We came here for our anniversary. +Best service I've had in Vegas. +Professional and attentive staff. He made our night extra special. +Everything we ordered was just so good. +It's tough to cook a medium-well steak, but they nailed it. Super tender. +Fountain view. Enjoy the show.

What can I say? AHHHMAZEBALLS! Had to sit at the bar because they were closing earlier on a Sunday night.I brought one of my family members and a friend who 44 yrs ago was a waiter at the original SPAGO on Horn ave. Above Tower records in L.A. Great service by the bartender. We had the beet, goat cheese and pistachio salad.Endive salad with walnuts and blue cheese, the Prawns and thee most expensive pizza eva! The Smoked Salmon pizza that I have been making every N.Y's eve for 40 yrs.It used to be on the secret menu in the old days and it was maybe 15.00! Its now 85.00 Yikes! Overall so fantastic.Walked out front for the last show of the fountains of Bellagio to "Viva Las Vegas" by Elvis.Perfect night!

Absolutely perfect. Our experience from start to finish exceeded our exceptions! We were seated on the patio and had the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains. As soon as our server saw us approaching the edge, he jumped right in and started taking photos of our family with the incredible view behind us. Our server, Craig, made our last dinner in Vegas the most amazing experience. He was so friendly, thoughtful, and had great energy. Everything we ordered was great - we especially loved the agnolotti - WOW. Such a simple, yet flavorful dish! The bread board came with a carrot hummus dip and it was surprisingly delicious and unique! We were also able to try the Wienerschnitzel and as amazing as it was, the potatoes on the plate were just as amazing! The spike lemon dessert was stunning. I'm not a huge lemon fan but thoroughly enjoyed that dessert! We were there for our baby moon and Craig even got us an extra dessert to celebrate that! Between the views, food, and service, this was honestly one of my favorite meals of my life!

Incredible porch with a view of the water fountain. The servers were attentive and very sweet. Food was amazing with great flavors and attention to detail. The real star of the show was the lemon cake dessert! It was fluffy and crunchy and sweet and sour all at once. Truly one of the best desserts I have ever had.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was fantastic. I had the veal Wienerschnitzel, my friends ordered the filet mignon and salmon, and we shared appetizers like bread, prawns, and octopus—which was great, though we were definitely hoping for more octopus and fewer garbanzo beans. Everything was absolutely delicious.

One of the best meals my wife and I have had in our lives. Smoked octopus app was incredible, beet salad was subtle but rich in flavor, the short rib ragu pasta (which is one of my favorites) was the best I've ever had...including in Italy. To top it off the lemon dessert was so good we had to go back the next night to have it again. Mike, our server, was the man, steered us in every right direction and was attentive without overdoing it. Finally, you can't beat the ambience with the fountain show every 15 minutes. I can't think of a better dining experience!

I ate at Spago in the Bellagio and really enjoyed it. The food was good and the portions were just right. The best part was the view — we sat outside and could see the Bellagio fountain show while eating, which was amazing. The prices weren’t too expensive for the location, and it was definitely worth it. I’d recommend it if you’re in Vegas and want good food with a great view.

Our experience at Spago by Wolfgang Puck was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we stepped inside, the elegant atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. With a front-row view of the Bellagio fountains, every moment felt elevated and effortlessly romantic—it’s truly one of the most iconic dining views in Las Vegas. The food was flawless. The Halibut arrived perfectly cooked, delicately spiced, and touched with a subtle Asian twist that made each bite both comforting and exciting. The Bolognese was classic perfection...rich, beautifully seasoned, and paired with al dente pasta that hit the mark with precision. We ended with the lemon chiffon, a stunning dessert that was as beautiful as it was refreshing, the kind of perfect finish that lingers in your memory. A heartfelt thank-you to our server, Sabine and the entire Spago team for making our meal both wonderful and romantic. The service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful from start to finish. Spago delivered an evening we’ll always treasure.

Hands down, one of our favorite restaurants that we have been to numerous times. Every single time the dishes are consistent and homemade. The pastas are made properly and never mushy like so many Italian places. The shrimp appetizer was off the charts and the chocolate soufflé was on point. So good we ordered a second one. We will be back again soon.

