Unique dishes, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. Every dish was a discovery and a surprise at the same time, a true discovery! They use top-quality, local ingredients, offering a truly extraordinary culinary experience. We found the restaurant by chance, and upon arrival, we noticed it was quite upscale. Having just arrived in Lamezia Terme from abroad, we were dressed simply. The real disappointment was the waitress's service! Rude, to say the least—we had a 4-year-old with us—we politely asked if we could have pasta with tomato sauce. She responded, "Madam, we are a gourmet restaurant. Do you know what that is?" We, dear lady, know what a gourmet restaurant is, but I don't think you understand good manners and respect. 5 stars deserved for the good food. Terrible service!

A dinner that fully met our expectations, in a pleasant setting and elegant atmosphere. We were welcomed with kindness and availability, and equally, advised by the chef, who is professional and always attentive to the customer's requests. A wonderful evening spent in a place I would describe as "intimate" for its atmosphere, the care, and the attention given by the staff and the owners themselves. I'd heard great things about it, but I never imagined I'd find such quality and authenticity that have become rare nowadays. The chef recommended and introduced us to seafood dishes that would satisfy even the most discerning palates, which is why we wanted to try everything, from the appetizers to the chef's signature Whiskey Cheesecake dessert. All the ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality! The prices were average for a seafood restaurant. I absolutely recommend trying it. You won't regret it!

Nothing more sublime for the palate, but equally magnificent for the eye. We chose "Il Borghetto" to celebrate our daughter's First Communion, and we couldn't have asked for anything more pleasing to our guests, who were pleasantly surprised by this experience! The dining room staff is equally as friendly and professional. The attention to every detail, the refinement of every single ingredient, and the attentiveness to the customer's requests create a truly unique experience through indescribable flavors, made with exceptional raw materials. But the highlight, the thing that makes the difference, is Tony, Chef Tony. A blend of experience, creativity, originality, and mastery of tastes and flavors. A great chef, present and attentive, guiding you through the flavorful experience you're about to enjoy. Returning becomes a dream, and the chef knows exactly how to amaze you every time.

I discovered this fantastic place by chance about a year ago, and have been eating here every time I pass through Lamezia Terme ever since. The atmosphere is refined, the wine cellar is excellent, and the chef is exceptional. It has the elegance of a grand restaurant, combined with cuisine made with exceptional ingredients. Tony expertly blends flavors in his dishes, showcasing all his talent and years of experience. He uses modern preparation and cooking techniques to bring out the authentic flavors of his ingredients. It's a highly recommended place for any occasion, from a business lunch to a romantic dinner. If you're passing through Lamezia Terme for any reason... stop by and ask Chef Tony for advice. You'll meet a true character and be stunned by his dishes!

As a couple, one night. Very clean and welcoming rooms (especially heated), friendly and helpful staff. We also took advantage of the restaurant: I'd read some reviews that encouraged me to try it, and I must admit, the quality is truly top-notch. We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef (Antonio, aka Tony), who personally came out to tell us about the experience we were about to share with us during some of the tasting menu courses. A truly spectacular location, a restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, high ceilings, lots of wood, themed furnishings, and pools of light that enhance the atmosphere and make it particularly intimate and welcoming. The highlight? The tasting room! Precious (and highly sought-after) spirits from around the world are housed in a meticulously curated glass room, along with cigars and other products. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

If you like to savor flavors that combine tradition with innovation, this is the right restaurant. A lovely evening with friends who had never dined under this management. Chef Claudia Tony is the perfect example of Claudia's elegance and beauty. A very refined and tasteful woman. Chef Tony is a man who loves his job and expresses it with his truly excellent cuisine. I thought there might be some negative criticism, but I couldn't find one. Excellent cellar, refined, quality spirits. We will definitely be back.

Friendliness, taste, and refinement Unique dishes that respect tradition, refined, simple ingredients combined harmoniously. The expert, friendly, and cheerful staff, always available, has international experience, and the Chef, explaining the dishes to us, adds a special touch to the experience. A welcoming, intimate venue, perfect for a quiet, atmospheric evening. The music selection is perfect, and they call it the Tasting Room, offering chocolate, cigars, and a spirits cellar to die for. If you're passing through town, stop by for absolute excellence.

I was fortunate enough to dine at this restaurant last night. As soon as I entered, I couldn't help but notice the Cantina Room right at the entrance. Spacious and impeccably maintained, numerous labels from well-known and prestigious wineries catch the eye. I went to the room that presented itself in the best possible way: well-spaced tables, tastefully set, soft lighting directed at the tables for maximum effect without sacrificing privacy. The decorated walls are beautiful. Now comes the highlight, the Kitchen.... A kitchen where the raw ingredients are excellent, where the Chef's research and experience can be tasted and seen, where the care and preparation of the dish lends itself not only to making it "a dish" but "The dish." I ordered a meat-based first course and a seafood-based second course because I wanted to understand what we were talking about, and I must say I understood immediately... I asked the staff to take my compliments to the kitchen, and to my surprise, the Chef didn't just thank me but actually showed up to receive my compliments. As I said last night, traveling throughout Italy and abroad, I've tried countless restaurants, but this cuisine, the restaurant itself, the staff, and above all, the Chef (Tony) and his skill are among the top 10 I've ever tried. This is what you want to find when looking for a restaurant... And here you find it, from the ambiance to the staff, and finally, in the food. Congratulations again.
