I had a issue with missing items on my order; the manager told me on the phone he would give me a 10 dollar credit when I called in the next time I was told there was no credit on my account; the manager unprofessionally lied to me and I will now be disputing the entire charge with the credit company and will not be ordering from this location again or any Pizza Hut again

App is so screwed up I couldn’t get an account set up after multiple attempts. Get to restaurant to order in person as only option, and there’s one employee in the back cooking, nobody out front, and a line of people waiting to order. Gave up and got Chinese food.

REVISED: Gah. Take out. Almost missed the entire pizza with sauce. VERY DRY, hardly any sauce. The crust was good and it'shard to mess up toppings. Not even take out from here. The dinner in from the previous review was better!! /// From now on, just take out. Our dinner dine in experience was abysmal. Pizza good. Service zero stars. Paper plates, no silverware, had to go to the counter and try to get attention to get forks. Needed because the sauce, cheese, toppings all slid off my piece into the pizza box. Something close to rap music blaring from the kitchen, very loud. I miss the old Pizza Hut days where it was a fun experience to dine in.

Got some pizza yesterday from this place and it was absolutely nasty. I order online and I called the place of business because I didn’t have change for a $50. I’m assuming this was the manager I was speaking to when I call she told me that it was fine only to have DoorDash outside my house Complaining about the change and that she only got two dollars to deliver my food. I paid no problem we was able to work something out but this restaurant.is just nasty & need to be shut down & I will also be calling corporate because this is not the first time and I’m sick of it

Call the local Pizza Hut in Plant city waited for 25 minutes to speak to somebody to find out that I’m calling a call center. I’m not even calling the real location. They’re asking me which location I’d like to order a pizza from and my phone number. Will not support a call center when I am trying to support my local business listened to all the specials and when I drove up to place my order @ the drive thru, The employee said that special is only good on Wednesday. Management needs to figure it out.

Ordered the new Detroit deep dish pizza and was not one bit satisfied. No crispy cheesy crust as advertised. I will rather make the drive for some good ole Jets pizza instead.
