There was a lot of young teens there and it was really loud. The waitress seemed like she was slightly irritated with serving, but the food was out timely, had a little confusion with some orders, but things eventually smoothed over. Overall, I had a great time dinning with friends and the food was good. I had half of dozen steamed oysters and half dozen steamed scallops and a gumbo !
Very clean good food
Food top notch , very pricey, drink specials, waiter forget about me. Loved the gumbo
autistic friendly!! My son is usually such a picky eater but absolutely LOVED the seafood boil here!! 10/10 recommend!!

I was hungry the wife “could eat” and after some deciding we ended up choosing crafty crab as she has never been. We had an awesome server Zach who gave great suggestions and made amazing drinks! We started with some hush puppies and our 1st drinks (2 for 1 special). Had some great conversation, put on our bib and gloves and waited our feast. I ordered the crab boil with Cajun and garlic butter seasoning and the fire level of spicy. The wife had lobster and shrimp, with the boom ( all seasoning mixed together) our food really hit the spot. We both agreed that it was an excellent decision! I did wish It had a bit more sauce and it was easily remedied by asking the waiter and paying a small up charge. :) It was a lot of food and I do have some left overs! Some other notes. We came In around 5pm ish and it was not to busy, seated and attended to right away. With the main entrees coming out in a reasonable time. Great decorations and I enjoyed the music playing. Next time, we have the feeling for crab boil I know where to go!
I’ve been going to Crafty Crab every year for my birthday, usually to the location near Inverrary. This year, I decided to try the one near Lauderhill Mall. The fries were amazing, but the tilapia lacked salt, and the fried shrimp had too much flour. If I return to this location, it might be for the fries or to try a new item on the menu, but I’ll make sure to ask them to season the food properly or at least add salt. On a positive note, the location is very clean, and I love the decoration. One thing to note: they automatically apply a tip before you even get a chance to add your own. So, be sure to double-check your receipt. If you want to leave a tip, they’ll select a percentage for you, and you might end up tipping again without realizing it. I personally still tip the server again, but not everyone may want to. Just something to be aware of.

My husband loves the fried oyster basket. I love how they cook the sweet potato fries. The fried oysters are good but I don't like the breading. This place scores a 4.5 star with me.

Food was over cooked, and service was ok, once the food was brought to the table we never saw the waitress again, there was only four tables with customers.
The service was fine enough. I went in by myself. I ordered the holiday special that came with 2 snow crab clusters and I immediately noticed two things; 1. There was barely any sauce in the bag. 2. Both My snow crab clusters were missing the large claws. They were intentionally cut off, which I brought to the managers attention. He was quick to send out 1 large claw and a small extra cluster. Albeit in a different sauce but fine. Then I go to pay. I see on my receipt that my total is $58.84, but the restaurant went ahead and added a $10 tip without asking! When I asked the front desk to inquire why I was charged, I was told that they add ‘automatic gratuity’ to every bill. Even parties of 1. I was flabbergasted. I had already planned to tip as much but I didn’t want the restaurant to make that decision for me without my permission and not expressly mentioned. That’s shady business. The only sign I saw about gratuity was a sign that mentioned being charged gratuity for a party of 6. That’s it. Needless to say I will never be returning to that this crafty crab again and I’ll be researching who I need to report this shady business to.
I will never go back. The manager was clueless. Had to get to the other Crafty on University and 44th.
Order through Uber eats, food came well sealed as the establishment enclosed it. Snow crab was missed out of the order, contacted business establishment was told they see the order in the system was able to read it back to me, then management came on the line and lied and said the order came through without crab and I called him out and said your line staff just read the order back to me before you came on. After being catching in his lie he said, I’ll have to come and pick up crab myself. Obviously I don’t have a ride if I ordered through Uber eats. Was also told by establishment the Uber driver could’ve taken the crab out of the crab boil (a completely sealed package) but didn’t you just say my order didn’t have crab in it?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Very upset because why are yall adding the tip in every bill without bringing it to the customers attention. Called and spoke to manager and manager says I have to tell them to take off the tip. If I didn’t agree why is it there ?!!!

