The restaurant is always clean.. This location seems to attract a lot of the local youth who seem to always be in there whenever I go I guess because it's cheap and they don't have much money but you get a lot of the kids and skateboarder types hanging out inside.. There isn't much to say about the service because you order on the kiosk and all they do is hand you the food.. So as far as that goes, it's great.. The only complaint that I have is that when they're busy, they make the drive through a priority, and I always go inside because people are lazy and there's hardly anyone inside.. But I once waited 20 minutes just for 2 tacos 🌮 But if they're not busy, then service is fairly quick.

its very quiet and impersonal. go to the quiosk pick the food you want and they put it on a shelf some time later. decor looks nice clean. nothing bad just odd

I have been coming to this specific location for over 10 years. The employees used to be friendly (way back when....) but those were different times and people just act different nowadays. Anywho.... The food here is exactly the same as it is at any other taco bell. Consistently decent. They have some 'new sauce' that is available for a limited time. Tried it - not a fan. *Fyi - they Charge for the sauce!*

Service in fully self service restaurants and cafes doesn’t count in the review. This Taco 🌮 Bell restaurant is no exception. This particular store doesn’t enjoy a good reviews, but I haven’t experienced anything that could warrant that. Yes they’re slow and they don’t provide trays for dining in. Still there are people who leave their leftovers on the tables.

Unfortunately my experience was not very pleasant at all. It was my first time at this location and I will no return here. Food was okay but customer service was awful and unfortunately not just for me but to other customers too. I was looking at the menu they have at the lobby and the manager Yolanda (I found out later her name and that she was the manager) was rushing me to place my order even though I told her I was not ready as I still looking at the menu. When I was ready to order I approached to the counter but nobody seemed to care even that the cook was looking at me. Instead of her telling them that a customer was at the register, finally a male staff took my order, he was not very pleasant at all. While I was placing my order, another customer asked for a cup of water to another employee, the customer asked 3 times and the fourth time he even asked in Spanish and finally he received a very rude response from the male staff that was helping me. My order took a lot of time to be ready. While waiting, the customer that asked for water told me that it would be his first and last time at that Taco Bell location, as for me, sorry but it will be the same. At the end, since the male staff was outside sweeping, I asked one of the cooks for the managers name and that's how I find out that the first person that was rushing me to place my order was indeed the manager.

Attention: NOT FREQUENT THIS PLACE, terrible service especially in the morning, I have an app and I buy it every day, today I arrived to pick up my order, they said that my food had already been withdrawn, insisting that no. She called the manager, she is an unprepared, ignorant, rude woman, accused me of having sent for my food, I insisting that I said no. After a long time listening to several accusations, they found out that they confused my name, a totally different order, they made a food in a hurry all wrong missing the items and I threw it away, I lost my hunger from so much dissatisfaction. How do they manage to hire an ill-mannered, unprepared, prejudiced woman, all the time having fun on her cell phone, to be a manager.

Eating here was horrible experience for us. First of all we got an incomplete order, then we noticed the food was cold. The front desk stuff was not polite, almost mean. Food was really bad, so we only waisted money. Based on good rates, I guess it could be incident, but still shouldn't happen.

I'm unsure what happened because this location used to be good but now it smells like a restroom on the inside, they take 20 minutes or more for indoor orders and the food is still cold, they overprioritize the drive-thru and they simply do not have a care in the world about the customer or the quality of food. It seems like this happens to a Taco Bell after a certain time, it's rare that a Taco Bell location stays good so I'll just go elsewhere.
