Tried the improved Whopper. Bun was better, ingredients all tasted fresher and came in a box vs wrapped in paper, still I like the flavor and texture of the normal Whopper.
Our breakfast was made fresh after we ordered. Service was good in the drive through and our order was correct. Didn't expect a ton, but it was Burger King and the kids love it.
Love Burger King in a pinch. I get the fish my husband gets the big Texan. Everything. It's our "night off" dinner about once every 2 weeks or so. We nobody wants to cook.

This is a rare review for me with my past experiences at any Burger King . I’ve never had a good or even decent experience, except for today . Byron was excellent, had an issue with my bogo deal , instead of saying “ sorry it’s not working “ like the other Burger King , he actually tried everything possible to make sure I was able to use the coupon. He found out we could use it at another register, even though they were busy . This place is lucky to have him here . Thank you Byron !
These guys have it together. The crew is courteous and usually gets the order right. They keep it clean and do a good job. In my opinion, BK makes the best burger in the fast food space. The TX Double Whopper is amazing.
Man, idk what happened, but this place must be under new management!! Kudos to the new staff, my food was fast fresh and cooked to perfection. The bun was fresh and soft. The meat was fully cooked to a good chard but definitely Not burned or dry!! The staff was quick and professional!! I forgot how good Burger King used to be. Had a great experience.
Normally I don't rate fast food places, but I felt this one deserved special note. Super nice staff here. Kinda feels like they actually want each customer to actually feel valued for choosing Burger Kink.
I walked inside stood at the counter for like 10 minutes and the lady walked pass me and seen me and didn't take my order so I left out went through the drive thur and the guy at the windows had me waiting for 10 minutes too my god the food is good but costumer service really shitted do better and get some help
Terrific drive thru service. The employee was patient with a big order in front of me. Assisted her in getting the best deal with her order. My Whopper Junior was made the way I wanted, and was hot. My only complaint is the frozen Coke. It was more air than Coke. Go to 7-11 if you want that, but this place is solid other than that.
I am extremely disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered one large combo meal and one medium combo meal where the large fry had the same amount of fries as the medium fry. Paying extra for a larger box. The first picture is how I got them out of the bag, the second one where I switched the fries into the opposite sized box. Giant scam.
If you value your safety DO NOT EAT INSIDE!!! I just left the restaurant after lunch with my wife. Besides the incredibly slow service (only two employees staffed both of whom felt a very casual walking pace was appropriate for lunch rush), at one point the shift manager decided there were too many people in the restaurant and locked the front door-you know the one that says "Door is to remain unlocked during business hours". I could kind of understand why she would do that with only two and the lobby starting to back up and I'd assumed the door through the play place (also baring the same sticker) was unlocked so we went to exit through there. It was locked as well. At this point we are confined in a restaurant against our will with only one person in the place having a key to let us out, and given how our burgers sat waiting to be served for 5 minutes prior to that my hopes of getting a prompt response from her was diminishing. She did grab the keys and begrudgingly unlocked the door when I rather loudly said "Ma'am, you need to unlock this door right now", so I will give her that. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm about 99% confident locking all doors out of a restaurant while customers are present during business hours is illegal; and while I've never researched BK Corporate Policy, I'm going to go ahead and guess that it is VERY against policy as well. Outside of them being slow or out of things I've never had an issue with the drive-thru. If you're going to patronize this location I'd recommend that route or else you could be detained against your will.
I was asked to pull around for my order after waiting for 15 minutes behind two cars. I reluctantly pulled around just to be forgotten about after another 15 minutes. I have 3 small children, 2 of them were sound asleep and wasn't about to wake them up to go in. When we went back to the empty drive thru, they were apologetic for the long wait but proceeded to serve cold food and forgot some of the food
Was on the drive thru for over 7 min, I was on the second lane, no one came on the speaker, another car came on the first lane and they took his order, at that point I just left. Don't have two drive thrus if you only service one, or at least put a sign. This is the second time I try to order at this location, will be the last.
I fully expect less than perfect orders from fast food. When 1 out of 3 items is correct it's a bit hard to understand. When the order needs started twice because the person taking the order just disappeared I don't understand. When trying to get the order fixed and it comes out the exact same way incorrect. The 3 individuals work none seemed to understand basic English and every communication was in Spanish while looking confused at the questions in English. Those things I have an issue with. If you can not completely communicate with 50% or more of your customers something needs to change.