If I can give zero stars that will be my review. Britney was very unprofessional bad customer service did not want to please the customer of their level of spice horrible with communicating with the customer. this location lost my business because of Brittany customer service I had to ask for the cook to come out and speak to me to satisfy my level of spice Brittany should not be working front desk with customer service with that attitude also, her hygiene was very nasty
I called ahead to place an order and was told they don’t start cooking until the customer arrives, but it would only take about 5–10 minutes once I got there. I arrived at 8:20 PM and didn’t get my food until 8:45 PM. The store was nearly empty, and there’s no reason I should’ve been waiting 25 minutes for an order I called in advance. When I spoke to the manager, he blamed it on people not picking up their food for hours and complaints to the health department. That has nothing to do with me. If you’re going to delay starting orders until customers show up, then at least make sure you actually stick to the 10-minute window you promised. This is a poor way to handle pickup orders, and the experience was a waste of time.
Welp as I started bragging about how good this location is welp I went in Sunday saying ok I order the shirmp boil with boom seasoning let's say I got a bag of water for seasoning with hot sauce added to water talking about upset I was beyond upset email the store from website or sent a message yet to receive a response that's like omg really a bag of water seasoning with hot sauce o my goodness
Placed an order on the app . Approximately at 6:30pm. It is currently 7:20 pm and my order what suppose to be ready in 20 minutes. I waited almost a hour for a meal . I would have never purchased because I’m on a time crunch . These people wouldn’t even give me a complimentary drink for the wait . They just shrugged and acted as it was normal to wait over a hour for a 20 min order . Wild disgusting customer service . Forced to wait a hour because they lie saying my 70$ order is coming out every 5 minutes . I want a refund . I’m calling corporate for sure ! Yall suck . Yall immature employees suck . …. Crazy
Let me just say the service at this location is ok I have no negative feedback about the servers. I noticed since this year each time I would order a seafood lover special I would only get 6-8 pieces of sausages and whenever I asked them why such a small amount they would say yea that's a 1/4lb but when I order an extra side of it it's like 12-14 pieces. So tonight I decided to not dine in and get my order to go. Soon as I got home checked my food 8 pieces of sausages so I called to speak with the manager, tell me why this guy was not trying to hear what I have to say and being rude to me. I said to him I'm going to leave a bad review he gon tell me to tell the truth lol like why I need to lie abt 2 pieces a sausage? The employee was very nice to me over the phone but that manager "marco" is a lunatic I will neverrrrrr be going back to that location at the lauderhill mall..... the one on university is the best!!!!!
I called my server to show her they give us bad potatoes she turn around and say it's burnt i will give you another one which I didn't even bother to eat. Then they caught me with tip part. Home girl added her own tip 16 dollars I will definitely be calling my bank Monday morning.
The place looks amazing Inside and out. The bad side is the food. My wife ordered a dozen oysters in boom fire and it’s was not boom fire. It’s was red with butter sauce. Then spoke to the manager and he brought out Clover Valley (Dollar General) seasoning. The manger asked us if we wanted to add this (Dollar General) Cayenne pepper to the seasoning. We said no. I said we need boxes to go for the oysters (can’t leave those behind). Packed up and left and went the Crafty Crab on University in Tamarac. That one has always been on point.
We arrived here at 6pm, our waitress took our order, delivered our drinks, and NEVER came back to take our order. A “supervisor” came and didn’t want to deal with our concerns of waiting soooo long to be served!! I’ll NEVER return here again.
Automatically added a $10 tip to my bill. I assumed gratuity was included so I didn’t question it. Until I got home and realized that it didn’t make sense for a party of 1. I called and the person on the phone was defensive and said I should’ve checked my bill. The food was ok but the margarita I had was salty

Worst seafood boiling in Florida, Worst service in Florida. Grabbed the plate, trash basket, gloves all by yourself, missed ordered item, waiting for the check up to an hour. Automatically add 18% tip on us group of three without notice. Never seen a place like this.