We had brunch on 11 January at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The experience was amazing. My wife ordered the smoked salmon pizza with caviar, and she absolutely loved it. I had the Chinois chicken salad as an appetizer, and it was great; a large serving!!! We shared the brioche french toast, which was phenomenal. Amazing. Loved it!!!! I would pay for this every day of the week. The atmosphere was beautiful. Even if you make a reservation for brunch at 1100, show up about 20 minutes earlier so you can get a premium table on the patio. Service was impeccable. You get what you pay for…Julian, one of our many servers, was attentive and professional. The other servers, and I apologize for not mentioning their names, were very good as well; friendly and supportive! The costs were a lot for those with normal means, but the experience with my wife, who cried, was well worth it!!!! Highly recommend the experience. Bottomless wine was a good choice! 😂

I’m writing this review much later than I should have. We visited Spago on our honeymoon, and it gave us some of the best memories of our trip. We were deeply impressed by Julian’s kindness and service, and if we ever visit Vegas again, we will definitely come back. Both the food and the service were absolutely outstanding. If Julian ever happens to see this review, I’d like him to know that, thanks to the memories he created for us, we’re able to enjoy a happy day all the way over in Korea today.

We had our wedding night dinner here and everyone, especially our server went out of their way to make it a special experience for us and our group. Beyond attentive - they replaced our forks and knives more than we could keep track. They also moved us out to the patio at the end of the night for dessert and a view of the Bellagio fountains. They saw us taking some photos while the show was going on, and moved a table out of our way without us asking so that we could get the best possible shots. The food was also very good, and they made sure to ask about food allergies which I appreciate. Eating here is definitely an experience, and they went above and beyond to make it very memorable for us.

We visited Spago for dinner during our stay at the Bellagio. It was fantastic. We had the bread board for appetizer, and we split a steamed halibut entree because we have smaller appetites. That left us room for the spiked lemon dessert. The bread board was delicious. Light, with a great roasted pepper dip. The halibut was perfectly cooked with great Asian veggies. And my wife declared e spiked lemon dessert "heaven on a plate".

Gorgeous restaurant with beautiful views of the fountains. The food was impeccable, and the service was top-notch. My love of roasted duck occurred at Spago in Los Angeles, and now every time it's on a menu, it's my go-to entree. All Spago staff members were courteous, friendly, and their recommendations did not disappoint.

Had a great dinner at Spago. Ralph was super friendly and really looked out for us, which made the whole vibe even better. The Jaldori chicken was tasty, and the handmade agnolotti was also great. Overall, just a solid experience and definitely a spot I’d go back to.

Food was top notch. Our server was amazing, super friendly, and was a big help in deciding on what to eat. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the atmosphere was on point. Will definitely return the next time we are in Las Vegas!

This is truly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! We ordered two appetizers, two main courses, drinks, and dessert — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. A special mention to our wonderful server, Sabine, and the entire team — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The service here is exceptional. Of course, the highlight was the stunning fountain view! When we arrived, the table by the fountains wasn’t available, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and moved us as soon as one opened up. Their thoughtfulness made our celebration unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing experience — we can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place - exceptional service. Enrique was our server tonight. He was actually above 5 stars - making the whole dining experience delightful and accommodating from start to finish. Our favorite dish was the linguini with lobster. Als enjoyed the blue crab cakes a lot.

Absolutely incredible! The food, the view, atmosphere, staff! It’s a must visit when in Vegas. Our special thanks to Agrone (sorry if misspelled) who went above and beyond to keep us happy, what a special person!

Had a great dinner at Spago celebrating my husbands birthday. We didn’t get the outdoor seating we had hoped for, but the staff were helpful and got us right by the window which was a wonderful view! We had the prawns, crab cakes, agnolotti, and Wienerschnitzel. Everything was delicious. We also had an opportunity to meet Wolfgang Puck as he was visiting! Very friendly kind man.

I booked a table as a surprise 25th anniversay meal for my wife, whilst visiting LA and Vegas from the UK. I recently dined in Spago Budapest and decided to book here after a positive experience. Upon arrival I handed a secret gift to the hostess, which was beautifully presented to my wife at the table with 2 glasses of champagne. Romero was our waiter, highest compliments to you for the attentive and thoughtful service you provided us throughout the evening. This was a very special and memorable evening dining on the Spago patio watching the Bellagio fountain. Fabulous food and wine. Compliments and thanks to the entire Spago team Thank you.

