Great burgers and shakes if you are willing to take the calories overload ... great location in a quaint and very charming mall with plenty of kids and adults attractions ... and some serious competition on Sundays from the food truck court. I've been a fan now of Shake Shack burgers as a cut above the rest of the typical burger joint for a while, and restaurants continue to be cleaner and more pleasant than that average joint ... price increases have made it a bit less of a great value than it used to be just 18 months ago. The photos are from the surrounding outside the store as we did quick takeout and forgot to take pics inside.

I've had the regular burger before and it was great! This time I got the mushroom burger but I didn't know there wouldn't be any beef patty in there. Oh well it was still good. I really liked my pumpkin shake!

My brother and I went here after a long afternoon exploring the Marin Headlands. I know they're opening a new location in Sacramento soon, but I wanted to experience a full taste of shack shack. Although there was a line to the register, my brother and I were asked to use mobile pay, which is convenient as it saved time. I ordered a shake burger with added onions, bacon and cherry peppers. Crinkle-cut fries and a lemonade is also I ordered. My bro got a big order consisting of double SmokeShack, Chick'n Shack, fries and drink. We had not ate all day just for this. Honesty, the food was amazing. Even though I'm a fan of In-N-Out, the burger tasted very delicious. My only downside was the cost, given that this food is of high-quality which I understand. Overall, this was good customer service and I am even amazed that I would get a text when my order is ready. Though I am not a Bay Area person, I would come back again to try different items on the menu when the Sacramento location opens. One more thing is that the decor looks like you eating at a hip restaurant.

Today, March 27, 2019 was opening day. They were very organized and opened right on time at 11 AM. You'll find our self-service kiosks and one cashier for order taking. If you've never had their food before, they have signature burgers, chicken sandwich and hot dog options. Of course, they have their famous shakes. There's a variety of indoor and outdoor seating. For nice days, there is a foos ball table on the outdoor patio.

Black and white shake is pretty good, but at the price of nearly 1000 calories. I ordered via their tablets, took a number to my table to identify myself, and then received a text that my order will be brought out to me shortly. Waited for 3 minutes then hear a person holler my name out. Why do I even grab a number if I have to get my items myself? I give myself 5 stars for service. One star for the service here. Also, the positioning of the male restroom here, in relation to the dining tables, is awful. If you’re planning to use the urinal here, just know you may be giving a free show.

The very first visit ever in my life 🤷🏾 I started out with the initial five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 mostly because I was homesick and #Prince came on while I was in the lobby ❤️ so I just knew I was in for a special treat and that all changed quickly the burger was slathered and almost invisible under the black truffle sauce as it was “plentiful” so much that I just wiped it off. The chicken bites were so salty and the breading came off as I tried to pick it up to eat it 🤦🏾 the best part of my meal was the fries they were still warm when I got back to my hotel 💯 Take your time people and put it together like you want your food to look 🤷🏾

Had the Golden State Double, fries, & cookies & cream milkshake. Dinged a star for not having Mt. Tam Graham and Vanilla Larkspur. The burger was tasty, juicy, & really delicious. But, they put lots of mayo (or whatever sauce). Crinkle cut fries were crispy so that's a plus. The milkshake was good. But, I thought it didn't standout from other milkshakes I've had. I dinged another star because the iPad I tried to order from didn't work. Also, if you're a cash customer, you need to pay at the cashier (only 1 register). Get in early because parking in the shopping center gets packed quickly. I got in around 10:45 AM & still had to park a ways out. Not sure if I'd come back. Distance, toll, & first impression is holding me back.

Once again I am blighted by ordering something not in the name. I don't think it's specific to this location, I think shake shack is probably just a low mid. Tiramisu shake was surprisingly very good, but it could not stand in for the burger and fries. Id rate the burger and fries just below average cafeteria food, which for the price is heinous. Don't think I've ever put down a burger and been so disappointed I didn't finish it prior to this,, same goes for the fries. Maybe shake shack should have just stayed on the east coast.

I’m so disappointed in the peppermint milkshake. What happened to it??? It used to be an actual peppermint icecream shake! And. Or it’s just chocolate icecream with a few pieces of peppermint sprinkled on top. Major fail. I’m seriously upset about this.

I ordered the Korean BBQ burger with Korean cheese spicy fries, and snikerdoodle shake. Burger $11 - sauce was too salty and overpowering any miniscule BBQ taste on otherwise flat patty. Good attempt on putting scallion in it to give it a "Korean taste". Fries $7 - subpar for the price. Should cost only $2. Cheese is not Korean corn cheese. It reminds me of public school toasted frozen fries, with a drooping of cheesewhiz and sprinkle with chili seasoning. Shake ~$6 - good, but not enough to get rid of the horrible taste of this bad experience Service - similar to other burger joint, but they ask for 10% tips TL;DR just go to in-n-out, you will get better food with less than half the price. Ditch this place. Shake shack? More like Scam shack!

Best part was it was fast. But 9$ for a meat patty and piece of cheese in a tiny bun? Store bought fries with what tasted like cheap canned cheese on top. Oreo shake was also diaspointing.

I I had a terrible experience at Shake Shack. During my visit, they served my kids raw hamburgers with rotten lettuce. It's not safe to serve uncooked meat, and the state of the lettuce was appalling. I called to speak with a manager, but it went to voicemail. I would not recommend this place based on the poor quality of food, the health risk, and the lack of customer service. Serving raw food is not only unacceptable but also a major safety concern.

3/6/20: The meat was cooked but actually cold. That was strange. I do not know why the meat was cooked but cold. The men's room paper towel dispenser had no paper towels. I told the manager, but he said we can use the hand blower. I hope he had towels put into the dispenser. I was not impressed at all by this place & will not go back. Who wants to eat a cold burger? Also, the counter people were not friendly, & they showed no appreciation for my patronage. The table tops were dirty with crumbs.
