My family and I are longtime customers. The drinks have never disappointed us: the Eugenio (the house drink, let's call it that), both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, has never disappointed us. Be warned, though: the prices are high and the aperitif is lacking. Damn Bar Bisc! With what we pay, an extra canapé or two pizzas wouldn't bother us. In any case, Bar Bisc remains the best place to drink in the entire area. 4 stars

A large, quiet bar where you can spend an evening with friends. In my youth, I often came here with friends (almost every Saturday night). Today—after a long time—we've started coming here sporadically as a place to meet for a chat without being overwhelmed by the noise and loud music. A variety of cocktails (including the historic Innominato), ice creams, etc. A large garden that can be used in the winter.

The cocktail they invented was very good, but I think €12 was a bit too much. They also came with some appetizers, nothing too fancy, just right. Overall, a great bar with friendly staff.

The exterior is very nice, and it's one of the few places that still serves Eugenio. Otherwise, nothing special, quite the opposite. The 1980s decor hasn't changed, and the service is very slow, even when the place is half full. I'd welcome a few more people. Waiting twenty minutes to order and another half hour for a drink is unthinkable. Three stars because the drinks are at least good (even if they only bring two appetizers).

We left feeling very disappointed. Two "average" gin and tonics served coldly, as if we were unwelcome customers, a handful of chips and some peanuts, a few olives, and five small canapés. €30! It seems like a steal! The only thing I'd save is the lovely outdoor garden (unfortunately right next to the traffic on the Nazionale dei Giovi). In short, if I could give you some advice, let's put less airs on and put more substance and a few more smiles!

I went to this place on recommendation. For aperitivo, they only offer two bagged chips and two olives. They probably don't understand the concept of an aperitivo. For €17, they don't offer anything to eat, forcing you to order something to snack on, which obviously costs extra. I didn't really appreciate the much-vaunted Eugenio; it was too sweet. Two stars instead of one because the outdoor seating is very nice. Too bad. Bottom line: failed.

Mi dispiace dirlo ma l'EUGENIO non è più lo stesso di prima, piuttosto amarognolo, qualcosa è cambiato negli ingredienti. A mio avviso non vale più la pena spendere 9€ per un aperitivo così mediocre.