The food was Magnificent, I had the lamb with a cucumber salad. It was my daughters birthday, she was gifted a lemon creamy tart. The ambiance sitting by the window was serene. I certainly will come back.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary. Our server and waiter were making sure we had everything topped off and comfortable. The view of the fountain was mesmerizing. We started with the salmon pizza and had the fillet mignon and the lamb chops. To drink, besides water, I had an Arnold Palmer that had a fresh tea and lemonade flavor, but with a hint or orange 🍊🧡. Our our server Micheal surprised us with a delectable and rich slice 🍰. Overall, a great experience.

Outstanding in every regard. Jasmine the hostess was professional, friendly and accommodating. Julian and Izzy were a great serving team. Made a special night even more special. Food was outstanding. Table and view (inside fountain view) was awesome. Booked an early dinner reservation for our arrival day to Las Vegas. Delayed check-in led to a phone call and re-booking for another night. Super nice and easy. Arrived early and checked in with Jasmine. Requested an inside fountain view table. She said she would try, but couldn't guarantee anything. We returned when she suggested, right after getting the text our table was ready. It was a great table. Julian and Izzy were our waiter team. They were amazing. Perfectly timed courses. Great suggestions. Brooklyn cocktail and peach mocktail were well prepared and followed our requests. Blue Prawn appetizer was delicious. Go ahead and eat the flash fried sides and suck (or eat) the head too. Hamachi Sashimi was fresh, tasty and well prepared. Linguini with lobster was perfect. Best Wienerschnitzel and sides that were delightful. Chocolate Souffle and Spiked Lemon for dessert. Super tasty, not overly sweet. Bonus anniversary prosecco went perfectly with the meal. Tea, espresso and bonus anniversary dessert were the final touches on an amazing meal. A spectacular special occasion meal.

We had such a great experience here! Sabine was amazing — super attentive and really took care of us. We asked for 3 customized drinks with specific requests, and she nailed it. She really listened and understood exactly what we wanted. Even though we’re a younger group, she treated us with so much respect and made us feel like VIPs. The whole team was great too — very welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. They never interrupted when we were taking photos, and Sabine even helped us capture a perfect shot, waiting for the fountain to go off so the picture would look extra nice. Overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere was 10/10. Definitely recommend!

It’s worth the wait, plan 1-2 hrs, great fountain view. Try to get outdoor patio access. They open 4:30pm. Can get chilli if wind is blowing in winter. Overall great experience.

Delicious food, amazing views, exceptional service. We dined at Spago last week and sat outside on the balcony with perfect views of the gorgeous Bellagio fountain. Our waiter, Paul, was fantastic as well as the entire dining staff! Everything combined - this was our favorite dining experience in Vegas!!! Highly recommend!

The first time coming out here to Spagos Ion our anniversary day, the service, it was great. The food was really good and to top it off. The outside patio seating was amazing, Some of the best views of the fountain show, highly recommend, especially coming between 7:30 and just before sundown .

We made a late reservation for Spago. We were able to easily move up our reservation which was greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff are caring and professional. Bobby was our waiter and he was amazing. He went the extra mile to make our celebration special. The restaurant is open 7 days week for dinner 4:30-10 pm . They are also open for brunch Friday Saturday Sunday from 11:30-2:30. The food was exceptional from the goat cheese salad in the beginning. We had the filet and the chicken. They both were amazing! Both the chocolate dessert and lemon dessert will remain in our thoughts and dreams for years to come as it was amazing. Highly recommend.

The ambiance and scenic setting are often highlighted as the main draw perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or a memorable date night. Wolfgang Puck’s flagship with reimagined California cuisine and outdoor tables for fountain views.

I've been dining at Spago's since their Sunset and Horn location. This Vegas Spago's was in the Caesar Forum shops across from the mini-Trevi fountain but I never dined there, when they moved to Bellagio in 22, I was instantly intrigued....finally in August of 24 we finally dined there and it did not disappoint. The crab cakes, lobster ravioli, ribeye and grilled shrimp were excellent...the show stopper was desert....it looked like a lemon but when it cracked open there is cake with lemon curd...outstanding. The musical soundtrack is sublime featuring a good dose of Luciano Pavarotti. As my request we were seated in the patio overlooking the Bellagio fountains.

