Lindo lugar enfrente a la playa. La comida y el servicio es excelente. Los precios son buenos y accesibles para estar enfrente del mar. Totalmente recoemndado

Una hermosa experiencia culinaria, la atención de lujo, los tacos de birria una verdadera delicia y la sopa de maíz, las hamburguesas enormes y muy ricas sus papas, el salmón delicioso. Una felicitación al chef y cocineros una ricura. Es un restaurante un poco alto en costos y precios pero lo vale. En la mañana ofrecen desayuno y dan una ambiente agradable y tropical, en la noche con luces amarillas, flores románticas, un guitarrista en vivo que se acompaña de una pista, una maravillosa experiencia que se debe de vivir. Super super recomendable.

El servicio y atención de todo el personal fue excelente, personalmente al inicio me senté para refrescarme con una limonada después de una larga caminata, pero al final termine comiendo y pasando un rato muy agradable, los chicos de servicio tienen un 100..!!

We ate breakfast here 3 times during Christmas week in 2025. We loved the breakfast. And sitting outside right by the ocean. Good staff, not great. The breakfast food was great! My daughter had the banana pancakes and they were phenomenal. Everything we ordered was terrific. We will go back during Christmas 2026!!!

A Puerto Vallarta Essential – Phenomenal Food & Service! ​Our dinner at Daiquiri Dick’s was easily a 5-star highlight of our trip. From the moment we sat down near the beautiful, lit-up boat-shaped bar, we knew we were in for a treat. ​The Food ​We started with a round of appetizers that were all hits: ​Captain Crunch Onion Rings: Don’t let the name throw you off! They sounded like they might be "weird," but they were incredibly tasty and perfectly executed. ​Octopus Zarandeado & Goat Cheese Ravioli: Both were fresh, flavorful, and high quality. ​For the mains, the Tuna Tartare Tower was as delicious as it was beautiful, and the Local Catch of the Day was expertly prepared and super fresh. ​The standout of the night, however, was the Chicken Piccata. I originally wanted the burger, but thanks to a recommendation from our waiter, I switched—and I’m so glad I did. It was freaking delicious. It has a lovely acidic brightness to it (you can definitely taste the lime), but it wasn’t overbearing at all. I polished off the whole plate! ​The Service & Drinks ​The service truly elevated the experience. A huge shoutout to Daniel and Alexis. Daniel was incredibly well-spoken and did a fantastic job describing the dishes; his recommendation for my main course was spot on. Alexis (who seemed to be the manager) checked in on us frequently to ensure everything was perfect without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. ​To top it all off, the drinks were excellent. If you like coffee, the shaken Baileys with espresso is a must-try—absolutely spot on. ​Verdict ​We didn't have room for dessert, though the cheesecake passing by looked tempting! This has officially become one of those "must-visit" spots for every time we return to PV. ​Highly recommended!

Daiquiri Dick’s is one of those places that captures why Puerto Vallarta keeps calling me back. The restaurant has three dining sections depending on your mood: indoor dining including bar seating, a breezy patio with a subtle tiki vibe, or tables right on the beach where the ocean becomes part of the experience. Wherever you sit, the view is amazing and the atmosphere forces you to relax. I ordered the shrimp, avocado, and mango salad three separate times during my stay — and I’d order it again. Fresh, well-balanced, and perfectly suited to the setting. It’s the kind of dish that feels both indulgent and light especially since it combines three of my favorite foods. Service throughout was genuinely friendly and relaxed, never rushed, always attentive. Add in laid-back, cool music and the steady rhythm of the waves, and it’s easy to understand their motto: life is better at the beach!

This place is great to stop in for a quick bite or for cocktails. We had Palomas by request. Bartender was quick and obviously a competent mixoligist. Our drinks were pleasing to the eye and the ocean side view was perfect to pair with our afternoon cocktails!! You will like this place!

El servicio fue el highlight del lugar - muy buenos meseros y muy atento el servicio. El burrito que sirven para desayuno estuvo muy rico. El ambiente es muy agradable al lado del mar y a un costado del malecón, como es muy abierto por ahí pasa una refrescante brisa. El café y el chocolate caliente (es de jarabe de Hershey's) no eran de calidad, lo que se me hizo fuera de lugar con la calidad del resto del restaurante.

No había mucha variedad de comida, pero estaba muy rico y el lugar muy bonito.

Los huevos benedictinos son buenos, aunque el lomo canadiense que le ponen no es de buena calidad. El quiche loraine le pondría un 8.

El lugar es bonito y moderno con toques que lo mantienen marítimo y clásico, el ambiente es bueno y relajado, el problema que tiene es que si estás en terraza tienes la ventaja de no estar en la arena y tener bonitas vistas a la playa y una mesa más bonita a mi gusto pero tienes a gente pasando a tu lado todo el tiempo ya que es parte del andador del malecón, en la playa no tienes esta situación pero es algo incómodo y adentro no tienes tan buena vista a la playa, el servicio fue muy bueno, lo precios son justos y las porciones pueden ser un poco reducidas

Es un magnifico lugar de descanso, un restaurant cerquita de la playa para deleitarse con el vayben de las olas, tu pareja, en una romantica tarde-noche acompañados con u a exquisita bebida y una esplendida botana. Vale la pena.

