Excellent place to eat. Love the fried pickles and of course the fresh bread with the cinnamon honey butter. The Ribs were fall off the bone perfect. Carrots could have been a little more cooked but overall an excellent meal as well as the staff were very well managed and liked the extra respect I seen given to our veterans by the staff there. Definitely a good place to eat. A little spendy but you get what you pay for in this place.

I'm pretty sure this is the best location, I've only been to a few others, and they were good. If you live out here in Lake Jackson, you have the best. This one wins. It is located inside the mall but you can see it from the outside. Sherry Ann and I went in and sat at the bar. The bartender was very hospitable, personable, and attentive, and I dont think I ever saw her on her phone . It's weird that I noticed that, but I did. She was there to work and gave her customers all of her attention. Her name was Leslie and it was her birthday. We were there right before 5 pm, and the place was already busy, not packed yet but getting close. We had two managers stop by and greet us, then came back to check on us. It was a Wednesday. These guys are doing something right. Our food came out fast, fries catfish, and pulled pork. I ate almost all of both our dinners. Sherry just ate her two sides of chili and salad along with one of my filets. The food was cooked perfectly, and if I could, I would have thanked everyone in the kitchen. Cold salad plates, hot side, and hot entree plates. This is attention to detail that higher end restaurants can't get right, but this place does it on a Wednesday afternoon seamlessly. I wouldn't drive to the other locations by us in Houston, but this is a destination restaurant. That is the criteria for Michelin Star.

I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse that I didn't like and this one in Lake Jackson is no exception. It did start off where the server wasn't very good, but the manager came to our table and took care of our needs. The food was great. I had the country fried sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and chili for sides. The steak was just right and the golden brown coating was perfect. It was topped with the cream gravy. All of it together made for a fantastic meal.

This Texas Roadhouse is located just inside a mall entrance. The restaurant itself is clean and all the staff are helpful and eager to make your visit pleasant. The bar area was busy (just the way I like it) and allowed for some good conversation. I started with the rattlesnake bites, which were awesome. They don't burn your tongue, they just have a small "kick". I then had the 8oz sirloin with shrimp, loaded baked potato, and buttered corn. The steak couldn't have turned out any better. It was cooked exactly the way I had asked it to be. The bud light draft was also perfect; nice and cold. The bartenders were very friendly and most importantly attentive. I never once had to flag them down. If you want a great meal at a fair price and also great service and conversation, definitely stop by this Texas Roadhouse. You will enjoy it!

We took the kids to TR for dinner, it was an ok experience. The inconsistencies between Texas Roadhouse's kind of drives me crazy, I love that most Texas Roadhouse locations have the fresh ground salt and pepper shakers on the table, this is the first one I've been to in a very long time that has the old school shakers. The server was a little impatient, but it was 8pm so she was probably just wanting to be done for the night. We got the sampler platter, it was really skimpy compared to other TRs, The steak was overdone, but the flavor was great so it wasn't a big deal, the sweet potato was burned and they forgot the caramel sauce which was a little disappointing, but everything else was pretty good.

Good location. Always busy, so call ahead. Food is as good as it is going to get for a Roadhouse location. Solid group of wait staff kids who can sometimes be a little too attentive. Loud and crowded feeling inside, and a few too many tables adjacent to the bathrooms.

3 of us. 2 out of 3 orders where sent back. Even the waiter said something . He asked before even serving our plates if we wanted it sent back... Steak was way over cooked he said it looked dry. Chicken fried steak crust was burnt hard and falling off, he said they coated with extra gravy to hide. Teas where not sweet and tastes like dirty water. I went to vending machine for bottle drinks carbonated drinks where even bad. Waited over 20 minutes for rolls. It was not even packed.

The service was just okay. I ordered a 12 oz hand-cut sirloin medium-well, but it came out well-done. Unfortunately, I had no time to wait for a replacement and had to accept it. On top of that, draft beer wasn’t available, and there was no internet access. Overall, disappointing experience — I will not be coming back.