It's like they make an intentional effort to hire people who don't speak good English here. And I don't mean like they have trouble understanding certain words, I mean like... they don't even know enough English to take a basic order properly, and even after you repeat yourself several times, they still don't understand. Then they have to get help from someone who speaks English just a little bit better. So it comes as no surprise that they mess up orders almost 90% of the time. And that wouldn't be so bad, except now they don't wanna make it right when they do. Now they tell you, "Oh sorry, we can't do that! Have a good day!" It's a lot harder to tolerate this when Burger King now charges as much as a dine-in restaurant. I'll just stick to Whataburger and Sharks Burger whenever I want a burger then, I guess. Granted, they're just as expensive, but at least they do a better job justifying it. Oh, and they don't trick you with those tiny double cheeseburgers that look like adult size ones.
I ordered an original chicken sandwich no meal. I got to the window and she asked if I ordered chicken without lettuce and I said no. Chicken without mayo and I said no. She obviously didn’t speak or understand English. She also gave me and I paid for a meal even though I specifically said no meal. Burger King needs to hire people that speak and understand English!! I won’t be going back.
I am not exaggerating when I give this place 1 star. Many occasions I have come here and they are closed when they should be open. This is unfortunate, especially if you’ve already placed an online order for pickup. The customer service is very disappointing- especially after dealing with such an ordeal. They are not accommodating, very passive aggressive and the place doesn’t seem clean due to overflowing trash every time I come. The food is not fresh, the onions taste like they have been chopped and sitting in refrigeration for over a week due to the distinct flavor you get from something like that. And also, beware of ordering drinks online! I ordered an orange Fanta and got a strawberry one, when I mentioned I had ordered an orange one they said “oh yeah, we don’t have that- it says orange but it’s really strawberry” … like, huh?? At this point I was already frustrated and pulled off, didn’t bother asking for another drink but also a solution wasn’t given (goes back to poor customer service.). I am not sure why I gave this location so many chances but this is just all around unacceptable and they are in serious need of a store manager who has higher standards and procedures in place. You are dealing with people’s time, money and food. You should have the utmost respect and patience, highest standards for a job like this. Whether it be fast food or not, you are responsible for making sure YOU are doing a good job and providing good products.
The “manager” Jeff was extremely rude and not helpful regarding our order that was placed over the app. This store closes at 11pm and when I came through the drive thru at 10, he stated they were closed. The order was placed through the app and when I asked him how are we supposed to get our money back, he first states he knew nothing about the app and when I asked to speak to a manager, he claims he’s the manager and quickly changes his story and says that we would get a refund since the order was never made on his end. When I asked him for his name in case the refund never came back and I needed to call corporate, he quickly said Jeff and then threw up the peace sign and slammed the window in my face. This is exactly why this location has a 2.8 rating. You all really need to do better. Pay attention to these reviews and train your staff correctly! Don’t just hire anyone to represent your company, because this store is really displaying poor service all around! This situation was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Mykids love BK. Every time they beg to go (especially to this one) I immediately regret it. This time I saw they finally had opened the lobby, so we parked and got out to go in. Then saw a sign that said "CASH only in Lobby". Back to the car we went for the drive thru which was accepting cards. I ordered on the app to keep it simple and quick. I got up to the window where I was to receive our food and I (no joke) sat for 15-20 minutes and NO ONE ever came to the window during that span of time. While sitting there, there were two cars behind me. I saw the young man who was manning the first payment window, come out and speak to the person who was last in the line up of three cars. That car then backed up and left. I then saw the guy behind me backup to the first window to speak with the guy, but then he pulled back in right behind me again. I waited some more. Finally someone came to the window and handed us our food. No explanation. The wait was horrible. The service was horrible. But the worst of it was when we got the food home and took it out. Realized we were (of course) missing an item we ordered. Also, the Value Fry was literally like 5 French fries in a pouch. It looked like it was someone's leftover fries that they then put in this order. It gets worse....I pulled out my free Whopper (thank you Tmobile) to take off the bun...and discovered straight up BITES taken out of the patty! I was horrified and so disgusted. NEVER AGAIN. Do not eat at this Burger King. It is a hot mess. Now I need to figure out how to contact the management or corporate or something! Unacceptable and gross.
