You can take photos, but no flash, out of respect for other diners. Drinks I opted for a non-alcoholic drink, and I appreciated that the menu clearly marks sweetness, savoriness, and spirit level. I had the Sweetest Taboo, and I definitely recommend it—refreshing, sweet, and perfectly balanced. Starters We began with the Jerk Style Wings (OTC dry rub). These were incredibly flavorful—seasoned to perfection with the right blend of sweet and spicy. I’d call it a “level 2” spice if you enjoy heat, but it might feel stronger if you’re not used to spicy food. Either way, delicious and completely shareable. Entrées We ordered the Jerk Cubano (served with fries) and the Tamarind-Glazed Short Ribs (served over mashed potatoes). The Short Ribs were the standout of the night—tender, rich, and easily some of the best ribs I’ve had in a long time. I’m not typically a mashed potato person, but this pairing was perfection. The Jerk Cubano was good and tasty, though not something I’d personally hype as a must-try. Sides Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Slightly overcooked for my taste, but if you prefer softer Brussels that your fork glides through, you’ll enjoy them. Mac & Cheese – Absolutely perfect. Creamy, flavorful, and a great complement to any entrée. One Small Suggestion I would have preferred the food to be paced out. Everything arrived at once, which made the table feel crowded. Staggered service (appetizer first, entrée a few minutes later) would have elevated the experience even more. Top Recommendations Drinks (you really can’t go wrong) Jerk Style Wings – perfect starter, but don’t fill up on them! The food and atmosphere is amazing. Chef Reggie's craft is phenomenal. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it's a girls night out or just a night out at the bar, the vibes are always right. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for great food, top notch drinks, and warm vibes with an A-list Playlist.

I waited until my second visit to review and Off The Clock was GREAT at both visits. For a nice night out to eat this place is perfect. The food appears and tastes as if it was given full attention- compliments to the chef! Well seasoned and hearty. BONUS We were delighted to hear the salmon was wild caught. The service was also excellent, as the team is very gracious and inviting. On opening night Chris took care of our party of four and for our mid week dine we had the pleasure of being hosted by Mark. They were both attentive and efficient. Glad to have this refreshing experience, I think it captures Palm Beach culture to a T. Downtown Lake Worth is lucky to have Off The Clock, I’ll certainly be back. P.S. Sorry, Not sorry that the appetizer pictures were taken AFTER we ate- we couldn’t wait! Lol

This place is amazing! I love how close it is to me and as well the food! Lord the food was so good Alan our server was the best very attentive! The owner even came out and introduced themselves to me and my friend and always checking in on us to see how the food was and everything. The chef I love the chefs cooking style! Highly recommend the short rib the meat literally melted in your mouth! The music and atmosphere was so good you can sit by the music or if you want something more romantic and fun highly recommend the chefs corner that’s where we sat and the chef gave us a cod dish that his grandmother made for him when he was younger and had his own spin to it! Everything was so good they definitely having me coming back! Thank you OTC you guys are the best and made the experience even perfect especially Kevin for getting me in last min I really appreciate it!

Everyone was incredibly welcoming and all of the drinks and food were some of the best we've had. I enjoyed a bourbon drink accompanied with chicken wings as a starter. For our entrees, we loved the burger and Cuban sandwich with truffle fries. Definitely the best burger we've ever had! We loved it so much we will be returning at the end of the month on Jan 31 to celebrate my husband's birthday and we can't wait to experience this lovely restaurant again! Highly recommend for incredible service, food/drinks and an amazing vibe inside.

My husband surprised me with a date here, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. We even got to meet the owner’s wife—she was incredibly sweet. Our waiter was amazing, honestly so attentive that I initially thought he was the owner. I truly enjoyed every minute of our time there. The food overall was good, though the rice and chicken were fairly average in taste. The mac and cheese, unfortunately, was salty for my liking. That said, the dessert and appetizers were absolutely to die for and definitely highlights of the meal. Despite a few minor food notes, the service, atmosphere, and overall experience were wonderful. I would definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Impeccable experience. It was exactly what I was looking for in a restaurant to frequently visit in this area and OTC nails it. The food had a bit of nostalgia of the islands with the delicious flavors for each dish. We tried almost everything on the valentines menu which included the OTC Cesar (fantastic, could have ate this alone - spicy!) and Spinach strawberry salad (delicious flavors), pan seared branzino (loved the flaky skin and sautéed veggies), Australian waygu (perfect) paired with the Mac & cheese (this dish could have been more like what we’d expect or more seasoning) and Brussel sprouts (so much flavor, omg my favorite)! Then we had the carrot cake and ice cream which was soo yummy! All in all it was a 10/10 because of the pleasant greeting, beautiful restaurant, great music and ambiance, the service was amazing and so timely! The food was beyond what I expected and I was pleasantly impressed. I loved how the chef and owner met with every table making you feel so important but I was delighted to be able to give them a compliment to their face because it was well deserved. I honestly cannot wait to go back and have already shared with my family and friends. Wishing continued success of OTC!

