Absolutely stunning restaurant inside the Bellagio. It was my first time paying 80 for a steak that didn’t come with anything like nothing! But steak did taste great even though it was butterfly. The chicken was amazing as well but didn’t come with anything either. The restaurant itself is beautiful and service was just ok. I think for the price I would rather try something else next time I visit. Thanks 🩷✌️
The service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were just right, perfect for someone like me who likes to try a variety of dishes but doesn't have a big appetite. Next time I go to Las Vegas, I will choose the Bellagio Hotel because the dining experience there is great.
We randomly selected this restaurant for dinner before going to O show and were pleasantly surprised! The staff were all very attentive and friendly, making sure our order was prioritized so we can make it in time to catch our show time. The octopus dish was the best I've ever had! My scallops and veggies were yummy and fresh. It is definitely pricey I don't feel ripped off.
My boyfriend and I try to visit Vegas 3-4 times a year- it's one of our happy places. Specifically, Harvest has been added to the happy place list. The hostesses were friendly and well organized. Our table was ready. Our waitress, Giada, was a treasure: friendly, knowledgeable, and very sharp. The food was on point. It was well seasoned, creative, and beautifully balanced. I enjoyed my brief interaction with the sommelier. They have a beautiful full bar and a lovely, erudite wine list. We first enjoyed the Naan and three sauces- naan made to order- delish!!! We also had the yellow tail crudo with an aquachile and fresh cucumber. Outstanding! For our mains I enjoyed scallops with compressed melon balls in a green curry sauce with beautiful spring veggies. My boyfriend had the grilled salmon with some kind of a buerre blanc sauce- again, divine. For dessert we finished up with the peach cobbler with perfectly caramelized peaches and a yummy yogurt ice cream. Damn. What a night! Later we complimented the supervisor as we left and he shared that the restaurant had been understaffed that evening. I NEVER would have guessed. Our server, our runner, the busing, everything was perfection. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!!! Thank you, Giada!!!
If you’re in Vegas, go to Harvest. If you’re at or near the Bellagio, go to Harvest. If you are on your way to see Cirque Soleil O, GO TO HARVEST! This was such an enjoyable first night dinner for our group of four ladies. The restaurant had the best salad (beets with a dressing that was just magical, I’m not sure what made it so good) but there was also goat cheese involved. The pear martini was such a treat and went well with the salad followed by seared oysters with mushrooms. I want this exact meal again and again. Our server was friendly and a solid staple of the restaurant, has been there for years, so comfortable and knowledgeable. I adore that the menu clearly labels GF for Gluten-free options, making it feel safe and easy to order!
The summer tasting menu was incredible and a great value (Vegas-wise) at $70. The crispy half chicken was incredible, especially because of the slightly spicy chipotle sauce that was part of this dish. The chocolate coconut dessert is also spectacular. Highly recommend the tasting menu here!
The food was very good and service was amazing. They truly made it special for us <3
The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great. I was disappointed with my server. I dined alone that evening and felt as if she was barely stopping long enough to make sure all was okay before hurrying off. Literally I don’t think she even waited for my answers to her questions. I’m not going to allow this to drop my rating of the restaurant because everything else was top notch and maybe she was just overwhelmed. Upon walking into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the work area. Yep, the restaurant is built around the kitchen and the glass walls allow full view of the prep. I thought it was very cool and loved watching the activity throughout my meal. The restaurant is comfortable and had a really nice ambiance. I ordered the Tasting Menu and enjoyed every single bite. I also ordered the sangria and was very excited at the amount of fruit was in the glass. The sangria was delicious. First course was a Caesar salad - they make it with a trout dressing as opposed to anchovy. It tasted a bit different from a traditional Caesar salad, but it was nice. I found it odd that they had watermelon radishes in it, but the flavors worked nicely. The main dish was the star. Filet and Brussels sprouts. Wow, I wish I knew how they made those Brussels sprouts! They were really tasty on their own, but served atop an eggplant puree and this side dish was completely elevated. The filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and had a fantastic sear. That’s the only reason you need a knife, to get through the sear. The seasonings were fantastic, the meat was so very tender, and the portion size was perfect. To top dinner off, I chose the brownie with ice cream. Honestly, I wanted to lick the plate on this one. The brownie was cooked perfectly and topped with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans and chocolate sauce. But there was something that pushed it over the top - a sprinkling of flaked salt. I couldn’t believe how much this simple ingredient could elevate this dessert. I’m thinking I’ll be sprinkling this on anything chocolate that I make at home!
