Always delicious! One of my favorite stops since I was a little girl, I can still remember the Burger King jingle, "Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us, all we ask is that you let us serve it your way, at Burger King."
Before the food was very good. This last time I ordered the fish sandwich. It was terrible. Dry, partly burnt and lacking any flavor. So now I am not sure if I want to try again

More affordable than McDonald's and Carl's Jr., drive-thru orders seem to get filled in a timely manner. Order through the App to avoid waiting time.
Food was good. Service was good but I was sad to hear they no longer carried The Whopper JR. Special But The Great news was it's cheaper to buy The Whopper Jr meal and order a 10 piece chicken nuggets and I even got more nuggets :)
I never get wrong orders here so it makes vegan options easier for my partner Only problem is the homeless who get aggressive
One of only a couple of chains that have not destroyed their product through knee-jerk responses to studies regarding fast food. BK's product has remained very consistent over the years...that earns my patronage...
The staff at this location are the best people. They always recognize me, greet me with a smile and ask how I am. Most of the crew who takes my order almost always remember how I take my coffee. My food is usually hot, fresh and I get my order quick. They always make sure to tell me "Good to see you" and "Have a great or nice day". They are so friendly, that they make me feel like family!
Love this Burger King :) I live closer to the one on I but I drive an extra 10 minutes just because this one hardly ever messes up my order, the service is way better, and the portions are better. Also they aren’t ever greedy with the sauces ! I usually go during the afternoon
I eat vegetarian for health and nutrition reasons, but my friend wanted to eat there ... the onion rings were tasty, not the healthiest snack, but that's all I would eat... that, and a cup of coffee, but hey...my buddy enjoyed his meal😀 The place is a little run down and dirty, the parking lot sucks! (Typical for Lancaster!) The people there are very friendly. They try hard to give good service... Better than your average fast-food burger joint.
Solid location with great staff that went out of the way to be helpful when the BK app wouldn’t work for me. And helped me save a dollar since I couldn’t use my credit from Corporate in the app. Great experience for a fast food franchise location.
Went here to get a quick bit for my kids the lady in the drive thru was very polite and nice she took our order and proceeded to the window were it did take a while but no too long, i can hear the manager yelling at the workers and her as well she keep her cool when she handed our food and apologized for the wait. Keep up the good work you guys are doing great
Let's just say all Burger Kings are not the same as I stopped going because horrible experience everytime I went to the one on Ave I bad food rudest employees ever.. But Mom was longing for a Whopper so I went to the one on 15th st and what a nice experience all because Jonathan Perez he was prompt and beyond kind the owner should either make him a Manager or Region trainer he would be a complete asset to the company and truth is he could teach the staff assuring the best in customer service. I know this as I was a Manager and Service trainer I took one restaurant I worked at and trained the staff to being the worse in southern California to number one Jonathan will be a benefit to any company who allows him to shine .
Oh geez. I really love the food from the "BK". I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran. I wear USMC hats. A couple of your employees noticed it and thanked me for my service. Very nice. Thank you for your service! Semper-Fi. Carry on!
I went there last night. I am updating my review to they are doing way better on their food. They improved with fresh food and it’s hot. I noticed a lot of newer employees. They are doing an excellent job. I actually approve this store more than Ave K now. This was the Burger King on Ave I next to del taco. Their food is fresh and always good.😀 I can't grade both here but both are good.
If you haven't gotten a whopper on Wednesday your missing out on a good deal. It's $3.99 at participating BKs.
The staff here are amazing whether it's putting a lil extra on the free cone for the kids or helping the homeless I was truly impressed and before this it had been years since I went to Burger King thank you soooo much for the kindness you showed everyone I hope the whole staff gets a raise or something ❤️ 😊
People are always queuing up here, never see the end. Fresh food and people, In N Out.
I used to drive through, so atmosphere not applicable. The people at the drive-up are always, always nice and courteous and my order is always right.
Love the breakfast at Burger king and this location is quick and very nice workers.
My Grandson loves Chicken Fries from Burger King. And we live seeing Rosa at the Palmdale Blvd Restaurant she's always kind to us and treats us with much respect. Awesome employee
My 6 year old loves burger king - so he asked to go for his birthday 😂 The staff was great. They made him feel incredibly special.
Basic fast food menu decent staff nothing notable in a bad or good way and it was clean enough. They do close the bathroom like an hour before they actually close which is somewhat inconvenient. Also they stop serving shakes around 10 pm even when the drive-thru is open later.
