I've been to the location in the Outlet Shoppes twice. A bit on the pricey side, but good pretzels. I would prefer they heat up the cup of cheddar cheese though.

Very young inexperience staff, lines are always long and kids at the register always have questions or problems running simple transactions. If you bring your kids they will get tired of standing around, even on a slow day, due to the staffs poor CS. Shame of franchise to have such poor execution, product it self is decent.

It's 11:07am I've been waiting for them to open since 9am. I saw a girl inside but she never opened the door. I don't know at what time she'll see fit to start working omg ?!!!! I called the store and they said I had the wrong number when it's posted on their website?! Clearly very unprofessional workers are in there?!!!

Complete garbage employees don't know how to do they're job waited half an hour for a stupid pretzel Wouldn't recommended it unless you wanna waste your time and not get home

Never has 2 registers open theres always a big line just really bad service

This is the only place I can get a cinnabon and everytime I go they never have any. They tell me 10 minutes. It doesn't matter what time I go. And the cashier even though she's wearing gloves, she's charging and handling the food without changing the gloves!!

I dont know why it says it opens at 10am and right now I went and it’s still closed and it’s 11:20 am. It’s ridiculous!!! And they do t even acknowledge you! Super disrespectful! At least say that you open late or acknowledge people who actually want to go buy.

Horrible fing customer service. If you are open you should not tell a customer they can't have something that is on your menu. I waited in line to be told they would not make any petzel dogs. Mind me Im 7 months pregnat I made it clear I understood I'd have to wait. It seems just to avoid taking long they refused to make them. I have managed restaurants before and I know that the worst thing you can do as a manager, is refuse to sell a product on your menu to customers in the store before it closes.

Store is closed, there is a lady inside , I asked her what time they open since the website says the store was open 2 hours ago, she just waved at me and said theyre closed, she then ignored me and kept doing her business, just needed at what time they open the store my kid wanted a damn pretzel no need to ignore us

Was told the wait was 30 mins they asked me if I was waiting for an order and I said yes and he said oki in 30mins I had to wait another 30 mins then I wanted to order a pretzel the wait for that was 15 more mins ridiculous yall need to hire more people cause 2 people to handle a long line is sad!

Not to mention the worker who took my order appeared discontent that i was ordering by the look on her face. I don't think i will be ordering again from this location.

I went to the outlets and we came here because we love the one at the mall. It was unfortunate to see one of the managers yelling at a younger worker, probably a high schooler. Not sure what was going on but the girl was so sweet!! It was awful no wonder the workers are always different. THEY ARE TREATED POORLY!!
