Hot, but calm park ideal for a brief relaxationwitihn the city of Torreon. Its a must buying an icecram at Chepo's while relaxing beneath a tree
Too much mosquitos !😅
There are lots of trees to give shade and there are many spots to sit. It also has several carousels and bumper carts. On weekends or special days there are many vendors and the park is full of life. The downside is that there is so much bird waste that is never cleaned.

There is a religious group taking over the basketball court very sad very very sad I didn't not understand why they are allowed to do this :(