What a hidden gem amongst the countless over hyped celebrity chef “sponsored” fine dining options along the strip. This place stands on its own and flies under the radar. Intimate atmosphere and outstanding service. None of the pretension and all of the quality and consistency you come to expect from a fine dining experience. The food was perfectly executed and left me wanting more. Trust your concierge when they suggest this place. The Brussels sprouts and the ribeye were my favorites. And I would put that steak against anything the golden steer and craftsteak has to offer.
I really enjoyed the food here. I will definitely be back for the pork belly lettuce cups. The crunch was everything you hoped for. The sunchoke soup was a pleasant autumn surprise. Thoroughly enjoyed the raw vegetable salad. I wish I could have eaten it all. The rib eye was cooked well. No room for dessert and i was very sad about that. My only negative comment is the sangria was not drinkable. It tasted medicinal. My table an one near ours complained and returned it.
Harvest is tucked in the back of the Bellagio and is only open for dinner. The menu leans heavy towards seafood but the steak was delicious. The restaurant was quiet and lends itself well for intimate dinners. The ambiance is great as most tables in the restaurant have a view of the kitchen. The sides can be shared but aren’t too large. The dessert menu didn’t seem to be posted elsewhere. The sticky toffee pudding was good, but the bacon inclusion throws the taste off. Overall was a great dinner at Harvest
This is one of our favorite spots that we visit annually! The steak is the bomb!! We typically sit at the bar because the bartenders are awesome!
Overall a good experience. This restaurant doesn't get as much love as some of the others on property and is quietly tucked away on the way to the tram. It's a nice little gem. Food: Very good. Every item was fresh and delicious but $$$. Service : the staff was super attentive and professional. Only hiccup was the high chair they gave us looked like Armageddon had been on it so we had to clean it for them prior to using it. They do a poor job of advertising or showing off the menu. Its better than it looks and sounds. We would be back again next trip.
Had a fantastic experience celebrating my partner’s birthday here. The servers were so prompt and kind. Wonderful service. The chicken was deliciously briny and the sauce complimented it perfectly. Steak was cooked to perfection, we recommend the béarnaise sauce. Panna cotta was the best I’ve ever had. Bravo!
Food was great, service was great, but it was very noisy and hard to enjoy a conversation.
We had a group of 12 for our wedding anniversary and reserved it months in advance. They sat us at their main stone table and everyone fit comfortably. The bone in Ribeye was excellent and doesn't break the bank. The wine steward was very helpful and assisted with whiskey drinks as well. Overall, it was one of the best group dining experiences we have ever had!
This is an amazing restaurant that you don't want to miss. We celebrated my birthday dinner here and it's my second time dining here. The chef and his team put so much effort into preparing your dinner, I walked away thinking this is the BEST dinner I have had in a very long time. We ordered the Salomon Riloutte and Pork Belly Wraps to start, followed by the chicken and wild mushrooms. This was such a lovely meal -- I cannot wait to return!
The naan-style pita bread here is out of this world—so fresh and delicious. My scallop dinner was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. A delightful dining experience!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvest Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! The farm-to-table concept was evident in the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The menu offered creative and flavorful dishes that exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a night out with friends or a special occasion. Overall, Harvest Restaurant exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!
Quick stop after our Havasupai trip. The food was absolutely delicious. We originally wanted to do the buffet at Bellagio, but the line was going to take 1.5-2 hours. This place surpaassed expectation with their delicious salmon rilletes, yellowtail crudo, ribeye steak, shrimp cocktail, & bone marrow.
Harvest is an excellent establishment and has options for the vegan community. The service was superb - friendly and professional. The food quality was fresh and prepared well. The portion sizes are small to moderate. This is a recommended establishment the vegan community.
