It's nothing like the dirty restrooms, the place looks very dirty and you order one thing for your pizza and they give you another, meaning there's no good service. It's not the same anymore; before there was very good service and the pizzas were super delicious. Now it's nothing like LUPILLOS, under their category I think others are better 😝

Terrible service... it's a shame it's Lupillos, honestly, that branch leaves a lot to be desired. The staff and everything else are awful. Last time I went, they even gave me a dirty water pitcher... I've never been back there and I don't plan to.

Terrible, I don't recommend it. The service at the restaurant is incredibly slow. I also placed a delivery order, and it never arrived. I called several times because it had taken over an hour. They told me it was coming, but none of that happened. They even went so far as to not answer my call.

The poor service from the guy who works there has nothing to do with his orientation, but you have to ask politely for things they should provide so you can enjoy your meal. They need to be more friendly since they're not giving anything away for free. Personally, I prefer places where they treat you well and the food is much better.
