I ordered ahead on the app during Sunday evening. We came a little later than the half hour wait time and waited about 5 minutes for our food which wasn’t bad! Fries were fresh and wings tasted great! Staff was friendly too! We will definitely be back!

The cashier was so helpful and attentive. The table we sat was not clean. So we decided to eat at home. The wings were not bad but the french fries were terrible as seen in the picture..

Well, I got the 20 for 20. The mango habanero wings were barely on the cooked and ok to serve side, and they were not even spicy. The house wings with the house hot sauce were cooked perfectly and hotter than the habanero wings. I'm highly disappointed in the blue cheese if that is what you call it. It was so runny, almost like it was cut with water. Blue cheese is supposed to be chunky and thick.

Food is great, but it takes some time to get it. 2 dips come with the 20 piece boneless wings, they always only give 1. We really like the Mexican seasoning but they never put it in the corn or fries when we order it. Granted, when we did carry out, there was only 1 person cooking the food.

Staff here can never get my orders right, so make sure to double check your orders before you leave. Also the wait time is astronomically long, flash from zootopia works faster than them, so I would recommend to order 30-45 min ahead if you want to pickup right away. Otherwise the food is decent, lemon pepper and hot honey rub tenders are tasty, though sometimes they can be overcooked. Place would be great if staff received reading comprehension exams and a pacer test during their interviews. Workers are very friendly overall, but the amount of times I’ve had missing items in my bag makes me question their training process.

I’m honestly conflicted with this place. The first time the food was great hot and fresh. The second time was a totally different experience everything was cold and the boneless wings we got were half the size as the first time, I basically got the same order twice. They definitely have issues with consistency . That being said will I be back???… maybe I really like the ranch and fries but if they are anything like the second trip I won’t be returning.

Where to begin. First off the place itself is not very clean inside. My family likes bone in and they said they did not have flavor 😭 I only eat boneless and mine were just fine. The fries were all cold and we waited a good while for our food. Needless to say we won't be going back and wished we just went to Buffalo wild wings right down the street!

i went to this location and ordered at the counter. there was only one person in line ahead of me. i waited for 40 minutes to receive my order which was just one thing of boneless wings and fries. i watched 6+ doordash drivers walk out with orders before i finally got my food. this store very clearly prioritizes online orders, so be prepared to wait. i will say the food was quite good when i finally got it. the voodoo fries have a nice kick, the wings were hot and flavorful, and the ranch was delish. the fries could stand to be a bit crispier though.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Wingstop on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster was frustrating enough to speak up. The service was slow, even though the store wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. I waited over an Hour for my order, only to receive cold wings that were not cook and drenched in oil to the point of being inedible. On top of that, the fries were soggy and under-seasoned, which is surprising considering the brand usually does them well. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay or poor quality. It just felt like customer service wasn’t a priority here. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from Wingstop. I won’t be going back to this location.

This was our first time at wing stop: We ordered wings (boneless and classic) in a variety of flavors to try, fries and a drink. Quickly after ordering we started having concerns/regret. They told us it would be a 25 min wait which we were fine with. 40 minutes later our order is up and boneless wings are room temp. We had a good bit of time to sit and watch as music is blasting in the waiting area, you can see pretty clearly back to the prep area. It’s astonishing watching half of the staff on their phones, eating food in the kitchen, bare hands handling their own personal food, their own personal drinks, their dirty cellphones and go right into prepping and handling food without washing hands and without gloves. I’m curious why half of the staff was standing around when the place was dirty, tables gross and floor disgusting. It’s not kept up with. The reviews on here are very accurate. I filled my drink with a soda and noticed it had a chemical like taste. The flavors on the wings are as they would seem. No major differences from any other place. The fries are similar to 5 guys but more dry and they had almost a dry sugary rub on them. They were fine. Pros: Love the ranch!! Wings are just OK Cons: CRAZY long wait!! They do prioritize online orders vs walk in DIRTY Expensive $$ Boneless wings are small Staff cross contaminating Staff eating in cooking area Staff not wearing gloves Staff not wearing hats/hair nets Staff eating food with bare hands and then going right back in to handling food for customers Eating area tables dirty Wait time they give you is NOT accurate Summary: we will not go here again. not worth the $ or wait in my opinion. on top of the disgusting atmosphere and lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. I only took one photo because I was over it. Hope this review helps!!