The staff, Manny, Cheech and our waiter, Mike, me us feel like VIP’s. Food is phenomenal. Customer Service is superb. The bar tenders Gerardo, Thomas and Charlotte, went out of their way to make us drinks we “were in the mood for” we gave them flavors to work with and they whipped up amazing drinks
Best restaurant I’ve been to in years. And the ambience is fantastic. We walked around the glass kitchen area and watched everyone cook for half an hour too. Too notch meals!! And you just can’t capture the amazing flavor in pictures. Can’t wait to eat here again. I wouldn’t ever order the pork belly again, definitely not my favorite.
Harvest is located in the Bellagio, around the corner from the front desk. We discovered this place by word of mouth, everyone kept talking about how amazing this place is; so we figured we’d find out ourselves! The place is quaint and simple but laid out with an artistic flare. The service is easily number on! They take care of everyone and always check on you no matter the timing. Easily one of the best features. However their food is even better. We started out with an appetizer, the carpaccio, and after that we were on a culinary journey into heaven. We ordered some steaks and drinks after that, and their menu had a great variety. They recommended a few drinks like the old fashioned, and the filets were cooked to perfection. Every bite was mouth watering. They recommended we finish with the toffee pudding and it was worth it. Every bite an explosion of deliciousness. Highly recommend you check this out this place, you never forgot it. A perfect date night place or even an evening out in Vegas!
Over the top fabulous dinner. Unbelievable service from all staff. David was phenomenal. Our dinners were prepared perfectly. Steak and scallops melt in your mouth. We also had the toffee dessert. So delicious. We also appreciated the location, quieter than most of the main thoroughfare restaurants. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This place was great. A little hidden in the back of the hotel. The food was excellent and the overall vibe of the place is much more laid back than expected. Will definitely visit again if I’m back in Vegas!
High quality food. Very tasty and very well prepared. Also very good service and atmosphere.
Nice American restaurant and bar with a warm ambience located in Bellagio. Vegan friendly too. Tried the Bucatini Pasta with roasted eggplant, Taggiasca olives and Calabrian chili. The pasta was well cooked and the sauces added subtle flavor to the dish. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. Server Tana was courteous and amicable. She suggested the pear cobbler for dessert which was delicious. Couldn't tell it was vegan as well. Soft cooked pear with autumn spices and a scoop of vanilla ice cream created the perfect combination of flavors and textures. The portions are smaller than I expected and the food is a bit on the pricier side. Would recommend trying it out at least once.
Loved the dining experience at Harvest. First of all Bellagio is my favorite hotel and casino in Vegas. I've had dinner at many other restaurants in Bellagio and it's always a good experience. This was my first time at Harvest. I liked the ambience the glass walled kitchen menu service and quality of food. Dessert menu and wine collection is decent as well. Would definitely come back.
Why did we wait so long to try it? We’ve had reservations and changed our mind several times but now I can’t wait to go back. Today we’re huge fans of 2 restaurants at the Bellajio. It’s near the crepery. Our waiter was wonderful! The atmosphere is modern and soothing. We sat in the back area and it was quiet plus we could see people walking through the Bellajio. But we could care less because we were all focused on the experience. The fish was the market special and I can’t recall the name of it but it’s a white flesh fish, served skin side up. Cooked Mediterranean style. So flaky. Decadent. I couldn’t quite finish it, which pained me. The naan was buttery and in paper thin layers. A huge hit with everyone. Better than most Indian restaurants I’ve visited. I loved the risotto with mushrooms and I think, peas. The roasted vegetables were very good too, earthy and colorful. I was too full to eat much of them though. My husband loved his steak. But let me tell you how close we were to not getting dessert and what a big mistake that would’ve been! It was the best brownie I’ve ever had!! It was so rich, with a tiny bit of sea salt and a scoop of ice cream and some chocolate sauce. It comes in a small cast iron pan. Chocolate heaven coma! We scraped every bit out. Up until recently the Brumpy Brownie held my #1 position for over a decade (the restaurant closed years ago and I couldn’t let it go). But now I can get one in Vegas. My life is suddenly fulfilled. And yet I didn’t take a photo. I didn’t expect it to be that good. It was a true (almost) ‘better than sex’ brownie. The most decadent brownie in Las Vegas. The brownie that has my heart forever. As you can see, I loved everything but I can’t stop gushing about the brownie.