I cannot rave about this place enough! Great ambiance (especially at night), amazing music selection of rnb/hip hop throwbacks, and even better food! We started with jerk and honey glazed wings which were so good (and spicy lol) and also got another appetizer which was the salt cod fritters which were also good. Drinks were bomb. For our entrees, we got the short rib and mashed potatoes and OH MY GOD—idk what they put in that gravy but 1000/10 best short ribs I’ve ever had. And I got a side of the macaroni which was really good. We got the dulce de leche lava cake for dessert and it was SOOO damn good melts in your mouth. I’ll definitely be back. Special shoutout to Stephanie <3 and another sever which was so sweet (I forgot her name sigh she has a cute pixie cut lol).

Off The Clock is a whole vibe. The ambience is amazing — dark, cozy, and gives major 70s/80s vinyl-era energy. Grown and sexy from the moment you walk in. I ordered the salmon with a side of Brussels sprouts and WOW. The salmon literally melts in your mouth, and the Brussels are absolutely bomb — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Chris the bartender was on point all night. He made some delicious drinks, but my favorite was The Lovely Day — very mezcal/tequila-forward and perfectly balanced. Easily a standout cocktail. The hospitality really sealed it for me. Manager Marc was super friendly and welcoming, and the owner Horace made me feel genuinely appreciated as a guest, which always goes a long way. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path with great food, drinks, and an elevated grown-and-sexy atmosphere, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend. 5/5 ⭐️

I hope this place continues to gain traction and popularity. The food was all delicious. Highly recommend the short rib, its one of the better short rib meals I've had in a while. Bartenders were friendly and the drinks were very good. Lighting and ambience was very calm and relaxing. Music/DJ options were appropriate. Music wasn't too loud and you could still hear conversation at your table. People here are dressed very nicely thanks to the dress code. Service was top notch from the wait staff and bartenders. I recommend you check it out!

We wanted a cool spot and we happened to see this on Tik Tok, so we checked it out. It exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. We were seated at the chef’s section and were greeted by the head chef, Reggie. He was AMAZING and so friendly. His food creations were to die for…so flavorful. The staff made us feel so welcomed. Our waiters, Alan and Jacob, were so attentive and personable. What a great experience. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Off the Clock has a 70's-cool vibe on a Saturday night -- the music was grooving, the energy was great, and the food did not disappoint. Just a heads-up: the wings are jumping hot ... in the best way! The drinks were my favorite part -- inventive, interesting combinations that really stood out. Everything was phenomenal. From the food to the service to the atmosphere (music, art, lighting). I feel like we tried half the menu and loved everything we had. You can tell that care is put into every dish. The drinks were all A+ too. I can’t imagine anyone coming here and not leaving satisfied. We ordered the cod fish fritters, ceviche, shrimp cocktail, jerk Cuban with truffle fries, short rib, branzino (special), plantain, rice and peas, molten chocolate cake and Dulce de leche. It was ALL delicious. We barely had leftovers and even with all that food, (there were 3 of us) because of the quality and portion sizes we weren’t overstuffed. Well done.

I don’t even know where to start. The food, amazing. The service, top notch. And the atmosphere, truly inspiring. I ordered the branzino and it was cooked to perfection. Crispy skin, succulent texture and, dear lord, I don’t know what they used to flavor that fish but it was out of this world. I ordered the Brussels sprouts as a side and I can honestly say they were the best I’ve ever had. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they used to cook them but I can’t wait to go back to have them! I closed my culinary adventure with a molten lava cake à la mode and it was decadent! I will be going back! Amazing!

Wow wow wow!! I’m from South Africa and my girls and I went to off the clock and were blown away by the service we received from multiple staff members including the owner! The attentiveness, the care and the service were outstanding we’ve been in Florida for 3 months now and we can honestly say this is the best service we’ve ever received we felt right at home I cannot recommend this place enough! This restaurant definitely has the grown and sexy vibe. The staff was very attentive our server was Allan he was the best! The food was good. I tried the cocktail (The Nostalgia) it was delicious also the wings burger and fries. We were seated in the private dining room very pretty and cozy. There was an issue with the female co owner. She totally ignored our table when she was greeting the other guests. I mentioned it to the server. The co owner immediately came over to our table started a conversation without apologizing first. It left a bad taste in my mouth about her. First impression are everything!! Especially when the restaurant is new to the area. Hopefully management reads my review so that this does not happen again to other guests.

So the QUAD sweet combo of Nostalgia, Razzling CARIBBEAN Island Influenced Specially food items, and the POWER OF COMMUNITY AND MUSIC, we STILL have a chance for ALL of us to come together! One Love, One Diverseified Human Race! DJs dropping that smoove jazz, disco, hip hop, chill house..... This is what I gathered from my experiences here! I’m leaving a review because the restaurant asked. Atmosphere 5+ stars. Alcoholic beverages 5 stars. Food, well I’m a foodie. Burger good, not excellent just good. Roasted chicken, take it off the menu. Very small portion, not tasty, I’d give it a 1 star. If you need an example of excellent roast chicken try Kaluz located in Ft Lauderdale and Wellington. Comes with mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, a real comfort food. Mac & Cheese, take it off the menu, It was pasta shells with a thin cream sauce. Extremely ordinary. Fries, way too salty. We will be back but next time try something else.
