First time going to Gino's. Went on a Sunday afternoon and was very impressed with the atmosphere of the restaurant. Calm and peaceful, even had some Italian music playing as well! I ordered the Fetachini alfrado and had some tiger shrimp added on as well. It tasted like a proper Italian pasta. Pasta came with a salad, of which was crispy and very good. Also came with 2 pieces of warm in house bread. Warm and soft in the middle (soft in warmth not soft as in raw dough) after everything said and done, the food was great and would definitely recommend if your in the lancaster area looking for some proper Italian food!

Great Chicken Parmesan and a beautifully decorated setting indoors. Servers are attentive and restaurant is fully staffed. Live music on stage on some weekends.

Food was excellent came here a couple times now and the last time the waitress was giving the kinda didn’t wanna be there & took awhile giving us our food which ruins the vibe to me also there was not a lot of people there prob like only 5 tables and we somehow had to wait 10 minutes you need to hire more staff then because that’s ridiculous.

We packed out the Godfather’s Room and had a party over of over 15 people. Thank you Janay for taking care of us. We appreciate you. She made a special order black iced coffee and it was on point. Also that Garlic bread of theirs was really good as well.

We had Heather as our waitress—she was bubbly and sweet in a genuine, sweetheart kind of way. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit. We ordered a variety of dishes to try: the Italian Philly, Italian Carbonara, Minestrone Soup, Margherita Pizza, and Limoncello Cake for dessert. Italian Philly: Solid choice—no complaints here. Tasty and satisfying. Italian Carbonara: Delicious! Creamy, flavorful, and definitely a standout. Minestrone Soup: Just okay. Nothing special, could use more depth in flavor. Margherita Pizza: This was a miss for both of us. My boyfriend said it reminded him of Jenny Craig microwave pizza, and I thought it tasted like something from a school cafeteria. If you’re into that nostalgic, low-effort taste, go for it—otherwise, skip it and head to Chi Chi’s Pizza instead. Limoncello Cake: Tasted store-bought and like it had been sitting in the fridge too long. Not fresh and not worth it. Overall, service was great thanks to Heather, but the food was hit-or-miss. A couple of strong dishes, but the pizza and dessert left us underwhelmed.

Stopped in after a funeral with the family. Had to get my cousin and my food to go so we could get back to LA from Lancaster on a Thursday due to traffic and another engagement. After I arrived home, the spaghetti was really good, and the cheese cake hit the spot 😋 no photos, though. The staff and the ambiance were also great. So I'll share some photos of the family

Haven't been here in awhile. Was honestly expecting it to be more crowded at dinner time on a Friday. The cheesy garlic bread was not very garlicy and why wasn't the cheese melted? The margharita pizza had good flavor but was disappointed it wasn't more Italian style thin crust. The chicken masala with Alfredo was good. Overall it was just an OK night. Our waitress was really good about refilling our drinks. Always love the atmosphere and we had live music playing in the background.

Good not Really Great, but the Prices are Outrageously high !! I'd be much better off taking a traditional cooking course or from my grandmother to cook authentic Italian than dine here ... Unless u have it like that I don't LoL Not these days. It's a maybe 1or twice a year treat or Special Occasion selection for me personally with the cost even for dine in for two. Food is good although.Ty.

Came here for my birthday last night with a family of 6 adults, 3 kids. Food was excellent. Service was meh. Lady with the braided grey hair was our waitress and her face looked like she absolutely hated her job. Was rude when we asked to refill our glasses. Needs better staff but otherwise really great atmosphere and live music.

This place is nice, great ambiance and good service. Their garlic bread was delicious. Our plates were hefty and had a nice presentation.. Sadly, though, the taste was not so good. It was an ok flavor, and for the price we paid and the time it took to cook, it was a big letdown. I don't think we're coming back.

The restaurants is okay. Food wasn't tasty. It didn't have flavour and the steak was a little bit dry. The service was good and fast. They have live music which is really good for a Friday night. But the food was bad. In the waiting area you can small the restrooms. Which is not a good thing.

We enjoyed delicious food for dinner tonight. We had 6:15 p.m. reservation for 4. We were quickly seated. Waitress Regina brought us drinks. But then she disappeared for a long time. After finally getting to order, the food was a long time coming. We weren't served the first of our regular menu dishes until 7:39 p.m. Each dish came to the table separately so that one person was more than half finished eating before another got his food. We had to go to the front counter to request more salad dressing and another two times had to flag down alternate staff to get water refills. We saw Regina only 3 times during our delayed meal - to order, to get our dishes, and to get the bill. We were celebrating a special occasion which was marred by lack of basic table service. Next time we will celebrate elsewhere.

atmosphere here is depressing, food was cold waiter kept making rude remarks when asked for a refill never got one, looked at everyone’s food was not appetizing. i don’t recommend coming here.

I thought I had found a good Italian food ristorante and I will say the spaghetti dinner is good, but, I'm in the process of making a major film movie and I saw a girl working there who might fit a roll in my movie, so I tried asking her if she might want the part and now they have banned me from eating there. Very bad business.

We came as a party of 20 to a fairly empty restaurant. Thankfully we were seated in a private area, however we only had one waitress and she was visibly overwhelmed. She expressed her frustrations to us while serving us which was very unprofessional. It took more than an hour to get bread. And nearly 2.5 hours to get our meals. There was a guy who was working off the clock to help serve. Our food was not very good. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and they forgot the chicken. The waitress brought the broiled chicken on a separate plate for me to incorporate into the pasta. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant.
