A quiet and comfortable cafe with excellent menu options. Attentive, friendly wait staff. Love that you can choose from vegan to meat options even at breakfast. Wonderful espresso drinks with house made syrups that are full of flavor and not too sweet.
Stay in Palazzo several times. Always come here for easy breakfast. The food doesn’t contain much seasoning. It’s what I want, fresh and tasty.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Palazzo Hotel adjacent to the Canyon Ranch Spa. Definitely convenient if you’re staying in the hotel. The food and service was good. The atmosphere is definitely a cafe in a gym type vibe
The service is quick and good. I have enjoyed their beet juice two days in a row. The shrimp tacos are light but very filling. The arugula salad with pomegranates was a nice surprise. Looking forward to trying more things on their menu. Using takeout makes it easy to enjoy it poolside as well
I had a pleasant experience with the breakfast at this establishment, accompanied by excellent service. Manny, our waiter, went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Although the food was slightly on the pricey side, the exceptional service made it worthwhile. I extend my gratitude to Manny for providing us with outstanding service.
Great breakfast spot. Small, and food is well prepared. It's a little difficult to find. You have to past hotel security to enter the guest area. Smoothies, fresh juices, and coffee was very good.
Excellent food and service. We had a short 10 minute wait for our table for breakfast at about 8.30am during the week. The coffee was good, Italian style and the food was beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble with customizations. QR code on the menu for allergins - a clever touch! 🐟🥯🥚🍳🥑🍓
Great breakfast with some healthy options. Food was more interesting than your typical breakfast fare. I must say the Venetian room service oatmeal was better than the restaurant though, so if you're getting oatmeal keep that in mind.
A nice find inside The Venetian Hotel. The food is what you would expect from a spa: healthy and fresh. The breakfast is filled with great options, smoothies and bowls. A definite for a healthy breakfast in a town that is not known for its healthy food.
The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Manny our waiter was extremely accommodating. The food is a little over priced but for the service it's worth it. Thank you Manny for the excellent service!
Wow I love this place! Such great service and food! So willing to help, so friendly to serve, the only place that is willing to give me hot water in the casino. Susan and Danielle are the best!
Wow, great breakfast location, love it as this is a hidden location from the regular hotel guests, no lines, quick service and fantastic food.
Good health oriented breakfast options. Friendly staff. Nice calming vib.
Excellent healthy food with great service! Flavorful teas, good juices, well made omelettes, and perfectly dressed salads.
I’m a foodie from Houston and visit Las Vegas quite regularly and this will definitely be my lunch and or breakfast spot every time I visit
This place is a little off the beaten path, but the service and food are top-notch! Try the egg white omelet... it’s great!
Taste very good 👍 Employees are so nice. Anastasia (Avocado Toast 🤙☺️😉)
Delicious breakfast at The Palazzo. Great selection of healthier food and great service!
Oh, My Goodness!! What an awesome experience! I had Apple cinnamon pancakes, bacon and coffee. It came with a perfectly portioned cup of fruit. It was served quick and HOT! I ate every morsel drank all my coffee and even the water was most refreshing! Located in The Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas. I had it on my 3rd day of a 5day trip. Wished I had known. I would have been here from day 1!
It's tough to figure out how to get in if you aren't staying in the hotel, but this was my favorite restaurant of our trip. The staff is wonderful and the food is top quality. Even the coffee was delicious! Try their cocktails!
Excellent service with amazing food. In a town where it's east to just eat heavy all day, Canyon Ranch is a much needed break with its healthy food options and amazing service. All this with very reasonable prices. I recommend the organic omlet with everything in it. The place is a bit Hard to locate, but well worth the adventure. You need to get to the third floor via elevator which is near the bookstore. Plenty of people there to help you find it as well.
We had a fantastic breakfast at the Canyon Ranch Grill. Tucked away between the spa and the pool, it is sort of off the beaten path, which we loved, because it was a quiet spot amidst the craziness of Vegas. We were still on Esst Coast time, so we enjoyed a great breakfast early. Our server was awesome and we loved the unique, healthy options that were offered.
The customer service here really blew me away. I know Vegas isn't really a family place, but I had to bring my 8 month old. A different restaurant we went to didn't seem to care at all that we had a baby, doing nothing to help make our experience good. The servers at the Canyon Ranch Grill were the exact opposite. I really felt their desire to make sure we had a good experience. They anticipated many things we needed for dining with a baby, even something as small as bringing a small cup of raspberries for her to eat. Thank you Manuel and the others servers for being so thoughtful.
Delicious, healthy (or healthy-ish) food that was gluten-free-friendly. The customer service was excellent. I have a severe flax allergy in addition to being gluten free, and when I asked the waitress for GF toast with my omelette but to check if it had flax first, she came back and reported that the bread did have flax but that the GF bagel does not, so would I like that instead? It should not be rare to see this type of problem-solving and customer service in the world, but right now it is. I so appreciated this. Their homemade organic coffee syrup was yummy, and their strawberry rhubarb jam was THE BOMB - made my bagel with cream cheese and jam taste like a dessert-worthy scone. Hostess remembered me several days after I came the first time and thanked me for returning - again, great customer service. I just wish they were open 7 days a week!
had a cortado at the Canyon Ranch Café in Las Vegas, and it was absolutely incredible. Perfectly balanced — rich, smooth espresso cut with just the right amount of warm milk. It wasn’t too strong, wasn’t too milky, just the ideal harmony of flavor and texture. You could tell it was crafted with care. Easily one of the best cortados I’ve ever had, and definitely worth ordering again.”
Great vegan and vegetarian breakfast options. Contrary to other reviews: you don’t need to be a hotel guest, you can just check in with security and let them know you are headed here.
