I discovered this place thanks to a friend: I have to say it was a very pleasant surprise. A welcoming place that makes you feel at home. A great selection of wines. The tasting menu is recommended, although we ordered individual dishes. The agnolotti were good, although the pasta was a bit tough (perhaps because I'm not used to eggless pasta). The discovery was the homemade tempeh. I've never particularly liked it, but I'd heard it was good here. And I must say, I found it delicious (of course, the frying trick helps). I was disappointed not to try the desserts, but I was full. The wine (I don't remember what we ordered) was also very good. It was also nice to chat with the staff at the counter (the owners, perhaps). I'll definitely be back! I often see that they're open by reservation, so if in doubt, call to avoid wasted trips. 2 place settings €4, water €2, bottle of red wine €18, 2 first courses €28 + 2 second courses €15 + 2 coffees €2 = TOTAL €84 Absolutely in line with other restaurants, and more than fair for the experience offered.

Even though I'm not vegan, I still had a great time at this place. The ingredients are top-quality and the dishes are meticulously researched. They made a delicious birthday cake for my uncle, who is vegan. I'll definitely be back, especially since they regularly host very interesting themed evenings!

Yesterday I came here for lunch, brought by my grandchildren, Laura and Massimo, who have lived in Villanova Mondovì for several years. I was blown away by the delicious food I chose, all of which were attractive and of the highest quality. The ingredients are vegan, grown in the owners' garden. The entire menu embodies the concept of healthy, vibrant cuisine, cooked with love and yet focused on delighting the palate, with original and creative pairings. While it goes far beyond the great Piedmontese tradition, it is somehow present in the structure of the menu, built on the classic sequence of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and dessert. The atmosphere is appropriately rustic, yet spacious and quiet, encouraging conversation, one of the true pleasures of dining. Over time, I'm sure the exterior will also improve, a modest square serving as a large parking lot next to the appropriate brick church. The spirit of Gozzano hovers and breathes in the words of the talented chef, reserved yet open to sharing her deeply desired personal and professional journey. Exceptional. I know many vegan places, this one is among the best, and it's excellent value for money. The waiters and owner are very kind, they recommend excellent wines, and the cook is excellent. The desserts are also super good. And even the side vegetables aren't just extras...I recommend it! ...an important detail? Every table has a fan in these incredibly hot days, if that's not a thoughtful touch... Plus, there's ample free parking in front of the restaurant... Truly: Exceptional!

Excellent vegan restaurant in San Biagio, a small hamlet near Mondovì. Tasting menu or à la carte, dishes prepared with seasonal and organic ingredients. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the outdoor area under the umbrellas. Excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulous experience. The atmosphere was quiet, warm, and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, dogs were welcome, and the food was amazing. The pad thai was excellent, as were the rest of the dishes, but I was truly moved by the dessert—one of the best desserts I've ever eaten, original and delicious. It's best to call ahead to let them know you'll arrive; they explained to us that they generally operate by reservation for the best possible organization.

I took my vegan partner for Christmas dinner on the 24th. The place was beautiful and well-kept, and I must admit the food was truly spectacular. I could have asked for seconds of the appetizers and main course. I highly recommend it, the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a great time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
