This place is great. Nice hang-out spot for Pho and boba drinks. I get coconut Thai tea, no boba, light sugar after the gym most days of the week. Place is trendy with guest Wi-Fi. Great for a young people date.

I'm so happy we have a place like this in East Lancaster. The milk tea is delicious. My son loves the watermelon marble smoothie. The Pho smells amazing

Been here for their boba and I was surprisingly astounded by the quality you can get for the cost. If you haven't tried it I'd recommend you to come by and try their boba, out of all the boba places in the AV this is one of the better ones out here. Would recommend

Great customer service, and delicious food. Wide drink selection, and great range of topping choices. 100 times better than Boba Cove, and probably the best boba place in the area

Staff was friendly and patient. The three drinks i ordered all tasted great. She told me if any drinks had any mistakes she'll remake them. It was clean and the menu was very nice and easy to read and had a nice selection of topping if you're not into boba.

I usually stop by next door to get water and always see this cafe. Today I went in with my wife bought a Thai tea with boba, and a beef bowl. Everything was very good and loved the Thai tea. The only complaint that I have and really it's just a personal thing. I would have loved to get mint as a option. Maybe they had it and I didn't ask. Other than that, great tea and Phõ.

I have tried a lot of their different teas and they are actually really good, it reminds me of the boba time in LA on the corner of western and Redondo. Me and my mom love the sesame balls but sometimes they serve them really soft to where they melt in your mouth or pretty crunchy kind of like a jolly rancher or sometimes they're served as a combination of both hard and soft.

We love the boba drinks at the teabox, but from now on we won't be ordering online, they don't stamp the rewards card if you order On-line, they only stamp it if you are charged at the register. :-(

Do not come here between the hours of 11am and 1pm. People start ordering food on top of their boba drinks and takes a lot of time to prepare. Call ahead of time but i dont think they take phone orders yet....

The employees and customers are completely separated by a giant clear plastic tarp. I appreciate that. I did not give them a full five stars however, because the employee taking my order on the phone was only paying half attention and made me repeat each drink order three or four times as I was ordering. I had ordered one large and one medium drink, and ended up receiving two mediums. Double check that your order is correct.

The boba is the best in town, the only thing that I do not like is how long it takes for them to get the drinks. They need to have more people working. One taking orders and another making the drinks. I feel as for the girl working. It seems so stressful.

Im not gonna lie, the drinks are fantastic, but the service is hella bad. I went there a few days ago and wanted to buy a pink cherry blossom drink. I give my order to this one lady (who by the way treats me very poorly). I wait a bit and hear her call out "Pinky cherry Blossom" i head over just to see a green tea with little too no boba at the bottom. I politely told her this was the wrong drink, but she just gave me attitude and wanted to charge me for a second drink!?! I kept insisting that she should just make another drink, but she did not care. She didnt say anything, took the old drink and threw it away. No apology. No, sorry i made a mistake or misheard you. Nothing. She just ignored me until another guy came???? I'm not one to complain, but this drink was gross and i didn't spend a bunch of money for that. The service is trash here.

The tea is good... But i was really disappointed in the pho. They dont use traditional pho noodles. Its fettuccini, which changes the whole flavor and aspect of ever bite when your expecting light thin rice noddles! And the broth is dull in flavor. 😞 I just wanted some good Pho.

Okay,. I don't usually give a one. But this was very interesting i ordered. 2 beef pho for lunch for me and my friend. When we got home and started eating,. We noticed that it just seemed off. Even after we tried to spice it up the flavor just didn't seem right. We also found look a tentacle in the soup. Which was rather strange. I will say the the drink was good though. I would be down for future drinks but possible not the food.

Server on 6/17/24 4:20 pm has a very poor customer service. I was just verifying my order but she kept repeating her question of “anything else?” multiple times without acknowledging my concern. Please reconsider of training her of how to respect her customers.