I come here often for my little brothers. We order kids meals but for some reason the guy at the speaker calls them "happy-meals" 🤣🤣🤣 I corrected hom 3x but he still refers to them as happy-meals 🤷🏽♂️
Its 50/50, depending on when you go, in the morning great, in the evening they actually charged me for extra pickles, but food was good.
Love, love this place best burgers ever for a reasonable price, and if u get the coupons in the paper , holly heck!. You can get two burgers, two fries, and two drinks for $9 that's a bargain !! All the other burger places you'll pay $20 something dollars plus, for the same items. My husband went to another burger place on L and 40th west next to Vons he paid $30 for the same amount of items. REDICULOUS!.... GO BURGER KING!!!!
This is a pretty well-managed Burger King. Typically clean and not too crowded. Lots of newspapers on sale outside. Soda machines usually work. The wait for food is usually short and they always get my order right.
Always loved Burger king, I just wish they'd go back to making their real whopper. More attention should be paid to the hamburger that I feel satisfied the bellies all of those customers that made them who they are today.. make it 100% my way and one always That will get me there more often..

People here are not rude but they always take longer when I order tenders, I always have to park in the front and wait for about 10 mins or more.
Careful, you need patience. They cannot handle 4 orders from the same person using coupons without a manager and 2 cashiers. Oh and beware, they charge for everything extra now.
It was late and the employees spend 5-19 minutes laughing and joking together before they came to the window. Took our money, dissapeared for another 5 minutes or so, till another employee finally gave us our food. Turns out they were waiting on fries, but no one told us this.
First time in a long time going to Burger King. Wanted to get the fish sandwich. Really was not as good as before. I asked for pickels and onions, very skimpy. Oh well, maybe their burgers are better.
Burger King is good, makes great veggie burgers, I don't like BK's attitude re the EBT card, you can only use the EBT card inside BK, you can't use it sitting in your car, picking up your food @ the drive up, that makes me feel that BK discriminates against people who get food assistance, I would go elsewhere, but, so far, BK is the best, by the way, I have voiced my displeasure several times about BK's discrimination
Stopped in today to grab a quick meal, and decided to walk inside. As soon as I got in, the manager (or assistant mgr?) was saying extremely loud “it’s only been 10 minutes and I’m already irritated”. He continue to belittle, criticize and talk horribly to the three workers who were in there. He was extremely cold as well to myself and the other guest waiting behind me. He then says “only 3 more months of this s**t”. He didn’t have a name tag, but he was mid to late twenties, tanned complexion and dark hair. Regardless if he’s leaving, he has no right to speak to those employees like that. The food was good, but he was horrible.
I don't have a burger King conveniently located near my home. I drive for a living so I often get food on the road. I found myself 2 hours from home and a Burger King in front of me. Many years ago when there was a Burger King near me, I love getting the 99 center woppers.. I drove into the drive thru and ordered a whopper. I was not aware of the promotion. The young lady who took my order informed me at the window that the coat was $6 dollars. I was shocked 😲 I told her that a whopper was 99 cents the last time I enjoyed one. She did NOT say anything about the 2 whoppers for $6 dollars deal. She handed me ONE whopper in a bag and wished me a good one. I was super hungry that day. I would have eaten one and a half maybe even both!! But I did not get good customer service 😥 by the way, I understand that Palmdale is not a fancy area. BUT one does not need to be fancy to have a clean parking lot. Their parking lot had used Burger wrappers, drunk cups and other garbage all around BK.
The food is good just they have become greedy with the food. When you order a medium its looks like a kids size. Before the sizes where actually decent, now it's so small.
drive through is your best option at this location
They need a better way to call out orders. Whats the point of adding your name if they call you by a random number that is not even on the receipt!

Service is pretty slow, and it's kind of a hole in the wall type of place. Bad for a major restaurant chain. Why should I have to pull forward everytime to wait on fries for 10 minutes. Burger King should have fries ready at all times.
I ordered on the mobile app in advance, when I picked up my order I told the lady " I placed an order on line im here for pickup and I gave her my name" when she gaved me my food I open the bag to check that my food was right and I notice that I was missing some fries so I told her and she said "your not supposed to open the bag" I was like than how you want me to check that MY order is correct and she said idk and just turns around to put the fries in the bag and adds a bunch of stickers to seal the bag and gives me my order back with an attitude. Come on this is MY order I have the right to open the bag when ever I want to check that my order is correct.
