Love del taco but hate the new self service kiosk every person who used it while I was there had problems with it. Please get rid of it and go back to good old customer service

Service used to be great, but now they've installed self-serve kiosks and make dine-in customers use those instead of placing an order with an employee. The kiosks don't display rewards and such and less than useful for rewards customers, and there's no longer human interaction with staff.

Place was clean and the service was good. The food was not at top taste. Chicken soft tacos tortilla were stale and the chili cheese fries were old and half of cheese didn't melt.

Seriously, I was shocked to get my burger from del taco, which I've heard nothing but good things to only get this for over 3 bucks! The hamburger was so thin that there was an actual whole in the meat, and the bun was so thick and dry. Like it was stale and barely warm. Like what happened to "what can we make fresh for you today?" The only good thing I had was the hot fries and milkshake.

We just got our order of grilled chicken from Del taco and the chicken was salty and so burnt up tough that we couldn’t even eat our chicken tacos. I tried to call them to let them know, but their number is no longer in service. Guess we won’t be going back there anymore

Ordered food online here, pick up time was about 5 pm on the 24th, and the drive thru person didn’t greet us or say anything, but was chatting profusely with what I assume was a coworker. She was wearing a G.O.A.T. sweater but the only thing she is the greatest of all time at is giving into her emotions and being unprofessional. I eat here several times a week and always had great customer service. They also didn’t give me the food I ordered. They make all the other team members who strive to provide good customer service and work hard here look terrible.

First, let me start with the worker in the drive thru. Wow! Personality of a turnip. Now about the food....yuck. I spent 28.00 on garbage, they should pay me to eat it. Had The fish tacos. The Tortilla was not warm it just fell apart and the fish was dry and overcooked. I could've broke a tooth on them. Had 2 yuck for both and that's sad because other del tacos the fish tacos are so good. Now the fries...they were cold and old, not fresh at all!!! I would avoid this location.

Manager; Today, Oct.13 the man in the drive through window got out orders wrong plus wears so much Cologne that the smell was on our food wrappers, cups, napkins, sauce packets. Doesn’t the manager monitor things that will stop customers from buying? I won’t buy till he’s gone.

I just got my food and the order for Macho was really a small in a macho fry container (has happened now twice) and the fries had a black hair on it so I'm pretty upset that once again my large was a small and this time had a hair in it. The service itself was good, its just frustrating when the order comes up wrong multiple times, probably will avoid Del Taco now. *EDIT*Contacted del taco online through the website so hopefully they make it right because I'm hungry and that was a waste of my time/gas/money.*
