This is my favorite restaurant in California. Everything from the eggs benedict to the French dip to the five cheese mac and cheese, everything I've had here is amazing quality, generous portions, and utmost reasonable price. Definitely a must visit when you're in Orange County, always a pleasure to visit this restaurant and the shop with Quail Eggs and Beets are also quote amazing!

This place is Cool 😎 We had the Brussels and spinach artichoke dip for starters. I had the Tennessee hot chicken sandwich and wifey and granddaughter had French Dip Sandwiches.. Very good food there 👌 its like a mini Cracker Barrel. I bought some candy Jalapenos and some avocado??? green salsa.. Ohh so good Go there, its Good. Trust me

OMGoodness!!! We had the award winning burger and the prime rib. They were cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious. Our server Noah was awesome. The only problem I had was my stomach wasn't big enough to eat all the food that was in front of me. Not their fault, mine. Hahaha. This place is the bomb.com. (I guess y'all know I'm old now 😆)

One of the BEST places to eat in OC!! The server & owner were both very accommodating and kind. They gave us great recommendations and truly thought through how things would taste best since my husband has a few allergies. The food was AMAZING. Just real, feel good food that tastes wonderful. The quality is 100% there. I can’t wait to bring family back here!!

We are long time fans of this place. Excellent locals vibe. Food is fantastic, cocktails are great. The desserts are outstanding...especially the chocolate Bru cake. My wife loves the Risotto. I usually get the sausage trio because I enjoy it so much. Sauerkraut, potatoes, 3 mustards, and 3 different types of sausage. The flatbreads are great, and the Mac and cheese and calamari are always big hits with our family. You cant go wrong here.

First time at Lucille's. New favorite place, we had a fantastic lunch. Got the two meat, two sides plate with Baby Back Ribs and Pork Belly Burnt Ends with Coleslaw and Potato Salad. My luncheon partner had Brisket and Pulled Pork with BB Beans and Mac and Cheese. Everything was super yummy, particularly the melt-in-your-mouth burnt ends, seriously they are phenomenal. Service, menu and vibe are all on point. Fun place with awesome food. Recommended!

This is hands-down one of the best Southern barbecue places I’ve ever been to, an easy 5 stars! The brisket was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The biscuit that comes with the food was just as amazing, soft, buttery, and the perfect complement to the meal. Honestly, everything on the menu is exceptionally good (and I can say that confidently because we tried almost everything!). If you’re a fan of true Southern BBQ, this spot is a must.

The barbeque here is delicious. My boyfriend absolutely loved the baby back ribs and devoured them like it was the best thing he ever tasted. Honestly, watching him eat ribs here was entertainment on its own. Everything we ordered was delicious — from the baby back ribs, the brisquet, the mac and cheese, the sautéed veggies, to the complimentary warm apple butter biscuits (seriously addictive) to their amazing selection of table barbecue sauces. When in the neighborhood, we’ll definitely be back.

We came here for a team lunch. I think our table was a little bit small (party of 12). The appetizers were great. We all ordered a main course. I think the appetizers were better than the main courses. The portion for the main courses were a little small for the prices. I didn't order beer but I think other enjoyed their drinks. The restaurant interior was great. I like the farmhouse feel. It could be a bit dark at night I think as the color of the interior is pretty dark. Overall, it was a nice dining experience. It'll also be a nice dating spot 😉

Bru is one of those restaurants that you go once and keep coming back for brunch you just get hooked. I love their brunch it’s incredible and unique with quality food and great service. My favorite is their French dip it’s a killer sandwich and that horse radish cream sauce is outstanding. Almost everything on their menu is great with great portions. Another dish that I love is their brisket skillet topped with over easy eggs.

Bru Grill & Market offers a delightful dining experience with great staff who provide friendly and attentive service. The good food stands out, especially the amazing crab cakes and flatbread, which are must-tries. The ample parking adds convenience, and the great patio is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. It’s a good date spot, offering a cozy yet lively atmosphere. However, one drawback is the smudged wine glasses, which detract slightly from the otherwise excellent experience. Despite this, the overall quality of the food, service, and ambiance shines through. A great choice for casual dining or a romantic night out. Just hope for cleaner glassware next time!

This is an OK place with decent food. We had great service. The booth was comfy and atmosphere was quiet so we could talk. The soft shrimp tacos were above average and fresh. The crispy ahi tuna mini taco appetizer was even better. The ice tea was terrible, undrinkable. We had to skip cocktails since it was mid-day. This was our first time here. Plenty of free parking. We will try it again.

Service is great, very nice people, they let you dine and are not over your head like some places. Food is just okay, although I have to say we only had pulled pork and some apetizers, and now I think I should have ordered ribs, since that seems to be the best dish. Prices are on par compared to what you get, and it is a nice and quiet place.

This place used to be wonderful. We really enjoyed the food. Instead of cooking, we decided to order food for the day before and day after Thanksgiving. When we called- we needed info about how many beef ribs were per rack to buy enough for everyone. They left us on hold for thirty five minutes. We decided to just risk it. Let me tell you- never order the jambalaya. When my mom poured it out, it was nothing but oil and water and tasted like the bottom of a pan after you burned a steak. The ribs were so over seasoned half of us couldn't eat them, the salt was burning and we eat a LOT of salt in this house. The pumpkin pie pudding was awful. We spent around three hundred dollars and it is the last time we will ever order from here. What a shame. We adored their food, but it's gone downhill the last year. Not worth the money. Find a local spot.

Disappointed with this meal, as an avid fan of bbq I’ve yet to find a good place in California. The pulled pork has zero smoke flavor, was dry, and even crispy in a few bites. The slaw was decent and I didn’t care for the biscuits, once again they were dry. The sauces were interesting, they lacked flavor with the hot being the best, the Memphis sauce was unlike anything I’ve eaten in Memphis, it had more of a Virginia flavoring to me.

I never leave reviews, however after several bad experiences I feel compelled to review. The employees were nice but the food was horrible. Both racks of ribs were old dried out and should have never been served. Same with the macaroni n cheese, the noodles were so overcooked that it was mush, could have eaten thru a straw. The bbq beans were watered down soupy mess. Cornbread was stale and hard as a brick. Nothing was fresh. I suspect everything was from the day(or days) before. I called and spoke to MOD, who said that he would submit a report to corporate. What will that do? Change needs to start in the kitchen not in the office. We’ve been long time customers back when they served fresh food, now it’s over cooked leftovers. COMPLETE GARBAGE. I hope my review is taken seriously because this is not a one off, it has happened several times before.
