Loveeee the coffee! The staff is amazing friendly to all customers and the drive through window well they are efficient and like always a smile on their face and they wish you a great day! You really don't get that anywhere...

I love loveee coming to this specific McDonald's. I'm from the south and I come to this specific place every time I crave iced coffees. They are the best from the rest of the McDonald's I've gone to, the other McDonald's always leave my coffee bland and with no flavor. This McDonald's tho, always gives it super delicious! It's worth the travel! And the best part is that they are always on a very cheerful mood, I love it! It makes your whole day better

Don't like the fact that the inside is closed to the public and only the drive thru is open. At least the drive thru is fast and they speak English!

Even though they have a Double Checked sticker on the receipt 🧾 on the bag. Please double check before your order before you leave. I've had the manager tell me that I should have checked my food before leaving the establishment. Don't feel rushed to check your food order.

I love the Quarter pounder with cheese and the filet o fish. You get your food fast. Clean BUT. I did not like the fact that I could not go wash my hands cause they had moped the floor and it was wet They did not use fan like Walmart to have the floors dry fast. So people just went in ignoring the wer floor sign cause they really needed to used the bathroomm.

I came for the special buy one get the other for $1 I ate a quarter pounder with cheese and fries I like that both my husband and I are for about $12 I often bring all my family to eat there The fries are the best and I drink the sweet tea

Remodeled recently, nice atmosphere and now you have to order through touch screens and just pay at the counter but there is someone there to help you out in the process

For being a high traffic McDonald's, this place is quick and clean. The only flaw is the Spanish speaking drive thru. If you're bilingual, then no problem.

McDonald’s on Santa Ursula and Washington St. - is a high traffic fast food joint but the service is quick through the drive thru. I rarely go inside. The girls in the drive thru are friendly. Outside of the fast food joint is clean. The parking lot seems too small so be careful on how you park or back out of the parking space.

I was unable to order through the drive-thru. I had to call in my order due to being scared of lowering window. There is always homeless asking for money.

The drive thru needs a lot of work, I always get the wrong order, feels like they aren't paying attention to the order and they never have ice cream or frappe after 9pm. I'm not giving up on this McDonald's, still hope for y'all, but if no improvements, I will not be returning..

Thought the staff is courtesy, this McDonald’s doesn’t quite hold up to the others. The fries tend to be cold the majority of the time. Periodically I’m missing items from drive thru orders. Usually I just don’t bother going back cause it feels like missing orders aren’t a priority. Why do I keep going back, you ask? Well it’s the closest/fastest drive to me. Another problem is really something about the area, there is a bit if a homeless problem downtown. Now usually it doesn’t bother me unless you get a few of the ones that don’t take no for an answer.

This is my go to place always even though I have others close by employees are friendly and courteous but that particular Saturday 11/7 5:45 pm the people (except the cashier on the drive thru and the person handing out the orders) were not in a good mood my food was cold and stale like it was sitting there in the heat rack for awhile I understand you gotta push out everything. Not leave it to waste but honestly that's not the right way there's a certain McDonald's that's they give out their unsold food to the homeless near by. May be they should implement that.

It was convenient for me to go there since it was close to the college, and besides the fast food restaurant being so busy. I was pleased with my order. Just wish it was a bit more clean.

I was ordering coffee on someone's behalf, I never ordered coffee for myself so when they asked me how I wanted it done, I didn't know what they ment so I asked politely if they can explain me but instead I heard them giggle through the speaker and just repeated what they told me before which was how I wanted my coffee done. This McDonald's only had one person who spoke English. I ordered the double cheese burger and it wasn't even hot pr eatable. Stay away from this restaurant.

It was okay... We got some bottles of water and an iced coffee. Every single McDonald's ive been to, and ordered iced coffee, they have out creamer in it. This time they didnt? Even though the menu is - with cream... And it wasnt full either its like someone was meant to put creamer in it but someone picked it up before that could happen ? And there is a clear language barrier. Since its a very close boarder town everyone speaks spanish, which is fine but it was clearly more difficult at this location to try and make the order so it really slowed down the process

On a nice weekday afternoon we walked a few blocks to Santa Ursula's branch my kids and I, craving a Sunday and McFlurries only to learn they were not serving ice cream. Manager didn't even apologize. She just "bounced" us with a "we don't have icecream". We left heartbroken and dissapointed😢

Not sure if the microphone was broken, but the person on the other side of the microphone was asking us for our order, and then just hung up, only to start asking the next person for their order. We waited there for about 3 minutes, saying "hello" before driving up to the next window. From there an employee helped us. I'm incredulous.

Service is kinda slow and sometimes there is a nasty smell near the fountain drinks. Unfortunately I have to eat there sometimes it is one of the few restaurants that nearby where I work.