This was a great place for a birthday dinner. I loved the Old Fashioned. The Maryland blue crab cakes were nice but definitely not the best I’ve had, and the bruschetta-style tomato and basil topping didn’t really do much to enhance this appetizer. The butternut squash agnolotti pasta was delicious. I got to taste a little bit from the prix fixe courses… The wild mushroom soup was a nice presentation, with just the mushrooms being served in the middle of the bowl to start, then the broth/puree was poured in. It was tasty but a little too rich and creamy. The supplemental upgrade for the second course was the wagyu ribeye, and that was perfectly cooked. We had dined at nearby Mayfair Supper Club the previous night and ordered the supplemental filet mignon there… The Spago ribeye was better and had just the right amount of char. The third course was the Basque cheesecake. It was so good with the blueberry compote. With this being a birthday dinner, a beautiful slice of layered chocolate cake was also brought out. Thank you, Spago team, for that special treat. This should be noted, and it seems to be the case with all the restaurant pages hosted on MGM property websites: they look nice but aren’t entirely useful. Some of them provide too-little info, and some of them conflict with what’s on the official business sites. In this case, a few days ago (the end of Sept.), the MGM/Bellagio/Spago page showed a prix fixe menu that was different from what was on the Wolfgang Puck/Spago website. Then, the printed menu at the restaurant ended up being different from both of those! If you’re considering a tasting menu, you might want to call and verify what’s currently on it first. The service here was excellent (our server could have checked on us just a little bit more, though), the ambiance was great, and it was a really nice and memorable couple hours dining next to the Bellagio Fountains. Be sure to look us up for plenty more reviews and travel info!

We dined at Spago while staying at the Bellagio, and it was absolutely amazing experience . As vegetarians, we were especially impressed with how thoughtfully curated and flavorful the vegetarian options were. Each dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of rich, balanced flavors—nothing felt like an afterthought. Julian (who served us) was knowledgeable and attentive, happy to guide us through vegetarian choices and make recommendations. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, and the overall dining experience felt truly special. From the quality of the food to the service and atmosphere, Spago exceeded our expectations. A must-visit place for fine dining in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

This restaurant was absolutely delicious from start to finish—every savory dish hit. The drinks were unreal (I could happily sip the Whole Lot of Love every night). But the real standout was the service. Every server, runner, and member of the bar staff who stopped by our table was polite, personable, and truly elevated the experience. A special shoutout to Julian for going above and beyond—making my birthday extra special and giving us the best possible welcome to Vegas. We will absolutely be back!

Summary: A great way to brunch with an awesome view of the Bellagio fountains, great food, solid service, wonderful drinks, and a pricey (but not completely outrageous) price tag. Also, amazing music from a female DJ that kills it with '90s and 2000s hits. Highly recommend the smoked salmon pizza and french toast. My wife and I made reservations a month in advance for 11:00 a.m. brunch on Saturday to open the place up. We got there a little early and lined up so that way we could pick our table in the outside patio with a great view while avoiding the sun. A DJ was mixing awesome background music to enjoy as we perused the menu. Eventually we ordered French 75s to sip on, and then placed our order for the smoked salmon pizza with caviar and french toast. The pizza we requested with no red onions, but when first delivered we discovered there were some underneath the salmon and it was taken back immediately. The second attempt was correctly sans red onions and was fantastic. The French toast was substantial, and well textured with some pretty great flavors. Throughout the meal, service was attentive and friendly. The views were great. The fountain shows began at noon and were very popular for the patrons. We had a great time and would do it again.

The food was excellent!! The desserts were amazing, there were even gold flakes on it. Ben our server was fantastic, he was able to sit us at a table right in front to enjoy the view of the fountains at the Bellagio!! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They even let us stay a little longer to get in one more fountain show prior to changing over to their evening service. Will always cherish this memory and highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again for all you do!!

Our server Aaron was the highlight of the night. The vegan Hong Kong tofu was fantastic. We also had great old fashioneds and dirty martinis. We were not in love with the vegan risotto, could have been a one time situation, however - Aaron got us a second Hong Kong tofu and took great care of us. Thank you Aaron for being so accommodating!

We had a business dinner here and it was a great place for this type of dinner. The food was prepared well and had good flavor. The service was great, I wish I remembered our servers name. Apps were great, the pasta tasted great and the dessert completed the greatness trifecta! We had a seat on the glass and had a great view of the fountain show, pretty cool experience with those views!

This is a gorgeous restaurant and the service is exceptional. We were quite excited to go to Wolfgang Puck's Spago so when we stepped in and were seated near the fountain, it was a delight. The menu favorites were the wood oven roasted blue prawns and the halibut. That said, the linguine lobster was good but not extraordinary and the crab cakes were lacking in flavor. Overall, a good dining experience.