So, I call to place a order’ then the lady ask me to hold! They had me waiting over the phone for more than 10 minutes. I could hear the lady taking new order, to new customers, And I was getting upset. So I decide to cut the call and try again. But the line was busy’ it could not get through. I think they did it on purpose. Cause I come here all the time and this is the first time they treated me like this.

WORST boba in town. I recommend going to boba cove instead. The milk tea is made from pre made packets at the store and the boba is stale. I would give zero stars if I could. This place is honestly the worst, that one worker with the blonde hair is rude and literally rushed me to order, causing me to mess up my order. Go to boba cove instead, their boba is CHEAPER and fresher. Also the pho here is trash.

This place is terrible. I called hours earlier before I arrived asking if they had macaroons and when I got there I asked politely if they had macaroons. At first this lovely worker said yes but then this rude worker comes up to me and says “we don’t sell macaroons and never did”. I told her that I called and she got all defensive and started saying rude comments to me. I left the place very unhappy and unsatisfied. DO NOT COME HERE ITS THE WORST.

Employees weren't helpful. The drinks are low quality. Everything was artificially flavored. Thai tea tasted like a cup full of burnt leaves. Banana smoothie tasted like those gross heavily artificial candies. Taro smoothie was over sweetened. Terrible customer service. Definitely deserved a refund. Threw one away in front of them. Gross. Never coming back again.

They called me and told me that the large drinks can’t hold hot drinks so they have to be lukewarm only. I accepted since I had no choice. Today I called over the phone to ask which drink size can I order for hot tea and I was told: regular. I order 3 regular hot tea drink but when I got my order, they were in the plastic cold drink container. I asked why they weren’t in the hot drink cups. The employees stated the lids doesn’t fit the hot drink cups. I pointed to the sample hot drink cup with the lid on the register and said that lid fits that hot drink cup. They said the sample lid for the sample got drink cup isn’t available so they either have to use the cold drink lid on the hot drink cup which doesn’t fit and spills all over or use the cold drink cup which doesn’t insulate the drink nor keep it hot. It’s very annoying as a customer to be left without a choice instead of being told that the store doesn’t have proper hot drink cups and if I’m okay with using cold drink cups before paying for my order! If hot drinks are offered on the menu, make sure to stick the cups and lids to go with the menu!

Their drinks are too sweet and too watery. The place is smelly, it's hot and moist like. I had ordered a strawberry mango yogurt drink and it tasted like EXTRA sweet strawberry lemonade. It was too sweet then when they remade it, it was still sweet. Last time I went there I had got a mango smoothie with boba and the drink was nasty. The boba was hard and not cooked thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend

So...my granddaughter asked me to take her out for Bobo...whatever that is. I was told that this place had it, so we went there. Sure enough, it seems that they serve a type of drink made from some vanilla flavor base that has various types of fruit balls, cookies, candies and flavoring added to it. I bought her and her girlfriend one each ... six and eight ounces in a custom plastic flask ... Price ... $18.00. OK ...so I spoil her. After they made the base in a large blender to begin making the drinks, there was some of it left over, so I asked the waitress if she could put it in a small cup so I could taste it. I was brought up in New York where we purchased milk shakes from the malt shop. They always had some left over in the mixing tin cup. They always filled a large glass with the shake and then gave us the tin which had about 25% more in it. She said she could not. She told me that she could let me taste a spoonful from the container, which I declined, and then she proceeded to pour the remains down the sink drain. I am baffled! How are these kids raised!! This truly defines stupid, not to mention rude. There was a woman behind me at the counter. She was stunned, as was I. I asked the cashier what the chances were that I she thought I might be back again. She said probably not. I said WRONG ... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid! My reviews on Google Maps now exceed ten thousand hits. This type of review is rare for me, but I must say, I would avoid this place like the plague. Looks like we are back to our original treat location next Friday. I have lived in the Antelope Valley since 1974 and I am well known in every major circle of business and politics. I can't wait to tell this story in person.
