The food was extremely good. I loved my dal and the grilled meat was tender.

Al-Noor Restaurant is sooo good because every dish tastes homemade, rich with real spices, and cooked with serious care. From the first bite to the last, the flavors hit hard and keep you coming back like it’s a craving, not just a meal. 😋🔥

We have been going to this restaurant for 30 years (since mid/late 90s). Food has always been good, but this is my first time writing a review. It is all because of the excellent service that stemmed from a mistake. I ordered 2 different dishes, but when we got home, it turned out they packed 2 servings of the same dish. We were quite disappointed. I called and Musab answered and admitted to packing the wrong thing. I asked him if they can deliver since we are not going to drive out another 20-30 minutes to pickup. He arranged the delivery and even added extra rice. Mistakes happen, but to me it really makes a difference on how they handle the mistake. Instead of trying to get out of the sticky situation, they owned it and did their best to remedy their situation. Sure, I was full by the time my favorite dish arrived, but I appreciated what they did and therefore they deserve my 5 star.

Al-Noor is hands-down my favorite Pakistani-Indian restaurant in the entire South Bay. Tucked in a humble shopping plaza (almost across from In-N-Out on Inglewood Ave), it’s the definition of a hole-in-the-wall gem. The decor is modest, the seating is simple—but none of that matters once the food hits the table. My go-to order? Chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and a Sprite. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. It hits every time. It’s rarely too crowded, which makes it perfect for a quick, satisfying lunch when I’m in the area. Al-Noor proves you don’t need fancy vibes when the food speaks for itself. This place is a comfort food classic—unassuming and unforgettable.

I love love their food. It is the real karachi food that they are serving in Los Angeles. I go there almost every week and still can't get enough. Highly recommend if you looking for authentic pakistani food.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!🫶This is my favorite ❤️ place to eat 🤤they have such a wide variety of options including 🌱 vegetarian. When I say this is a gem 💎 I mean it! This is the only restaurant/take out/delivery I’ll ever need. It’s comfort food for sure. My two favorite dishes are Chicken Biryani 🍗 and Chicken 🐓 Tikka Masala. The options range from no spice to spicy 🌶️ This food is literally finger licking good. I love to help Mom and Pop hole on the wall places thrive and this is the only one ☝️although they are a small place they have been on Food Networks “Best thing I ever ate”famous for their Garlic Naan 🫓! Yes they were😌around so take advantage😍Please check this place out and tell them I sent you 😬hope this helps 😎Blessings, Charissa TikTok @onlythebestfoods

Taste the difference!!! Very good Pakistani food with taste you can’t find in many Indian or Pakistani restaurants. Very authentic food you can enjoy and also taste. The atmosphere is very simple but you are going for the food anyway. Chana was fresh and cooked to perfection. The chutney too was home made and it was so tasty. You could close your eyes and order a dish and not regret it. The owners work at the restaurant very hard and they are very humble. I would go here anytime to enjoy a good Pakistani fresh meal.

I’ve looked far and wide for good Indian food, and was recommended Al-Noor for its curries. I’m delighted I finally got to try this Pakistani/Indian gem, it’s well worth LA traffic! Friendly family-owned business with quick service. Chaotic parking lot with tight spaces, might need to park on the residential streets nearby. Friend and I tried two curries with chicken and lamb - both boldly seasoned with tender meat that melt in your mouth. The rice was fragrant and the garlic naan was fluffy and savory, with a slight crisp. The mango lassi was also fantastic, very refreshing without being too sweet. The price of the meal added up (I believe rice was a separate charge?), but this quality was definitely worth the splurge to me. I haven’t found anything comparable to Al Noor in LA yet. Will certainly be back.

In the front of the restaurant, there was ads saying this is the best Indian-Pakistani restaurant in LA county. So naturally I got intrigued and had to check out myself. For starters the staff and the owners are very friendly. I had 2 nice medium sized samosas. They were delicious. For the main entrance , I had chicken tikka masala medium spicy with white rice and butter naan. To drink, I had the tasty mango lassi. Definitely one of their bestseller drink there! The portion of the chicken tikka masala, rice and naan bread where huge. The chicken tikka masala was on point , very delicious. I had so much, that I took leftovers back home to eat. The food was really good. I definitely recommend showing this place some love. 💜 I can’t wait to be back again! They definitely deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious, delicious delicious! A true pallette revival! Not sure what we dined on exactly because it was a surprise delivery but wow! Fresh, well seasoned, spicey but tolerable, overall a true dining delight! Great portions!

