they made me feel unappreciated of my business.

This was probably the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. Drive thru order was missing 2 major items an entire breakfast sandwich and an order of French toast sticks 6 count. Had to drive back because I didn't check before I left. The manager seemed annoyed and not believing that I was shorted the items and kept my receipt (I never thought to ask for my receipt back I was so frustrated at that time). No real apologies or concerns, just irritated I was there. Sadly, it could've been handled much better, and I didn't go in with an attitude. Maybe it was an off day...

I normally LOVE Wendy's!! But, last time we had food there, it was awful 😢! I have been ordering the salads since Wendy's started selling them! They were so delicious. I was really craving one, so my son went to pick up Wendy's for the family. I was excited ! Then I opened my salad. The smell was terrible. The lettuces were wilted and most were slimy. The apples were rubbery. Such a letdown from what I was expecting. Normally, 1 bad experience wouldn't prompt me to write a review, but the salad was really bad. I worked in foodservice for over 40 years. That salad shouldn't have been served. Fast food or restaurant. Doesn't matter. Especially when they are a bit pricey . The burgers, that the rest of my family had, were over cooked and dry. Overall, not the usual experience. I felt that I had to say something, especially because afterwards, my son reached out to Wendy's to let them know, and never heard back. That's all.

We arrived 9:50pm and asked if they were still open as the website says they were . We were directed to the kiosk ( since you can’t ever talk to a cashier anymore ) Told the manager we were confused and if he could please help us . He said “no I have a line of customers you can figure it out “ I walked out . You lost my business. Please retrain them tiny man .

Came here to get my kids a quick bite before traveling home...9 hours away. I completely understand that there are a lot of businesses that are short staffed. After ordering, we noticed 2 people working. 25 minutes later, we were still waiting for our order. People before and after us got their food, ate and left. I asked the cashier, and she said sorry about the delay, grabbed the receipt rudely from my hands, and mumbled b!+@# under her breath. Then, she stood by the fryer, talking rudely about us wanting our food and not waiting. I was not rude towards her or anyone. I wanted to know if our order had been accidentally deleted from the screen. Will not stop here again.

Drive thru-waited ten minutes in my car. They didn’t bring my food. I walked in. My food was waiting in the counter. Fries were cold.

I had a terrible experience at the Wendy’s in Lake Elsinore. I first ordered an Apple Chicken Salad. The chicken was old and dried out, the apples tasted old, and parts of the lettuce were already brown. I returned it and tried to give them another chance. They replaced it with a Cobb Salad, which somehow was worse. The bacon was raw. At that point I gave up and threw the salad away. I also ordered a lemonade, which was extremely watered down with almost no flavor. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the food quality was unacceptable from start to finish. This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Ordered food inside at the kiosk, a bum stole the food, and the manager (who literally can not speak English) informed us through a translator that she doesn’t believe us. We paid for food and never got it. The manager, through her translator, told us we can file a police report but that she will not give us food. This place is insane!!!!!!!

Everytime you go to drive through you can count on them making you wait in the parking lot for your food and fail to hand you your food. Don’t come here unless you want your time wasted.

The staff is incompetent. Nothing ever seems to be working in the kitchen and you have to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I’m done with Wendy’s overall the staff at this location is terrible

Person working the drive thru at night always has a bad attitude, always rude and passive aggressive. No idea why they don’t just quit if they hate their job that bad. I’m not the only one noticing this for at least the last year here. One time told me that the vanilla frostys were out so I asked for a caramel one. They let out this long heavy sigh and passive aggressively said “I said the vanilla frostys are out tonight.” How am I supposed to know? I didn’t know a caramel frosty was made from vanilla. But they take it so personally. Also got cold, stale fries tonight. Fantastic.

I normally go here and don't have an issue but tonight I went at like 11:30pm and they served me a completely raw burger, the fact that I payed 18$ for the meal and they still couldn't prepare it properly was ridiculous. I could've eaten something worth my money

The food over all was decent, but this place has 3 major issues. First off, the old Mexican woman has the attitude from hell. I brought this up to my dad and apparently she always has one. I was here a few days ago and the place was pretty clean and I saw someone actually cleaning the tables, but today they were all dirty and the condiments table had uncleaned spillage everywhere both this visit and the last one. Then, one of my orders was saucy nuggs and for whatever reason one of the containers was sauced pretty generously, but the other had barely any, but I've only ordered them once so maybe they were just out of sauce. If it wasn't the only Wendy's in town I wouldn't return to this one.