No chicken nuggets. How does a known franchise restaurant run out of a product there known to sale many of. Weird and it's hot this 2020 summer so I ordered ice cream, drive to the window to pay no ice cream.... Burger KING is total not the same Burger King I looked forward going to going 5 years ago . Well not in my CA town atleast
There was flies everywhere and it took forever to get our food. When we got home we realized the nuggets were hard and cold like they had been sitting there for a while. Not happy at all.
Had to keep asking the cashier/ worker to wash or sanitize her hands before touching my food! She was handling the lobby and drive thru money and food! I even offer to give her my personal sanitizer! She finally cave in! They were short staff! The prices are ridiculous and the food was okay but my impossible burger was dry! I will try another Burger King next time! The restaurant was clean?! I didn’t use the restroom during this visit so do not know if it was clean?!
The nuggets were stale&way over cooked&barely warm to the touch&customer service was rude. I drove my neighbor so she could buy for her family just as I did my own but we we're refused a second order due to being in the same vehicle. The shake&ice cream maker were closed.
Too slow just for 2 classic chicken sandwiches through the drive thru... to be fair they guy in front of us had placed a pretty good size order. But I would have asked the driver to park.
One of 2 soda machines broke, when staffed advised they did nothing, not even put up an out of order sign. Line at only working machine sever deep. Otherwise was ok. Customer service gets a zero because of their lack of concern, more than one customer reported. In the 45 minutes there after report nothing had been done.
They need to fix their attitude when it comes to serving customers. When you introduce new kiosk machines of course there are going to have mishaps and mistakes . They made a confusion about if I wanted a bottle of water or a cup of water this big thing when it was so small . Shout out to the guy that literally came and asked me what I need and gave it to me no hesitation (which was water)🤷🏾♂️
I have been going to Burger King for many years and I am so disappointed in the way things are done now. I could barely read the changing menu as I tried to find some specials. Having a tree wave in front of it didn't help. There was no one in line which I found incredible so I asked the representative if I could order from the window and he said I could. When I got to the window he said the only special in the place was Whopper Juniors and the price didn't sound very special to me. So I asked him if I could please have six hard shell tacos and his reply was that they didn't have any. He politely apologized and I said "well I did try" and I left. I think being treated badly is a sign of the times. But I don't intend to put up it with anyway. I doubt if I will ever go back. I will tell my five children they shouldn't do it either.
The place is dirty and customers service is bad especially drive through. The food is good someday and really bad on other days.
To slow, it took me 1hr to get my order 👎 they need more workers
This particular BK needs a price check in it appearance. Ordering fresh off the broiler and fresh fries rendered a poor meal for just under $15.00 wow thanks Buger"King"
I ordered a dbl whopper with no onions, the screen showed it, the receipt showed it. The burger was loaded with onions, the buns weren't warm, tasted like it was straight out the bag, and hard to swallow and stomach. Horrible and never again!
Took forever woman said they were waiting for fresh fries which she just put 2 orders in the bag gave us 4 orders of fries we ordered only 2
Very bad drive thru svs-order wrong.. I went back in found the manager.. He was mildly condescending!! I won't go there again.. Oh by the way- after eating a bacon king jr and onion rings i had the runs all night!!
I went thru the drive thru this morning and there was a guy cleaning the drive thru he smelled so bad it ruined my appetite , the managers should make sure employees are in good hygiene
We tried the impossible burger. It was impossible to eat. My wife took one bite and she was done. I ate it, barely. My wife returned hers and got a Whopper. We won't go back again.
They charged me 3 dollars for a cup of water. It cost more than my burger did. I get charging .25-.50 cents for the cup, but 3 dollars for tap water is not okay.
They think they need $15 an hour. We ordered two 10-piece chicken nuggets and instead they gave us a fish sandwich and an original chicken sandwich. I don't know how you mess up chicken nuggets or get them confused with a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich but it's pretty hard. And if you do mess it up you don't deserve $15 an hour
Omygoshhhh!!.. I went here last night and bought 2 Hershey pies.. Mind you,... these pies are not off the value menu ok,,, so I paid like 2.75 for each.. N.E.Wayz, so I get home, I drop down on the couch SUPERRR excited to eat both pies, ....all smiles,... with the spoon in my hand and everything... I open the bag to find 1 freakin pie!! And the wrong pie at that!!! I was sooooooo freakin pissed .. I called back to back, NO ANSWER.. I call the next day, explained what happened, the lady puts me on hold, comes back to the phone and pretends as if she cannot hear me and then hangs up..... I called like 10 times and now no1 is answering....... SOOOOOOOOOO, I will be going up there right now...... Looks like some1 is really about to get cussed out over 2 damn Hershey pies... Let me know if you want a update lol

Had the worst experience. They messed up on 3 things in my order. First I had the wrong drink given in drive thru. Then they forgot fries so I had to park and go back in. I get home and realize they also put the wrong thing on the burger we ordered. I dunno who they are hiring lately but dang.