Beautiful restaurant with more Granite than I have seen my lifetime. Impeccable service from start to finish. Amazing food, and incredibly fresh The inside is simple, but beautiful, the walls are adorned with massive chunks of granite. Its certainly worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
Uncertain where to get dinner after a conference one evening I am so glad we chose to try Harvest. Personally, I am a big fan of farm-to-table restaurants that execute well and Harvest definitely does. We sat at the bar were we could banter with the bartender and watch the activity of the restaurant and kitchen. Our drinks were expertly crafted and the food was well executed, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. I had my eye on the sea bass and our bartender Jay suggested I try the halibut instead (and gave his reasons why) and I am glad I followed his suggestion. Also, the Sticky Toffee Pudding (with bacon!) was a perfect end to our night!
I hadn't been back to Harvest in over 5 years & finally had the chance to return. Although the menu has changed, everything was wonderful. We were greeted warmly, guided to our table where a beautiful red rose awaited me since we were celebrating my birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture! Everything we ordered was excellent & our server, Giada, was friendly & helpful from beginning to end. This restaurant is a hidden gem away from the casino & really is a wonderful place to have a great meal. Go find it. It's truly worthwhile!
The service was wonderful and the tasting menu was the perfect portions. Food is delightful! Ambiance is calm and peaceful. The background music is just enough to be enjoyable while still allowing for personal conversation at a normal volume.
If we could give more stars, we absolutely would! We truly appreciate how everyone took care of us the entire time we were in the restaurant. Our main server (Morgan) was very engaging and made sure we were having a lovely time. The pace of our experience was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing… My filet mignon was prepared perfectly and my husband’s scallops were phenomenal. We chose the risotto to share for our side dish and were disappointed we couldn’t finish it all. We had the panna cotta and the caramel apple cobbler for dessert, BOTH were amazing. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio to enjoy at the start of our meal and it was absolutely delicious. 12/10, we had an amazing visit and will highly recommend others stop by and enjoy Harvest as well. THANK YOU!
We stayed at the Bellagio and stopped here for a late dinner. We spilt the Greek salad and the charcuterie board. The cocktails and the food were great. The wait was quick and the service was as well. It was a nice atmosphere and not too loud.
I'm really wishing we'd taken some pictures, because the food was beautiful and delicious! We had the beet salad, the naan with three sauces and the butternut squash pappardelle. It was fresh, perfectly cooked pasta. The naan sauces were all so flavorful and unique. And we loved the beet salad. We shared the three dishes and it was plenty. Highly recommend Harvest!
Harvest was a great place to eat during my stay in Las Vegas. The service was great, friendly and on point. The sit up bar was beautiful and the layout of the kitchen in the centre of the restaurant with glass walls made for a great dining experience as most people will find their eyes glued on the chefs cooking their magic. The citrus salad and tar tar were great, tasteful and a both perfect dishes to share. The fries had a great earthly taste from the truffle that went well with the aioli. Although a small portion the lamb chops were outstanding. My favourite was the sweet potato gnocchi - a light crisp to the exterior of each gnocchi but the middle soft on every bite. Loved the food at Harvest completely worth it!
Set menu, YELLOWTAIL CRUDO, 8OZ HANGER STAKE, TOFFEE PUDDING were ordered. We also The TOFFEE PUDDING for dessert was very tasty and generous. ordered an additional order of mashed potatoes.
The environment and the service are great. The dishes could be much better. There were too many capers in the branzino dish that includes three medium sized pieces of beans making the dish sour. Eggplant dish had acidic tomatoes in it. The apple desert was great.
First night at Las Vegas we decided to try this place. The martini was bitter and smoky. Tasted like burnt espresso. Scallop was a bit overcooked. The service was good but overall with the price tag we were a bit disappointed with the food.