I have always had great experiences at Texas Roadhouse, which is why I waited three weeks before writing this review. I rarely leave reviews, but my most recent visit was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be shared. Our waitress, Haley N., was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our meal. She was frequently on her phone and openly gossiping about other patrons with fellow servers, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness as a customer. This behavior does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. As a parent, I am especially disappointed and will not be returning with my children while this type of behavior is tolerated. I hope management addresses this, as it detracts significantly from an otherwise well-regarded establishment.

We love Texas Roadhouse but the service we had with our server was terrible we went in a little past 6 pm places our order 10 min into our arrival server took our order we sat for 45 min server comes back and tells us that they had lost the ticket to the food which was a lie to start off with after I had asked him if he was barely going to put the order in (I was planning to leave already) he then submitted the order. It took another 30 to 40 minutes. My wife’s food was cold and my order was completely wrong. Texas roadhouse is great but the service just keeps getting worse and worse at this location. We have had about three or four times experienced the same thing with different servers. Do better road house as a small business owner customer satisfaction is beyond my expectations for my business and should be yours as well!!!

VETERANS DAY, and company from Germany eager to eat the famous Roadhouse Prime Rib. By 6:15 we are told, they are out of Prime Rib. What oversight by whomever in charge not to have enough on hand ! We ordered something else, our Bill was over $200. plus, gave our gracious Server a cash tip, just to find a second tip on the bill. It was corrected by management . This was my favorite place. Today the server made a comment to me that made me feel very bad. I came in w my boyfriend and my baby and she said I can’t believe you’re eating more than your boyfriend. Mind you I was sharing w my baby and wasn’t even half way through. I suffer from postpartum depression and bulimia, it’s been very hard to get out of my house but like it’s my favorite place my boyfriend encouraged me. I can’t stop crying in my bed trying to get some sleep, accepting my body fatter giving birth and being on medication is so rough to handle already. I used to be a server myself and I just know how wrong it is to offend people with comments like that. I hope nobody ever makes her feel like this. So disappointing… Just Contacted manager and she’s absolutely caring… please don’t let 1 person ruin their whole reputation

Aren't you ashamed to give such food to people? The food is terrible! The ribs are all burnt and seems as if this piece was pulled out of the trash and served to people! And this is not the first time. How long will this continue?

We expected this place to be cleaner. It was unfortunate to see a bug in my ceasar salad which ruined the whole steak meal for us. We were 2 people for lunch. Waiter was very kind and apologized although it wasn't their fault. Never repeating again.

NevER ever again!!! First of all these are the pictures that I brought home. We originally went to "dine in". So I'll start from the end. the ribs was literally off the bones. It appears to be somebody else's leftovers. Potato Black mold. I asked for the steak rare to medium rare and it was well done. The sour cream and butter and the condiments were leaking. No I did NOT shake up the bag nor tear up the meat myself. Now let's start from the beginning!!! We were taken to the table that was still being cleaned by a staff member leaning over the table, waiting for him to finish up as we watched him work hard at it. We ordered the following the blossom Onion. . Never arrived Cesar salad with mozzarella cheese, not parmes. Not parmesan. The waitress asked if I needed something else. More cheese and croutons please!. The salad only had two croutons. I began to eat the salad and it was warm. Not room temperature, but warm. About 10 minutes later the waitress came back and told us that they don't have any lemonade and asked me if I still wanted the cheese and croutons. The wilted lettuce was nearly gone. We also overheard that the table next to us was advised that they don't have any Dr pepper and that their steak was wrong! I ordered the sirloin with ribs with grilled onions and green beans. I got well done ribs and a smothered steak with mushrooms. I'm allergic to mushrooms. The green beans or saltier than a pretzel. So was the Texas Roadhouse roadkill smothered in mushrooms. The macaroni and cheese when nothing to rave about, it was bland! The waitress came back took my plate and told me that I was getting a 30% discount. Shortly after that she came and check on us and we let her know about the roadkill and offered also a 30% off. We waited 24 minutes for them to pack our meal to go. It was huge mistake! The pictures reflect the meal. The road kill I brought home still was salty but without mushrooms. Yes yes the waitress was very apologetic but never did I get a manager or a good meal out of this visit. Like I said in the beginning never ever ever again will we go to this location and never recommend it to anyone.