S
Samantha Woodard

Michelle was our waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we got our points, military discount, and anniversary desserts (yes 2! Cookies PLUS a chocolate cake/tiramisu). We wanted to wait for the patio and it only was 30 minutes before they text us one was available. Drinks were good. My husband got the lobster linguini and the pasta was slightly undercooked and chewy/stiff & lobster was overdone. I got the lamb chops with eggplant curry and it was excellent. I didn’t know how to cook the lamb chops so I let Michelle pick and it was perfect! I’d definitely come again, especially if they changed up the menu a bit.

Was wonderful ambiance and experience for our anniversary right in front of the famous Bellagio fountains. The Spanish style cheesecake was the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and the homemade pasta as well. Worth the view and exceptional service alone.

S
Sarah Bauch

Our appetizer/meal order was not taken until 45 minutes after we had been seated. We ordered three Bread Boards for our table of thirteen and quickly realized that it would not be enough, even though we were told it would be. We ended up needing to order an additional two boards for the table. I found the crackers of the Bread Board too heavy on the use of garlic, so much so that they were not enjoyable. On the whole, Spago's menu pricing is more reasonable than the majority of restaurants I have eaten at in Las Vegas. However, for the portion size of the Mafaldine Pasta, I'm not sure the price was justified. I want to sincerely thank Victor for taking such great care of our table, and ensuring that none of our water glasses were ever empty. He was such a joyful presence and took great pride in his work. If our order had been taken sooner, I would give 5-stars to Service just for Victor alone.

I was very disappointed that my group was seated as far away from the view as possible, even though I had specified when booking that I was coming to see the Bellagio fountain show; there was an excessive wait between ordering and the arrival of the food (1 hour). It was also very noisy. The food was good, but the portions were small, so it was overall too expensive if you don't get to enjoy the atmosphere.

During a recent stay at the Bellagio, and utilizing a food and beverage credit, I decided to treat myself to what I hoped would be a world-class meal at Spago. Given the restaurant's reputation, my expectations were set high, especially for the Wagyu Eye of Ribeye—a premium cut that promised an exceptional dining experience. When the dish arrived, it certainly looked the part. The presentation was impeccable and extremely appetizing, building my anticipation further. However, the first bite instantly led to profound disappointment. Despite its beautiful appearance and the premium status of the cut, the steak had absolutely no flavor. It was startlingly bland and utterly failed to deliver the rich, buttery, and intense taste profile one expects from high-grade wagyu. To be served a piece of meat this flavorless—what felt like a surprisingly low-quality product given the restaurant and its corresponding price—was genuinely frustrating. Considering the high cost associated with this specific item, the lack of fundamental seasoning or flavor was unacceptable. While the service and atmosphere were fine, a meal is defined by its food, and the core dish failed spectacularly. Based solely on this experience, I would definitely not recommend, nor would I return to this establishment specifically for a steak.

I went to Spago in Las Vegas with my partner to celebrate my birthday. The food was mid and the portions were very small for the price, which made it feel overpriced overall. Our waiter was pleasant at first, but the way my birthday was handled left a bad impression. When my partner mentioned it was my birthday, the waiter said they “had something for me,” then brought out the dessert menu as if I was being offered a complimentary birthday dessert. I chose the pumpkin cheesecake, only to later realize I was being upsold. He brought out the cheesecake along with the chocolate icebox cake that is typically given for birthdays, meaning the cheesecake was charged without that being clearly explained. The best part of the dinner was honestly the view of the Bellagio fountains. While the setting was beautiful, the overall experience did not meet expectations. For a restaurant at this level, I expected better transparency and a more thoughtful birthday experience. Unfortunately, this makes me unlikely to return.

I requested a view outside ( pre booked a month out ) . We received the worst table outside , right beside the waiter area where they keep standing blocking our view , and chatting , our waitress was like 100 years old and she was SO RUDE and monotone . I asked kindly if there’s a better table available , and she said “ oh those tables are pre reserved and a $150 min spend per person “ me and mu husband both responded “ that’s totally fine we are going to be spending more then that anyways ! “ . At this point I was extremely offended as she tried to judge us without knowing we are millionaires. This place sucked and the service was terrible. The food was mid for the price/ I will not be coming back ; Prime steakhouse in the same hotel was way better with SERVICE AND FOOD .
