The food is the definition of comfort food. The flavors are amazing, the people who work there are kind and knowledgeable, and you never know who you will get to know sitting next to you. Great atmosphere to boot.

Beer flights are 4 for $8 generous size. Order inside and take out to shaded picnic tables. They have lots of food available as well.

Salt point is always such a great experience. They have a great outdoor space, a fully functional indoor space for the winter, and a full kitchen. Highly suggest the pizza and pita when. They have it.

I honestly couldn’t love this place more. These people are my family. Do yourself a favor and just go. ALL the beers are great; nice, diverse selection. Food is STUPID good. Wonderful employees who are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. If there’s a line, don’t be scared off! Line moves quickly and it’s worth it.

Very cheerful place with families and kids running around outdoors. Not so many students, more families and local folks. The pizza was very delicious and the beer was pretty good. The service and staff were first rate. The interior where we sat might be a bit noisy when full but not to the point of being unpleasant, after all when one goes out one wants a bit of hubbub. We enjoyed our first visit very much.

Friendly staff and customers at the micro brewery. They have a range of selections to suit all tastes. Beside the Rogue, it's easily seen from the highway. There's much parking in the rear. If you like the unique tastes of the micro breweries, then order a flight to find your favorite. The locals will treat you well.

Stopped by Saturday. They advertise flights of 4 & 6 but they had eight beers and I wanted to try them all. $12 for 8-4oz samples. Not a bad deal. The first three were similar, with the Blonde Ale standing out as the best of the first few. The second set of four featured a stout, a red and two IPA's. The last beer on the list was a double IPA and was by far the best of the bunch. Every one had a smooth finish and not a bad one in the batch. I look forward to going back soon for some of their food (the menu says there are vegan options) and some pints!

Huge Selection on tap. More to chose from, and 10 times better quality than the "place up the road". Great atmosphere, and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend checking this place out. Glad we stopped here. Will definitely be back!

Great brewery overall. I still always get a flight as there are so many beers I really enjoy and can't pick just one. From cream ale to hefeweizen to a lager to a pilsner to a NEIPA and they have many, more hoppy options. Saturday is the day to go as they have fresh homemade cinnamon buns! Another must is their homemade pretzel (a flight, CB and pretzel make a great late breakfast) - make sure to add the spicy pimento cheese for the pretzel. They also make a nice pulled pork taco on Tuesdays and the employees are always friendly.

Great Wood Fired Pies and an awesome beverage selection and atmosphere! Pies to go, too. Delicious! A hot beverage option would be amazing on a cold day.

Salt Point is my happy place. In addition to a great beer selection with multiple good IPAs, the food is stellar. The pizzas are perfection (from the classic margarita to the sweet potato curry vegan option to whatever veggie/seasonal special is on the menu at the time). But that's not all! The salads are truly amazing (not an adjective that most salads can honestly claim) and don't sleep on the tomato soup during the colder months -- it feeds the stomach and the soul. Also, it's dog friendly and there's plentiful outdoor seating in the warmer months. What more could you want?

Cozy atmosphere! I loved the artichoke and spinach pizza. It was very tasty. My friends love the honey pepperoni pizza! Friendly service. Reasonable prices for both the food and drinks.

Enjoyed all the beers in my flight, everything was exceptional. Split the coconut curry, cashew and sweet potato pizza with my wife. I normally don't go for vegan pizzas, gimme all the meats and cheese. But this was incredible. The crust was delicious, the sauce and toppings were great, I'll try and recreate this at home. Very surprised at the chocolate mousse. I don't expect that a brewery would have great desserts, but my wife and I thought this was some of the best mousse we've ever had.

Delicious sourdough pizza (though be aware that pizza isn't served some nights; the tacos they do instead are also pretty good.) The vegan pizza option, the curry cashew pizza, is especially delicious--I'm not vegan but often order it. The outside area is pet- and kid-friendly, and generally has a bit more of a chill locals vibe compared to similar places in the area.

Fabulous as always! Delicious pizza's and salad's, great beer and cocktails and friendly efficient service! So glad we have this gem in our community! We especially love all the dog friendly outdoor seating and that even the indoors is open to the outdoor air, so we feel more comfortable going in to order.

We were not expecting to visit Salt point, but our first plans fell through, and I'm glad they did! It was a thoroughly welcoming and enjoyable experience. It was spacious indoors and out, and good thing, as it was an active tuesday evening. Many were there enjoying the beer, food, and atmosphere. The outdoor picnic benches were perfect for a good weather evening meal. We were there for taco tuesday, and while they were out of the chips, the sweet potato lentil tacos, and beef taco plates more than made up for it. Our children enjoyed the fare as well, and especially enjoyed the desserts of the evening. We tried the passion fruit mousse, chocolate mousse, and ricotta cheesecake. They were very tasty and just the right end to the meal. My wife and I each enjoyed a refreshing and well made beer. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and attentive. We highly recommend a trip to Salt Point Brewing when you are in and around the Ithaca area.

WAY better than I expected! Super friendly staff, really great interior design and ambiance, a ton of truly delicious craft beers, and hearth-baked pizza to die for -- somehow rivaling Thompson & Bleeker for the area's best pies. Lots of space, inside and out, with a plethora of outdoor seating (covered and uncovered) make this a great place to feel secure in a pandemic as well. A new habit is made!

