Dined at the bar on 10/29. Haley is an exceptional and attentive bartender.. ask for her and TIP her well!! I did come in late and had a few drinks and ordered togo but my 9oz sirloin was rushed ordered med well came out more rare to med rare…4 stars. Called in the morning 10/30 w my check number and spoke to Luis the manager who was also there the night prior not only remembered me from then but offered immediate resolution. Writing this review as I wait for a full meal replaced by Luis even though I was prepared to pay for my sides as well. Great manager to say the least will always come back.

Just had the BEST lunch ever here. Everything was perfect, and I can be difficult. Our server was Mariah who was so professional and attentive to our every need, even though she seemed quite busy. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and so tender and juice. We ordered an appetizer of Coconut shrimp to accompany our meals, and again simply divine! We've been coming to this location for over 30 years, celebrating many special occasions. Thank you for another very special occasion!

First time at this location they were short on staff and yet our waiter was still stellar. My wife and I were watching TV and their commercial came on twice and got us hooked so we went to get the Aussie Meal deal and it was amazing we also had two delicious alcohol beverages. This was a really nice setting. The place was clean, they have TV's to watch games. Thank you Outback Steak house.

I ordered a prime rib sandwich, it was so tender, grilled onions and mushrooms, provolone cheese, served with a side of French onion au jus. It was outstanding. It wasn’t salty. It was just perfect along with the potato soup, that was amazing. “The customer service is exceptional”. All the servers have outstanding peoples skills they are very service oriented. I was surprised how good the food and the service was, the bathrooms were very clean and smelled nice. “Luis manager was super nice and friendly” Great service!!

It's always good at Outback! Had great service from Cassidy, she was cheerful and helpful always had a smile. Started off with the blooming petals (off menu) better when you have a craving but don't want to order a whole blooming onion! The rest of dinner was good as usual, very consistently good. Miss the old Australian fun decor, it's a little more generic nowadays, but we're here for the food! Thanks Outback!

Came here for my 40th birthday with my mom and son. The Lakewood location is nicely renovated and looks really nice. The food was excellent, manager professional and our server Sierra was a delight. 5 star treatment, refills galore and friendliness all around! I recommend the Lobster Mac. Our new go-to neighborhood spot!

We haven't had OutBacK Steakhouse in well over 5 + years and we're not disappointed. The service was great and they were surprisingly busy for a Monday evening. The steaks were perfect I had the Sweet potato it was delicious. CoolhandvetS wAs heRe.

When I visited this Outback, the food was extremely good, but I was more impressed with the customer service and hospitality. So this Outback was being remodeled and they were tearing out everything, so I asked the manager, Apollo for some of the remaining fixtures and decor inside. He gave me 2 original booth lights and he might also give me the front desk painting. He is by far one of the nicest manager I have ever spoken to. He was very kind and understanding and he is much appreciated.

We had a lot of fun here talking to the bartenders who are interesting and hilarious. They made us laugh, mad us drinks, and filled us up with free bread. The loaded baked potato soup was great. Before they bring it out, they give you a little wooden "bar table" that connects to the curve in the bar and gives you a stable place to enjoy your meal. I hadn't seen one of these in years, and they are so cool. No happy hour here, so we didn't stay too long. It's a fun place to hang out, and it wasn't too busy.

I like they open early at 7:30am. I ordered the power bowl breakfast which comes with toast and a large cold brew coffee. Breakfast under $10 and $5 large coldbrew very good prices. They only take online orders and offer carry out. No dining in or table service provided. Tgey have some nice cakes and other bakery goodies too.

Placed a to-go order using the app. I ordered the 9 oz Outback Special steak, which was cooked just right — flavorful and done to my liking. That part of the meal was great. However, I requested two salads without tomatoes or onions in the app, and both still came with them. Also asked for two extra containers of dressing, but they weren’t included in the bag — I had to ask the server for them when I picked up the order. I also ordered a Bloomin’ Onion as an appetizer. I checked it right when I picked up the food, and it was already undercooked and soggy — so this wasn’t an issue of it getting cold on the drive home. Disappointing, especially since that’s usually a highlight. Overall, the steak was solid, but the rest of the order lacked attention to detail.

I can't believe how much the recipes have changed here. My favorite soup is now a weird orange color (when up close) and the sandwich bread is mushy, no flavor. The soup started to curdle after a few minutes when it cooled down. The potatos in the soup was not cooked they so they were hard. I couldn't finish it stomach it. 1.2/10. So tried this place at brunch. Had the avocado and spinach flat sandwich. Picture looks nothing like what was on display. Seriously had two slivers of avocado on the sandwich. Service was extremely slow even though there was about 10 people behind the counter. Would not recommend this place.

CBC has really lost its way. Weekends used to be packed and I see why it was empty even on a saturday morning. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 10-15 minutes after our pick up time. Grilled pininis were limp with no crunch to the bread. $11 bucks for a Swiss oatmeal (overnight oats as they call them now)!!?? The value of the food here has dropped considerably given the high price of the food. And the ambiance?? Idk who's idea it was to replace all the lights with cold blue LEDs but the warmth that you used to feel is dead inside. Overall would never return to a CBC. Value for your money is better spent elsewhere.

Lemon orzo soup I paid $10 for not even a cup and I asked for a bowl. It was mushy and overcooked. I couldn’t even see the rice like the lemon orzo used to be before. It was terrible. I wasted my hard earned money on it.