Went for brunch here during a conference. Wonderful ambience- relaxing space, amazing service, and the food was fantastic. I ordered pancakes, eggs, and chicken sausage and ate every bite.
This is a great place to go for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. The food is delicious and reasonable priced. Our server, Sydney, was the best! Friendly and attentive - we will defininitely visit next time we are in town and we will definitely request her. She is an amazing asset to the staff.
I stopped by Canyon Ranch Grill while attending a conference at The Venetian because I wanted something healthy and satisfying — and it totally hit the spot. The fresh juices were amazing, and my server, Stephanie, couldn’t have been more helpful. She recommended the turkey club on sourdough, and it was delicious — fresh ingredients, great flavor, and just the right portion. It was the perfect reset in the middle of a busy conference day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy, relaxed meal with genuinely kind service.
Had a good breakfast here, server was nice, food didn't take long to arrive after ordering.
The food was good. I had a omelette with potatoes. I ordered a cup of fruit & didn’t eat that because all the fruit was sour & not fresh. Wanted a smoothie but way too expensive. A smoothie (small size) is $15.00 and I can get 2 smoothies at other places for the same price. A omelette is $20 but extra’s you are charged for. The food is expensive here, but everything is.
Would have been 5 stars for the food and experience but finding this place and getting into this place was super annoying It’s in the Venetian, on floor 1, have to hand over to your ID to a security card, then go up the elevator to the 3rd floor and it’s the cafe next to the spa That said, the food was healthy and tasty and the staff was really nice. Also, reasonable priced.
Tasty breakfast place with good coffee. I had the SPA Sandwich which was really crunchy and had just the right amount of spiciness. The waitress was nice and quick to refill the coffee and water.
We have been coming here for over 12 years, and it is unfortunate to see the ambience go from a 9 to a 1 due to a bad remodel. The feng shui is bad. The fluorescent lights are awful… The floor is cheap, the color of the chairs are awful. It feels like a hospital cafeteria. The service continues to be amazing. And we love Manny. The food has gone down hill a little bit… But is still a healthy option, which is hard to find in Vegas. Come on Palazzo/Venetian - do better! This place is aesthetically awful.
Yogurt is really good, especially the honey. Shrimp tacos are ok. Coffee is not bad!
Clean , quick , healthy and priced right all with good service . Try their lobster Ranch with eggs .
Good food, great customer service!
Hidden near the pool by the spa. Small place. Expensive average food at best. Plenty of better choices in Venetian to eat.
The food was decent, but not spectacular. On the plus side there are a lot of healthy options, and I appreciated the nutritional breakdowns posted for each item on the menu. Service was slow, though it seems like that was secondary to the restaurant being understaffed. We were seated at the bar and our bartender, without prompting from us, apologized for the generally slow pace at which things were being done. Our meals would likely have tasted better had they been hot from the grill, but unfortunately by the time they got to us they were lukewarm. On the whole it’s not a bad restaurant for breakfast if you’re staying at the Palazzo, but not necessarily a place I’d go out of my way to visit.
Lovely staff, seated straight away and very attentive. Breakfast was average for the price. Orders the strawberry crepes, the crepes were cooked well but the mascarpone was quite hard and way to much water cress served over it. Also asked for a banana smoothie which did not have good flavour seemed waterred down. Also on the table ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs, very small toast pieces.
I had breakfast over there and the meals are very over priced compared to the quality that is very medium. Was disappointed with how it tastes 😞 The service was quick and pretty good.
Pretty loud here for a spa grill. Blenders constantly going off, loud conversation, and they even started vacuuming while we were there. Not spot cleaning - like legit vacuuming. Not the vibe! Good tacos though.
Should have listened to the Bell Hop and went to Grand Lux Cafe instead. Very pricey (a black coffee was $8) and the food was just ok at best. I order the $20 All American breakfast, what I got was one slice of toast (comparable to Wonder bread) and potato chunks that were still hard. Service was good but I won’t be back.
The takeout window fees of a five percent service charge and 15 percent suggested gratuity are the major problem with this establishment. A burger and juice drink that should cost 35 dollars jumps up to 47 dollars. Please fix this issue.
Very few food options and over 30 minutes of wait for some very simple foods. They incorrectly made the omelette and the bison burger was both bland and dry. There is no reason to waste 20-30 dollars per person on this restaurant when there are plenty of better ones in Vegas. Also hard to find.
We both felt sick after we ate here. We ordered basic eggs and bacon, and they were not made how we ordered them. I threw away my juice after a few sips. Not a good vibe here, I had such high hopes.
Takeout has a REQUIRED “suggested” gratuity plus a service fee. A $20 take out meal easily is $30 after all insane fees. Food was okay but felt like this places menu is so misleading
After failing at the lobby coffee shop at The Palazzo due to 20 minute waits ( zero coffee in the rooms or reception ) I went to The Canyon Ranch coffee takeout counter. 2 large coffees and a muffin for $30 with forced tip and, incredibly at a takeout counter an additional “ service charge”. Increasingly mystified with Palazzo’s tone deaf o recharging for guests struggling to get their first coffee.
We ordered the homemade salsa and it was terrible. Flavors were off and it tasted sour. Not good at all. We also got the Cesar salad the dressing tasted worse than bottled kraft. The bbq nachoes were okay for the first bite then as I ate more made my stomach turn. It tastes like it was missing something. I got shrimp on it and one of them wasn’t cooked and tasted gummy. Never offered to take off the chips and salsa either.
Not the best if you come at 1:30pm they won’t seat you just to go and mandatory 20% on to go. So you will be eating out of paper. Also service is not great at the to go counter.
