Cominciamo col specificare che è una trattoria, aggiungiamo un parere personale che è "vecchio stile" ma non per questo è penalizzata, basta che una persona sia consapevole che è una TRATTORIA! Sono andata a mezzogiorno con la mia famiglia, loro non sono poco esigenti, trovando il menù fisso e con proposte da loro non gradite, la molto paziente della cameriera ha trovato i giusti compromessi e abbiamo mangiato tutti. Il prezzo è più che buono, il cibo è di livello leggermente superiore a quello che mangereste a casa, staff paziente e preparato a soddisfare anche i clienti più viziati. Siamo stati in gruppo per un evento di Geocaching. Piatto forte Trippa e pasta e fagioli Servizio veloce e puntuale. Cibo veramente ottimo e abbondante. La mia pasta e fagioli era buona, ho fatto il bis ! Mio marito bis di trippa. Nota dolente, i bagni freddi capita 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Pasta e fagioli was a bit salty. Pork loin was good. Service was a bit confusing but quick. Prices were reasonable: first course, second course, and side dish were €13. Nice atmosphere, but it's a shame the pasta was too salty.

Traditional Lombard cuisine restaurant. The place is spartan, like the service, but the focus is on good food. The ossobuco was a shame, as the meat was a bit too tough. The risotto alla Milanese was good, as was the donkey stew.

Fusilloni with wild boar ragù (excellent), polenta with "brüscitt" (delicious), generous amounts of bread, water, a quarter of wine, and coffee. All in all, €13 plus €2 for the wine. In a traditional trattoria with a delightful setting. A real treat, with one flaw: the cutlery could use more attention. Prompt and friendly service.

A trattoria worthy of the food it offers. Typical Milanese cuisine. The cassoeula is well-made (very digestible), the portions are generous, I recommend it. I'll be back for other traditional dishes. Reservations are recommended. The lunch options are also good, but I'll let you know as soon as possible.

Finalmente ! Una insegna che riporta la dicitura " trattoria" e che tiene fede alla promessa Trattoria da Jole, ingresso con bancone di una volta, locali , di cui uno con camino, tovaglie a quadretti bianchi e rossi sui tavoli, apparecchiatura classica, piatti e bicchieri da trattoria, puliti e ben disposti. L ambiente è caldo, soffitto a cassettoni, sembra di tornare indietro di anni... Il menù non è molto vario, ma a me' piace cosí, un antipasto classico, tre primi, tre secondi, dà una percezione di qualità e piatti preparati con amore, pochi ma buoni Il costo assolutamente adeguato Non conoscevo trattoria da Jole, ci sono stato con amici e credo proprio che ritornerò

Il locale si presenta come la tipica trattoria anni 80, il menu è giusto da trattoria, purtroppo la qualità del cibo non risponde al menù, risotto con ossobuco ( riso bollito con zafferano e carne appoggiata sopra), polenta istantanea con Asino. Un po' delusi dalle altre recensioni che parlano di un ottimo posto, il servizio è " frettoloso" .. va bene il ritmo da trattoria,ma non di sera..

Traditional Lombard dishes in a typical trattoria that's been open forever. The staff was a bit distracted, and an appetizer course was missing (crostini with chicken livers), but after I pointed it out, they surprisingly arrived with crostini with cream cheese 🤷. Nothing tragic, though; the dishes are good, but the portions aren't generous, and for the price, I expected something less.

Traveler Abroad

We came for lunch, the daily menu, or workers' menu, costing €10 each, with decent portions and friendly staff! The cold tuna pasta was tasty, but the arrabbiata sauce was a little more enjoyable. The steak was well-cooked, and the skewers were very good. The fries were well-fried, all washed down with two cold beers. With two medium beers, it cost €26. The restaurant has two dining rooms, one inside and one outside. Update: I tried eating here twice, choosing takeout. The service is fairly fast, but a little imprecise! I ordered rigatoni with wild boar cream over the phone. They confirmed it was available, but once it arrived, they told me they'd run out of cream, so I chose orecchiette with four cheeses. When I got to the car, I realized they'd given me penne soaked in a rather runny cheese sauce. I admit, it wasn't the best! The Milanese was good!

Jole's restaurant has a "new" feel, yet retains many of its past charms; it's relaxed and familiar enough. It's run by a young, helpful and friendly team (I believe descendants of Jole), who divide their time between the bar, the trattoria, and the pizza oven. The dishes are varied, ranging from Lombard cuisine (risotto and Milanese cutlet, polenta) to Italian fare (orecchiette with sausage and turnip greens, classic ragù, gorgonzola, and speck), and even a few international touches (goulash with chili pepper). The selection of appetizers and main courses is varied, with a pleasant surprise: horse meat. Prices are very affordable, with the option of a fixed-price lunch. There's a wide selection of bottled wines, but the house white and red are particularly popular. There's room for everyone during the week, but reservations are recommended on Fridays and Saturdays: especially in the winter, seats near the fireplace are highly sought after!

I'm leaving one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. They make you believe there's a lunch menu (because it's listed on their website), but at checkout you pay something completely different. I pointed this out to them, and they acted naive, saying they hadn't noticed the mistake on the website... shame on them!!!