New to the area and have been here a couple times and already planning to go again. Good selection of beer as well as a couple ciders. Excellent food. Check the wall for specials, too. This new brewery in Lansing, NY serves up some great craft brews and excellent wood-fired oven pizza. Fire pits and tables line the exterior area during warmer weather. Excellent and friendly service paired perfectly with our drinks and pizza on a chilly evening. Will definitely be returning to sample more of their thin crust pizza and salads.

Amazing beers AND really, really good food too (a handful of super yummy sandwiches and other items)! My husband was a brewer for Oskar Blues and so he knows his beer and he loves all the beers at Salt Point. The owners are all wonderful too- definitely the best beer in the area!

This place is just a gem. They do everything exceptionally well. Pizza is fantastic. Beer’s great. Nice folks. Etc. Beautiful inside and outdoor spaces, too. Not a tv in sight. Probably what Heaven is like, and you don’t even have to die to get there!

I was a really big fan of Salt Point. It's sort of out in the middle of nowhere a bit, but I think that's kind of nice since they're surrounded by beautiful country. The tap room is small but very charming, and there are a good amount of places to sit. The beers themselves were really good and all true to style. Their dry stout in particular was really good, along with their IPAs. The wheat is a good spring/summer choice as well. They actually have a decent little food menu that's pretty delicious. I had their reuben and (local) cheese plate. Both were on point. The woman Jennifer who was serving me was the best server I've ever had. She was such a warm and friendly person, who very obviously knew her stuff!

Stopped by for some beer and food. Both amazing!! We ordered the chopped salad. So yummy. All the salads deserve credit here. Staff also lovely. 10/10 recommend

We had the cup & char "bee sting" pizza, house made pretzel, and grass is greener salad to eat, with the Procrastinator doppelbock and 1911 Raspberry Cider to drink - everything was excellent, with taste, quality and portions that fully justified the not-unreasonable prices. We enjoyed our "happy hour" dinner there shortly after their 4pm opening on a Friday in the spacious indoor dining area among a sparse, adult crowd (it was busier outside, where most other patrons were enjoying the beautiful weather), but ended up beating a hasty retreat a little after 5, when there was suddenly a long line at the order counter and a crowd that surprisingly included many families with young children. Really good food, tasty beers, beautiful, airy taproom, nice outdoor seating and a staff that was fast, friendly, and competent gets 5-stars for sure, but this probably won't be the weekly HH hangout we were thinking it might become for us, with the more "popular family restaurant" vibe it got as it filled up.

Such a gem! I can't believe it took us a year to find this place! The food is fantastic, especially the green salad with fresh corn! Have been there a few times. Love the pizza, salad, and drinks. I was disappointed about Taco Tuesday that it was only one option that contained items I am allergic too and no other menu items to choice from. I would hope they would consider at least one option that may be plain or to add items to Taco Tuesday. Other than that, really enjoy this place. Would recommend to try it out.

Nicely done beers... wheat, dry stout, the red ale suprised me. Would absolutely go again... paird some pretty good cheeses and olives...great canning contraption for to go beers. Only complaints are it had no foot rest and chairs could be a little more comfortable... oh and the nuts werent as salty as expected

Within 10 minutes.The pretty fly for a white pye was good. You can really taste the smokey mozzarella yum. The dough is very thin. The bit of char on the crust from the wood fire was delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy on the bottom and had a smidge of melted cheese on the top. Overall that was just ok. Would pass on it next time though. If you get a soda stay inside. The wasps outside liked it a bit to much. Will definitely be back again sometime. Definitely recommend trying out some pizza.

Good place for group gathering. Very average for the quality and taste of the beer. Good speciality pizza.

The beers were nothing special. All the IPAs tasted malty instead of hoppy and all had the same flavor profile. The stouts weren't bad. Pizza tasted great but was not crisp at all. The crust had burnt bubbles all over but somehow wasn't crisp.

“Great beer! Great brewer! I drink with gusto, damn, you bet!...” is what I said before, and I still think the beer is excellent. But tonight my pizza was undercooked, and I didn’t much appreciate the attitude I got from the server, so I no longer think it’s a 5 star place. I’m sure I’ll still go for a beer, but probably not real soon.

It was good but nothing special. If one never gets outside of Ithaca then you wouldn't know what else is out there. I wouldn't drive from Rochester to come back.

The beer and food is pretty good. The atmosphere could use some improvements. You sit out in a half gravel half grass lot. We visited this place because it was dog friendly. But I'm not so sure that's entirely accurate. My friends Golden retriever barked a few times and we were warned that we would be asked to leave the next time it happened. Yes his dog identifies as a dog, and dogs bark once in a while when they are pestered by kids.

The prices are crazy for the quality & quantity. Trying to be like the beer tree in Port Crane. It’ll never happen. Save your time & money and keep driving by this one.

No cauliflower or GF crust options. So instead, I was told “this isn’t the place for everyone”. Truth. We won’t be back. The cider tasted good, which was sad because as she slammed the pager down on the counter for me and said (again) “no substitutions, as it’s written on the board”, I thought to myself. Well, they won’t last long if that’s their response. And before someone wants to call me names, or says “well the sign says…” I get it, but they offer a buffalo chicken pizza. They clearly already have chicken not smothered in BBQ sauce. I didn’t think I was asking for the moon. And to be treated so rudely, was just uncalled for.
