I stopped by for a bite to eat after my daughters game. The cashier is super friendly and made sure we got everything right. The burger was fresh, hot, and tasted like it was just made. Really good service and food—I’ll definitely stop by again.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best BKs I’ve been to in Laredo Texas, highly recommend!

Took my kids to the Burger King on Guadalupe to try the new dragon meal—The dragon toys were a big deal for us , The cashier was very nice to us and made sure we got all 6 dragons! Thank You BK!. Awesome 👍

First time ever getting the "Hot & Ready" never again, rather dish out a couple of more bucks and get their 3 meat or Extra Pepperoni pizza, other than that, their wings are great, their new "Pineapple Pepsi" not so much

I understand mistakes can happen but they did mess up my order. I ordered the Pretzel Crust Pizza wit regular sauce but they gave me cheese sauce instead and it wasn't the crust I wanted. After I called they fixed it and were quick about it. Thank you so much!

For the last 6 months a good 8/10 times the pizza is as thin as paper. I recommend another location. I am assuming it's a new employees. I don't know if it's the way they're prepping the dough but I don't remember it always been that thin.

Forty minutes for two pizzas. I understand they were busy, but that's extremely long to wait for two pizzas even if they weren't the Hot n' Ready pizzas. The pizzas were good, but I'd recommend a different location if possible. If the app hadn't given me a time of 10 to 15 minutes, it wouldn't have been as frustrating.

Waited in the drive through 20 minutes..no customers inside and only two cars in front of me. Fast and easy? Uhh no..and it's like that every time I go there. The only reason I didn't leave is because I was stuck in the drive trough line..I understand Little Caesars isn't a rock star job but have some pride of work.and it wouldn't hurt to show a bit of friendly customer service instead of standing around wonder why you have to work at with a board look on your face.

Drive thru needs work, been here at the same spot for 17 minutes now. Asked for a compensation they say noo, come on give out a free cookie or something .guy in front was sooo mad don't know how much he told them off🤣😂

Yesterday I ordered a pizza went to picked it up and when I got home the pizza was more bread than anything very disappointing

The wait at the drive-thru is unbelievable!! I've been trying to at least get out of the line with no luck. My order has been ready for over 30 minutes and I'm still 3 cars in back . This is horrible 😢

Lady who makes pizza doesn’t wear a hair net and there was a long hair in the pizza nasty 🤮

Just want to say what it is no more nor less they were going very well on their pizzas but lately they are turning to horrible in order compliance towards customers like me and they don't add any extra topping or what so ever you add on your online order I'm very disappointed because I paid extra and I got extra of nothing I tried calling and no phone service I'm just ending my service in buying again never again will I go again to buy anything this was my last time of many disappointments

Always go to buy pizza there never had I experienced what I did today...went by ordered through drive thru was told to park on side of handy cap and my ordered would be taken to me..waited 35 minutes outside and nothing..went back inside told cashier had been waiting 35 minutes outside for order and she totally ignored me..i told her you never take that long and she kept ignoring me i asked for her name and she didnt even look at me nor answered my question..another customer told her ma'm the lady is talking to you and she gave a damn!! She ignored us both...was able to get her name with another employee real bad attitudeand customer service ABBY! If you dont like your job quit!!!

The pizza is always dry, devoid of sauce like the most arid of deserts. Eating here leaves me with a profound sense of regret, longing for more, but only meeting anguish. Also, there was a hair on my pizza, but it would appear that I am bald.

Alejandra C. has the worst customer service I've ever seen plus she needs to be more presentable. She needs to brush her teeth as I was grossed out by her appearance plus she needs to be more polite. I do not understand why she has a job there if she looks depressed . When I asked why they didn't answer the phones she replied because we're busy.

A very bad experience. The lady who serves is always angry when the orders come out, she doesn't take care of them.

The burger king here at metro bus stop down town the manger is always late and then has a bad attitude they open when they feel like it they don't open at 5:30 they open at 5:40 and always late you guys need to hire responseble people

Worst customer service! Supervisor is rude! Didnt have napkins or straws for drinks! When asking for napkins and straws manager didnt even turn to look at me just yelled they didnt have any. Burger king guadalupe WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The cashier was extremely rude and did not take the order correctly. The manager had to come out to to try to fix it but even she was pretty unwilling to help out. Once the food was given to us correctly, they gave us an extremely hard burger bun and the mozzarella sticks looked like they were bitten in half and spat back out. Definitely do not recommend this Burger King.

Ordered food with uber eats, that's not the issue. The issue was that the food was disgusting it was hard, everything was bigger than the patty. It's like they got an old patty and just put it together. Very disappointing to say the least just wanted a good quick meal after work, never doing that again at least to this location.