There just wasn't a whole lot of variety for our family's preferences. I decided to eat light, so I got the asparagus and leek soup and it was way thicker than I expected, plus the flavor was mostly cream tasting. I also ordered the tempura veggies, and they were really pickled and very fried. Not like the tempura batter I'm used to in Japanese restaurants. Also, the roasted tandoor veggies lacked flavor and was dry. On a positive note, the roasted half chicken was tasty, as well as the seared octopus.
We tried the restaurant week menu which is created with 3 menu course for $80: Appetizer, main course, and desserts. I ordered yellowtail crudo and farmers salad, they both alright. Then for the main course, We had a hanger steak and lobster (additional $25). Overall, the food was pretty good but not worth the price. Portions were ridiculously small compared to the price, the a la carte dish, appetizers are bigger and there are more options that we could’ve had for the price that we paid. If you were to go to this restaurant, I HIGHLY recommend to get a regular menu option. We were still hungry when we were done with the main course, so we ended up going to a bar and ordered more food lol. Although our course included the desserts, they didn’t recognize the birthday which they did for the 2 tables next to us. Another disappointment was that the server forgot about our wines and cocktails until we got the main course. Overall, the flavors were pretty good but I will probably find a different restaurant for a better quality for that price. I’m usually not the one to complain about the price as long as it’s good, but this was such a rip off for the restaurant week menu.
We visited this restaurant because of the vibe and first reaction to the menu. Would say disappointed for paying $170+ for very average drinks and food. The vibe was wonderful, loved the decor and welcome. The drinks were okayish, nothing exciting. We ordered Pom Pom and old fashioned. We ordered tandoori naan for appetizer. The naan was good but the dips quantity was negligible. For the main course we ordered Saffron Rice with Tandoori vegetables and Roasted honey nut squash . The saffron rice with tandoori vegetables was average. The rice were broken and the gravy was bland and too tomato(y). The honey squash dish again lacked flavors and was single tone; sweet on sweet with no element of citrus or bitterness. Would say disappointed for paying $170+ for very average drinks and food.
Portions way too small. But good dipping sauces for naan bread appetizer and the entrees were generally good. Straightforward and knowledgeable waiter. Nice quiet tucked away ambiance further into the Bellagio. Easy to find reservation and space during crowded holiday time 12/27/2023
Nothing special about the food, typical dinner brunch :) but not in an elevated atmosphere. The service is extremely slow but very friendly. If you just happen to be next to eat and hungry give it a try otherwise keep walking. Prices are decent and fair.
The food was good, but not great. I had the filet and it was good but not a 75 dollar steak. They call themselves farm to table which does not make you think the prices are going to be higher than the same thing at Hell’s Kitchen.
Food was ok but truly massively overpriced for what it was and they nickle and dime you for adding everything. Steak was chewy, broccolini was soggy, soup was mediocre. The only highlight was decent wine. It’s an ok meal but truly I would recommend going anywhere else for a better deal.
The food was not well balanced and quality was lacking for the price point. Definitely wish there was better quality all around for it to have been worth it. The parsnip soup was overly sweet with maple syrup. The pork belly lettuce wraps felt undercooked and lacking in flavor with and without the sauce provided. The naan bread and dips were pretty okay however the bread had been charred more heavily then necessary for the dish leaving the bread more cracker and dry like then fluffy naan. The ribeye did not have a crust at all to enhance the flavors. The scallops however may have been the best part of the meal. Along with the brussel sprouts.
I'll be frank. I came here for my wife, who is vegan, and I ate a meal I could make at home better with a 20 dollar trip to a bargain grocer. The appetizer was better than our meals by a country mile. Vegan pasta? Oh my god, it was like they dumped a can of generic store-brand tomato sauce in, and that was it. Cauliflower, undercooked with a bunch of wet, tasteless noodles. My chicken was no better. The sauce was spicey, but the chicken was undercooked and lacked any semblance of flavor. The two did not work well together. Silently, we were pissed, and we hit the tables after that. It was an extremely disappointing first-ever meal in Vegas. I was in awe of all the granite and stonework craftsmanship. But hot damn, underneath all the shine and pizzazz, there was very little substance to this dining experience.
