They make a mistake every time I order and then when you call and tell them they are very rude about it. You messed up own it and make it right

Go to any other Dominos besides this one. Twice this location has done this but today takes the cake. I ordered pizza at noon for pickup at 6pm. I called and told them I needed it at 6pm. 545 I get a notification saying the pizza is in the oven. I get there and they tell me it’s an hour. I said I was told it would be ready at 6 and was told it was being made. Basically said sorry bud. It’ll be an hour

I waited 10 minutes at the carside delivery pickup for my order and no one came. I followed all the instructions. I just watched the employees as they went about their tasks, but no one seemed to care about my order; They were just staring at my car and nobody cared, so I had to go get my order myself. The staff is terrible.

I don’t mean to be rude but this place sucks. I had the longest day ever, and was sooo looking forward to treating myself to a pizza. Not only did they take longer than the stated time to prepare my order, they disregarded the instructions and ruined my pizza and my night. I asked for light sauce yet sauce was oozing out of every bite. I couldn’t taste any of the toppings or the crust over the taste of the pizza sauce. I would have asked for a refund but I have had a long day and I am not driving all the way back to complain at people trying to work. Maybe actually read instructions next time, it may just be another pizza to you but it might be the one thing helping someone get through their day. Its not hard.

Terrible customer service if you’re trying to order for pick up or through Door Dash! I placed an order like I do all the time and DoorDash doesn’t give an option for any special instructions so I always have to call them after I place it to ask for well done because there pizza is always too sloppy. Today I had a young man answer and he was very confused and after I repeated myself 3x and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes, he then proceeds to tell me, that’s not possible and there’s nothing he can do for my order because it’s already ordered. So I ask to speak with the manager and he was even more unprofessional than the employee by speaking over me the whole time and didn’t even let me explain to him anything, he said that my order is already coming out?? Like it wasn’t even 10 minutes of making the order and you couldn’t leave it in a little longer? No he states I’m the one that’s out of line and hangs up. This was by far the worst employees I’ve come across, whoever is on schedule tonight needs to be fired!

Terrible experience. I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would actually take an hour. I asked for a manager and a refund, but he told me he couldn’t give me a receipt. After I pushed back and explained I wasn’t leaving without proof of my charge, he finally handed me a “void” slip with nothing on it and gave me a random name, “Claudia,” to call. The phones were ringing nonstop while I was there, but no one ever picked up. I am still waiting for my refund and no one answers. I will be also writing a YELP review. This was beyond frustrating, completely unprofessional, and just sad to witness. I’ll be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Made an online order was told it would be 19-24 minutes showed up and was told oh ma’am it would be an hour. Then when I asked for a manager and a refund. He told me he could not give me a receipt. Then after I explained to him I’m not leaving without a receipt of my credit card being charged $60 he magically appeared with a receipt. When the manager Claudia was notified she didn’t have nor show any concern about the situation. The phones where just ringing they never once stopped to answer, it was just sad.Then I watched the guy rub his hand through his hair then proceed to cut a pizza.

Terrible. I ordered cinnamon twists tonight as we often do. Each time, the dessert comes burnt or where pieces are too small to be considered (1) out of the eight pieces. Waste of money

Horrible place, their dough for the handmade pan is supposed to rise if fresh, their dough on the last two pizzas I’ve ordered from there both have been flat - old dough. This last time I ordered, the website said delivery time would be in 8 minutes. When I called - after 45 minutes of waiting - I was informed there were 6 orders in front of mine and it would be an additional hour to get a pizza. 2 hours is crazy for 2 pizzas.

This is the second time it’s taken an hour or longer for me to get my pizza delivered and this time the entire center of my pizza had no sauce, cheese or toppings. I even paid for extra sauce and the rest of the pizza had hardly any sauce where they did actually add some.

Disgustingly pizza was delivered. The pizza was definitely tampered from the delivery person. The cheese was clumpy and cold . Pizza looked like the delivery guy either dropped the box or ate some . The pizza was destroyed and pieces were on top / clumpy on each of the slices . It has little bugs crawling on the side of the box . I want to vomit just looking at it ! Tried calling the store and they never answered. Filed a complaint online with customer service . Haven’t heard back yet. I’m never ordering from this company again!!!!