Carmen the assistant manager is very rude, she do not have customers service experience. Except me giving her the coupon number she made the line wait for 10 minutes while I rip each one out ridiculous. No need to hold up the line for coupon and I can give the code and tear out coupon when receiving my food. I will never return there. Then still got my order wrong seriously
Very stale disgusting, embarrassing that I used to work there. I had previously gone 2 other times before this last time on Monday 8/3/2020, same thing stale We ordered chicken fries, and fries and they were so dry and stale like if they took it out the trash, The whopper was made with no love, dry and tomato was green! Never again.
Just purchased food from the drive through here at 4:12pm, on May4th 2021 and the young girl on the headset was extremely rude. Refused to read the order correctlly, then proceeded to yell the order over the mic. Then to top it off she got the entire order wrong. Will no longer be returning during days that she is working.
Got the order wrong, I went back, they got it wrong again... except it was the manager herself that got it wrong this time.. and even gave me a jr. Size of what I was actually supposed to get. Definitely the worst BK in the AV in my experience. Won't be coming back here or recommending it.
HORRIBLE!!! "Manager" Maria was SO RUDE I went thru drive thru & there was NO line, NO one inside the store but they told me to pull up & move to the side & they would bring my food out. Cars kept passing by me & I finally got out & went in, she ignored me, I had to yell for her to look at me, I asked for my food & she ignored me & kept taking drive thru orders! I started recording her w my phone & THEN she gave me my food & the order was WRONG, food cold & didn't give a receipt! She refused to give me a phone # to her boss then gave me the store # & they wouldn't answer! DONT GO HERE!!!!
Wish i could give no Stars. Verry bad customer service the manager is super racist and just plain rude every time I come. Just recently I was told after ordering 3 chicken sandwiches, fries , and drinks that I couldn't get any sause at all without paying 50 cents each and sauses only comes free with nuggets I have never heard of this from any fast food chain and I have been here many times and never ordered nuggets ever and always got sauses for free never coming here again
In 20 minutes of sitting inside 3 different homeless walked in and 1 of witch was severely I'll. Coughing, choking spitting and gawking up luggies. I know that's not burger King's fault but it doesn't make for a comfortable environment. The service was friendly however.
Cashier was out of it...had to repeat order 3 times ....didnt give cups for drinks or napkins had to asked twice and why???? Because she was too busy talking to co-worker and. She did same to another customer so now it was 3 adults and 2 kids and she still forgets things???? And even on receipt I asked for cheese on whopper no cheese so with this type of service why bother cause she obviously doesn't pay attention....
This was the longest wait ive ever experienced people i waited 20 minutes and no one was even available to give me a refund because they were short staffed absolutely rediculous.. i asked were they hiring the manager chuckled but i let her know i was serious.. i wont be going back
Food was cold and they were out of several items. No full size burgers, no sweet tea, no apple pie. Then the $1 for 10 nugget special was not going on even though other locations seem to have it. Person taking order was sweet and apologized several times.
Really sad. Owner refuses to fix air conditioning that's been out ALL summer. Employees forced to eat ice, go into freezer just to stay cool. Employee says she fainted it is so hot inside, yet owner can upgrade soda machine but won't fix air. :(
The manager is super unprofessional and doesn’t know how to manage her building. She expects her workers to do her job as a manager!! Always claiming she is only training her workers to make them manager’s but is only taking advantage of them to do her job! Her workers are constantly working in a hostile environment to the point where she is cussing them out!!! I don’t know how this burger king is still running. They never pass inspections too it’s unbelievable how bad this burger king is.
I should have known to leave when I saw the sign no exchanges or refunds. I ordered a whopper junior combo and the bun was so stale it was breaking apart. The french fries were not only cold they tasted as though they were fried in fish grease. The guy that served my food looked dirty and unkept and he was rude. Gave the burger and fries to my dogs and I will never go there again!