After dining at numerous beach restaurants in PV the beach vendors are very overwhelming while trying to enjoy your meal. It would be nice if some partitions were in place to keep vendors out so they aren't hassling you at your table. Drinks were okay, they had a nice selection of "not-your-average" cocktails. Very accommodating to gluten and dairy allergies and the menu was easy to navigate these allergies as well.

Ayer fuimos a cenar y, si tuviera que calificar el lugar, lo haría de la siguiente manera: • Servicio: 3 para solicitar algo, debíamos buscar al mesero. Además, al comentar que mi novio tiene alergia al gluten (algo que siempre explicamos en otros lugares), el mesero pareció incomodarse, lo cual nos hizo sentir un poco incómodos. • Comida: 8 – El pozole llegó frío pero rico y los frijoles se sentían un poco viejos y secos. Por otro lado, hay aspectos que nos parecieron excelentes: • Ambiente: 10 – Muy agradable, el lugar es cómodo y acogedor. (Poco ruido) • Bebidas: 10 – mi smoothie de kiwi fue absolutamente delicioso. • Limpieza: 10 – Todo el lugar se veía impecable. Nos gusta apoyar a negocios locales y compartimos esta retroalimentación con la intención de que pueda ayudarles a mejorar la experiencia de futuros clientes.

Las enchiladas de Camaron no tenían sabor, ni el arroz. La ensalada Cesar sabía y tenía color de Thousand Islands. El burrito de pescado fue excelente. La mesa no tenía tenedores, tuvimos que tomarlos de la mesa contigua. Desayunamos aquí seguido pero para Lunch, la verdad fue un desastre.

Lugar muy lindo. El sabor de la comida superó mis expectativas, pero el tamaño de las porciones y el precio de estas me decepcionaron.

Dividiré mi opinión en estos puntos: 1) el lugar es privilegiado; 2) la atención es buena; 3) los platos para compartir son francamente muy pequeños por lo que no es suficiente para compartirlos con otra persona; 4) los platos fuertes están medianamente servidos; 5) nosotros pedimos los taquitos y si tienen buen sabor pero son de 3.5 centímetros; 6) pedimos la hamburguesa y las costillas, la primera muy bien pero las costillas no son el costillar, solo es la carne por lo que pierde el sentido; 7) las bebidas son buenas. Resumen: un restaurante bien ubicado, con precios dentro del rango de la zona pero elevados en relación a la cantidad. Difícilmente volveré.

Es un restaurante super Malinchista por lo que si eres mexicano no te lo recomiendo . Yo fui a cenar con mis papás y pudimos notar el buen trato hacia los gringos y el pésimo trato hacia la gente mexicana, los dos meseros que nos atendieron super mala actitud, nos dijeron que no vendían cerveza, pero acto seguido los gringos de un lado pidieron cerveza y siempre si hay, pedimos entradas y nos trajeron lo que quisieron (carísimo, diminuto y malo), y mejor pedimos la cuenta para ir a cenar a otro lugar mejor, y desafortunadamente hasta la cuenta tuvimos que pararnos e ir a pagarla a la barra porque los meseros de plano ya ni se acercaron mas. Es triste ver este tipo de lugares prefiriendo extranjeros y los meseros echando abajo el esfuerzo de toda la gente que trabaja en cocina, etc . Lamentable pero cierto, el dinero de un mexicano vale igual que el de un extranjero 🤷🏻‍♂️

We had booked New Years dinner and had confirmation we had a reservation prior to flying into Puerto Vallarta. Now we just received a “notice of cancellation” only days before. So not cool at all. If this is your business model I would not recommend. Thanks for totally screwing up our New Years plans. In Spanish: Teníamos reservada la cena de Año Nuevo y contábamos con la confirmación de que teníamos una reserva antes de volar a Puerto Vallarta. Ahora acabamos de recibir un “aviso de cancelación” a solo unos días del evento. Para nada profesional. Si este es su modelo de negocio, no lo recomendaría. Gracias por arruinar por completo nuestros planes de Año Nuevo.

Mal servicio con los meseros tienes que estar correteando para pedir cualquier cosa, no fueran gringos por qué están atrás de ellos preguntando si todo bien, tuve que pararme y pagar directo en la caja, y todavía me preguntaron si agregaba el servicio del 20% de propina 🫩

Unfortunately I have been coming to this restaurant for 4 weeks and always ask for the exact same thing and every single time there's an issue with my food the waiters don't know what to say but in short if you like to be treated like a valued customer don't come here there a lot of nice places near by like cafe de olla around the corner.
