First of all, they don't post the results online, so you can't download them. Then you can't even collect the exams on Saturdays. I think they need to act as soon as possible to resolve these issues.

Terrible experience! I arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment booked with the National Health Service (due to traffic jams) and was told I could no longer make it because I was the last patient in line and the doctor was no longer seeing me! I'm sure that if I had booked a private appointment, they would have definitely waited for me! Never again Synlab!

On Friday, October 3rd, I went to Synlab Lecco for a hip x-ray and found a truly unpleasant staff member. I should start by saying that, having had polio, I have difficulty walking, and they usually ask if I need help reaching the bed. I didn't expect this, but I also didn't expect him to look at me askance when he noticed I was wearing a bodysuit and needed to take it off. After it took me a while to get dressed, I apologized and said goodbye, but he didn't even respond. I think anyone who works in these facilities should have a modicum of humanity toward people who have difficulties. I apologize for the outburst, but it's something I've never experienced before, and I was disappointed.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to visit this center, but it wasn't my fault. I contacted them by email, since I live quite far away, to book a specific test, I kindly asked if it was performed there. Once confirmed, they scheduled an appointment with preparation and tests to be performed. Everything was ready, I contacted them at the center, and they called me a week before the appointment to tell me that they had checked and they wouldn't perform the scheduled test. Great! Thanks to them, I found myself quickly trying to book an appointment before the tests already done expired. I had to work for a time off that I didn't need now, and remember, these are health checks!! They have no idea how much inconvenience this caused!!!

My husband had a terrible experience. The employee was rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful to customers. Friends and acquaintances have reported the same appalling experience to me; in addition to this review, we will report the incident to Synlab management.