Food wasn't fresh at all and this wasn't the first time either. It's always something every time. Messed up orders, wrong orders or something always. And our children really like to buy from McDonald's. But even though they end up getting something wrong with their orders, they still give McDonald's other chances. Just to be disappointed again.

This location has a tendency to charge you for items they don't have. Ordered a drink and when they came to give me my order, they said that the soda dispenser wasn't working. Knowing that, why didn't they let me know that dispenser was down and still charged me for the drink?

This place has terrible customer service and I can say for certain that they have never EVER given me my correct order and to top it off their drive through speaker and mic don’t work and they can never hear us and we can’t get down because of this pandemic to try to get our right order or get missing items from our order because if they don’t give us the wrong order they’ll always forget to give us something.

Language barrier is an issue as they don't understand orders given in English. Plus trying to translate via drive-thru is a mess! Also, there is a homeless person right at the drive thru asking for money...really? With Covid at full force? This person walks up to your car and asks for money at your window! So dangerous! McDonald's worst restaurant in the country is blocks from the border off of I35. Worst customer service and yeah you don't matter to them. Plus you better speak Spanish only as all the employees will only speak Spanish to you even if they know English. My suggestion would be to go to any other McDonald's in the Laredo area. Oh and expect to be told to park and wait for your order no matter what it is. Yup even a bag of ice or a soft serve cone. Absolutely the absolute worst Micky Dees in the country! Avoid the restaurant just crossing the rail road tracks off I 35 before Washington Street.

This McDonald's on 1120 Santa Ursala has horrible customer service. Unavoidable, since I live close to here. The cashier did not know how to process a credit card. Their McDonald's app could not be scanned, which defeated the whole purpose of going there. I have never encountered this problem in any other McDonald's but this one. The McDonald's on Bob Bullock has amazing service.

Besides the huge line... They took a while to properly understand my order. After paying and upon receiving my order I realized they gave me my order wrong.

They parked me for coffee. And then took 15 minutes and then they forgot one coffee. And then they never brought the coffee out. We had to get off and let them know. Finally about almost 1/2 later after the initial order we left. Oh yeah, they forgot to tell us they didn't have coffee cream.

Horrible service , they are parking all cars on drive thru.... And taking long time putting too many orders and can't keep up with them . Brought us the wrong order ..and we put our hands. We received terrible service. The employees have a hard time understanding English. They overcharged me and by the time I got the frappes they were melted. The people that were there had their toddlers in nothing but pampers which makes it look like a ghetto McDonalds. All booths were taken by one person using a laptop when we were a family of 5. We had to sit at a small table and add a chair. It was a terrible experience. We will not go there again.

My order was at 8:56 pm got everything, except for the cookies and the employee here said i will give them to you in a moment and so i waited. I waited until 9:31 pm then i asked the same employee and he went right away to get them, i liked that but i didnt have to wait 37 mins for them.

Everything was over cooked, nuggets were a dark brown and dry, mcckicken was super dry, I had asked for fresh fries and they weren't fresh at all, they were cold and salty. I also ordered for a half and half tea and I got a sweet tea. It's obvious that these people don't follow orders. I tried speaking to the. The one at the far end of I35 just before the bridge to Mexico, usually makes mistakes. They might have a language barrier? I always order in English and they always mess up my order. They a small coffee even if I ask for a large. They gave me a 4 piece chicken nuggets when I ordered 10 piece. Come to think I don't think is a language barrier because I get charged for what I ordered. The service is bad. They need to double check the orders! I stopped going there.

Go at your own risk. I went to the drive through and paid with my debit card and the lady took it away from the window and came back a few mins later to return my card. Then a few weeks later I started getting fraudulent transactions on my card. I find it very suspicious seeing that I don't use this card at other places

Don't get fool for fast food when restaurant does poorly on drive thru service. They make most people park when they are very few in line. They admitted the reason to park is so they can fool the time for service which is exceptionally an awful reason and not a practice that Corporate allows as per call from them. This happens also on Jacaman and Saunders locations.

Yesterday and today I we went to the McDonald's on Santa Ursula and they only had Sprite and coke and all flat. The large fries not full. I ask for spicy buffalo sauce and they gave me barbecue sauce.

I noticed that on the receipt my soda order was incorrect so I let them know when I was picking up my order in the drive through. Instead of giving me the correct soda the woman at the window sent me to window 2. Ok, fine…except she must’ve forgotten she sent me there so I went inside (thankfully I wasn’t wearing pajamas) for my soda and it was still not correct. I just let it lie. Ludicrous that all this happened when I could’ve just been given my soda when I was picking up my order. Why even go to window 2 in the first place?

Doesn't display accurate hours for dinning in they close wayy earlier than their suppose to or advertise. Only drive thru is 24 hrs, but they don't reflect correct hours at their location.