The restaurant food was pretty good, served hot and pretty quickly to your table, the server was attentive with his service. The Pakistani dishes and Indian ones were both filling and enticing, all washed down with a sweet Lassi drink. So good! Recommend.

Great service. Great Food. The tandoori platter come out sizzling and smelling amazing. My boys loved the goat briyani even though it was a little spicy.

I usually get the Chicken Tikka Masala, sorry if it is misspelled, and it is heaven with Naan Bread. I don't normally like a lot of meat, as just a personal preference, and eat up all the sauce before having a second piece of meat. So, todays choice for me was Garbanzo beans with a red sauce of medium spice....let me tell you...it was bomb diggity! (80'S BABY) Came out piping hot, as I like it, and soooo much blended flavours, not knowing yet what makes this savory dish. Pleased I am. So very much! This will be my regular order from now on! The green sauce that came with it, on the side, was so flavourful; a citrus and cilantro cream sauce, the onions, cucumber and lime made a little light side salad. I could literally eat this everyday. Luckily for me this is about two servings. THANKYOU for being here Al-Noor, and delivering an experience and moment I'll never forget. *Friendly service P.s. For those with heartburn I suggest getting it with no chile spice.

Tasty strip mall Pakistani food in Lawndale. Came here on a Friday around 4pm to get takeout and it took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The cashier kindly gave me some water while I waited (takeout & delivery only, no dine-in as of time of writing). It was cash-only when I went. There’s limited parking available in the shared lot. This is an authentic, small spot for no-nonsense food. I saw that their garlic naan was on an episode of the Best Thing I Ever Ate, so of course we got some. Two half naan pieces are in an order, so for four people, get at least two orders. The chicken tikka masala was my favorite one - it was creamy with a nice undertone of spice. You can use the naan to sop up the sauce and it’s so yummy. The mix tandoori plate was a bit dry. The chicken biryani plate was generous portioned and the chicken was still moist even next day. Prices are super reasonable and the service was friendly.

Mmmmmmm Looks great! Smells great! Tastes great! The sizzling Tandoori Mix Plate is mouth watering and does not disappoint. The Samosas (veggies and spices wrapped in flour) are delightfully yummy! Toss in some mashed eggplant to dip out buttery naan and this lunch was perfect! 👌🏽

I'm not completely familiar with Indian Pakistani food but I truly like the flavors, freshness, price, service and overall experience at Al-Noor. Minus one star because the dishes were just overly spicy (and I can handle spicy hot food) But they asked us how spicy and we said 'medium'. Whatever that means to them it was ON FIRE to us! Still tasty but wish I would've been able to enjoy it more.

The BBQ Sizzler is highly recommended, Nihari is very good, came with all the accopaniments and plenty. The Karahi Chicken was a disappointment. Naan was fresh and served hot a perfect accompaniment with the Nihlari Staff is very polite. Food was served promptly

The Chicken Tikka Masala was really delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. I ordered it with regular spice level, and it wasn’t spicy at all. If you want more heat, go for the spicy option. The naan was warm and chewy, pairing perfectly with the sauce. The tandoori chicken (I don’t remember the exact name) had good flavor, but the meat was a bit dry. It’s a clean and solid Pakistani-Indian restaurant.

Called ahead and placed a catering order for a small get together and I had a good experience. The food was ready at the agreed pick up time and customer service was good. Ordered the butter chicken, rice, garlic and butter naan, and gulab jamun. The butter chicken was delicious and spicy (at my request), the naan was decent, and the gulab was good. P.S. just ask to speak to the manager if you have a catering order so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

I ordered the Chicken Biriyani. Food was good. But, Spicy level also good.(As, I ordered). But, It’s not like Genuine Biriyani. Look like they just mixed up some rice with Oil and Masala.. I hope they will give better service with food quality.! They, give a small box of Salad. Usually others restaurant does not offer this. I like that. Overall, Good luck for them.

Easy access to and from LAX. Not crowded and had quick service. Be prepared that all menu items are a la carte. Had the chicken breast chunks with spinach and spices. It was delicious even though the chicken was over cooked. The garlic naan was delish!

Absolutely disappointing experience at Alnoor Restaurant. I ordered the chicken tandoori, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The chicken was clearly not fresh—tough, dry, and with an off taste that made me question how long it had been sitting around. It felt like it had been prepared days ago, reheated, and served as if no one would notice. The flavors, which should have been rich and smoky, were flat and stale. To top it off, the service was indifferent, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Save your money and appetite—this place is a hard pass.