Went here at 11:07 pm on a Saturday and the drive-thru was closed after I saw the hours on the BK website saying they close at 11:30 pm. Update your website or don’t close prematurely because you prefer not to work through closing! I drove a decent distance to try and get food here.
Just drove off from the drive thru window. Didn’t pay or get my food. The guy getting drinks, picked his nose then hit my soda. Turned around and then started complaining about the ants on the counter and in the drive thru window. I assume it was the manager because of her uniform, but she just stood there scooping fries and could have cared less
The drive-thru employee was rude and condescending. I asked for an order not knowing the name he went out of his way to describe everything opposite of what I was looking for. We did this approximately four different times before I left and went to the restaurant next door. This was on 11 3 2021 at about 8:15. There are other Burger Kings in the city. He just made this one unattractive.
The service was slow though the drive though. The fried had no salt. They refused to give us a lettuce wrap despite telling them one of the passengers has a gluten allergy. The gave us flat soda. We ordered tea.
Tables dirty, forgotour our order had to go up with receipt and they had to search to find theirs. Everyone that came in after us was served before us. The one restroom which is unisex was dirty no soap no hot water and no toilet seat protectors. Would not recommend them to anyone be aware.
They messed up our order and when we called about it the guy was argumentative that our Order was correct he was like no I packed it myself, he said he put in 4 whoppers in the bag and I’m like yea I paid for 5 he’s was arguing with me that no I only paid for 4 I have my freaking receipt how you gonna tell me I’m wrong, they forgot two of my drinks and fries and when I brought that up he said I should have said something when I was there, I was like really you can’t do you’re part right and give me my correct items. This place is a joke!
Mobile order failed miserably. I would give zero stars if I could I've consistently used the mobile app for coupons dining in or in the drive through year after year without a single glitch. This time, the coupon ($0.01 whopper) required using the mobile order feature which I was initially excited about because I thought it would be even more convenient. I was wrong. Placing the order went fine so I drove to the BK and hit "I'm here" which crashed the app. When I opened it back up, there was no record of my order that I was supposed to be picking up What's worse, checking my credit card statement showed that BK charged me the full amount -- twice!! -- even though the checkout showed that the coupon was successfully applied. The only good thing I could say about the experience is that I learned the mobile order feature cannot be trusted
Just Went This Morning on Sat 09/08/18 to Burger King On 15Th St W in Lancaster, Made Us Wait 20 Minutes For A Carryout Order That Wasn't Even Right, Missing 1 Of Our 6 Sausage Egg Croissant s, Only Got 5. 2 Of Our Original 6 Was To Be With "NO EGG", We Ended Up With 3 Of The 5 "NO EGG" SO Technically 1 Of The 3 We Received Got Shorted An Egg Plus The Missing #6 Sandwich
I had ordered a whopper around 11:23 and ate it it around 11:35 and everything was fine the burger tasted good, and around 20-30 minutes later my stomach was turning. I had began throwing up the whopper and still felt pain after, I ended up throwing up 2 times in the span of hour. I probably just received a bad burger and I do not blame the restaurant whatsoever
I've been to this specific restaurant twice this month. Both times the whoppers had very little lettuce and practically no onions. The first visit, I took the burger back to the counter for lettuce and onions. Still not enough for my liking. They use chopped lettuce and slices of onions. Last week my whopper had 8 pieces of lettuce and two extremely small pieces of onion. They measured about two inches each. I took the whopper to the counter for more. The woman had the cook add more, again not enough, and had the audacity to tell me next time she will charge me for extra onions and lettuce. I asked her if it was acceptable to have little to no fixings. She said that she didn't inspect it so she didn't know how much was on it. For the price we pay today you expect the burger to have what you're paying for. And the burger had no taste. Both times I took four bites and threw it away. I'll never go back to BK.
The customer service is really bad. The dining room was closed, they only had two tables to for eat. I waited long time to be served. I had to scream to bring someone to front desk. If this business go like that! I don't think they will have enough customer to survive. Pay attention to all of this seriously or else, you will go bankruptcy.
There's only one girl she's nice at this location everybody else they're so rude they make you feel like they work for free
Made us wait 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burritos and a French toast stick 6 pc. Then overcooked the bacon. Won't be returning to this BK.
Awful place. They had me wait out front for part of my drive through order then NEVER brought it. I drove off and got home and food was cold with no sauce I asked for in bag. They literally ruined everything. The BK in Palmdale by Trader Joe’s is WAY better. Avoid this dump.
