This location is one of my favorite Jamba Juice restaurants for the simple fact they have an amazing staff. This location is always clean, and Edgar always is prompt, and ready to take orders. Hell, he’s pretty good by even remembering my order almost every time I visit. Thanks for a remarkable experience. I literally go to Jamba juice everyday and you guys make it easy! My husband is obsessed with the protein shakes, we have them regularly, this time, I tried a breakfast option of an acai bowl, it was pretty good, and made fresh when I ordered it. Staff here are bubbly and friendly, and the place was pretty clean.

I just visited Jamba Juice and had such a great experience thanks to Julian! He was incredibly polite, positive, and full of good energy you could feel it the moment he greeted me. He recommended the Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie, and not only was it delicious, but I honestly feel like I could taste his positive energy in every sip. Julian went above and beyond to make my visit a great one, and I really appreciate the kind and uplifting service. Employees like him make all the difference I’ll definitely be back!

My god what an amazing Jamba! I haven’t seen such a nice and well organized Jamba Juice in my life. The staff was really good and really helpful. Especially the cashier that was there. I went in today on the 25th of May in the morning to get myself a White Gummi and honestly it was probably the best drink I’ve had in a while. I haven’t had Jamba in a while and this sealed the deal! Will for sure be coming back here in the near future! 10/10

Went in for a drink since it's been getting hotter, I've never tried Jamba Juice before so I might as well give it a shot. BEST DRINKS EVER, especialy the Acai Super! John was very friendly and made my drink real fast! 5 STARS!!!

Best Jamba I have ever been 2!! I frequent about 3 locations and have visited others while traveling but Jamba Lawndale is by far the best experience I ever have!!! Great customer service, extremely fast and efficient and they make their smoothies & bowls the best!! Best tasting!!

The smoothies are ok but my god the cashier Richard is so rude. I don’t need you to be all sunshine and rainbows but just some basic customer service would be great. The man acted like he hated us just for coming in. And it’s not like we had any special custom orders or anything. We simply wanted some smoothies straight from the menu and it felt like we were bugging him for asking. Sorry if the guy was having a bad day but you don’t need to make ours bad too.

Wouldn't recommend. I had called in an order, they said they ONLY had small cups, no med ect. I proceeded to order 4 peanut butter moods and 4 waffles (they had none) I still wanted the drinks. When I got there I grabbed the order and headed out. When I tasted it, it was SO nasty, couldn't even believe what I was drinking, I'm assuming they used under ripe bananas, and possibly left it blending too long, it was super bubbly. I tried another to make sure and it tasted completely different but like all peanut butter with no banana. It was odd. I asked my daughter how hers was and she said she really wanted to throw it away and not drink it. That it was weird and she felt like the globs of banana were going to make her throw up.. I felt really bad, she was the one that really wanted jamba juice. I didn't even have time to call and complain 🙃 I won't ever waste my money there again. This isn't the first or second horrible experience I've hard there wasting my money on their trash drinks.

I usually spend about $15 or more every time I come. There is no reason a basic açaí bowl should be $13, and a basic sandwich that is heated in the oven should be $6. I still pay bc I want it and I’ll plan around it for now but … then I get told they ran out of spoons … and it’s like … what is the problem? As a company it’s lost its dignity in the basic things. However when I got there at 8:40, the doors were still shuttered with no sign of life inside. 15min after the store was supposed to open, at 8:45, some guy just showed up. After I told him to please cancel and refund the order as I was in a hurry, anticipating that it would take a while to get the store ready, he simply insisted it only takes a minute to make anyway and proceeded to make the drink. Sound goods on the surface, but as somebody who has worked in the food service industry, it was painfully apparent to me how he did not check the cleanliness of his work station, did not check expiration dates of the ingredients, did not wash his hands. So after waiting for 15min in front of shuttered doors, I was handed a drink that was prepared as if somebody just walked into their kitchen at home. 10$ out the window. Won’t be back, sadly.

I just don’t understand why people like Jamba Juice. Every one I go to is the same. The food is terrible and the smoothies are never as good as anywhere else. Awful place. I don’t understand why it’s such an effort for me to just have a smoothie with what I want instead of what’s on the menu. All I asked for was pineapple, mango, and banana in orange juice. What I got was pineapple and orange juice, rotten bananas, and mango that wasn’t ripe yet. I threw half of the smoothie I had out after I had just added my own caffeine to it because it was so terrible. I’ve never thrown a smoothie away because even if the fruit isn’t ripe, I know it’s good for you so I finish it anyway. But when the smoothie tastes like rotten fruit, there’s no other choice. Never going back to a Jamba anywhere because every time I go it’s something like this.

My fiancé went into this store on Sunday Jan 26th at 6:24 pm asking for a juice to be made. At first they told him they were out of oranges so I asked him to see if they can make an apple cucumber drink with ginger. I am at home with a sick toddler so he’s communicating this over the phone to me. He said when he asked about the apple cucumber drink a lady with no name tag said they clean the juicer one hour before closing. That is so messed up. Just because the employees don’t want to do anymore work towards the end of their shift. I called on the phone to the store and asked for the employee’s name that told him that they cleaned the juicer an hour before the store closes and a young girl answered the phone and she said they’re not allowed to give out that information so I asked her for the store manager’s name and she said she’s not allowed to give out that information so I left her my name and phone number and asked her for the store manager not the shift lead to call me back because this is the second time that this location has done this to us. It’s not right, especially when you’re sick and want a healthy juice and have a sick toddler at home. Jamba Juice should be ashamed. The location on Rosecrans in Manhattan beach also does this… that is not the policy.

Make sure you double call or just pick up your order because I called to make sure they don't put mangoes because im allergic but still have in my drink without any care about my health and to top it off they didn't even blend it right

This location is the wrong place to go and you guys need to do better. and I have a picture of how you give DoorDash my food to deliver shame And this is the reason why most drivers lose their job doing DoorDash Because of you guys mistakes
