Had a great experience here! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and everything came out quickly. Teresa helped me during my visit and she was very friendly, patient, and had great customer service. She made the whole experience really pleasant. I definitely recommend this location and will be coming back!
Roast beef place makes amazing gyros - go figure. WIth the app, theyre alwasy giving away deals but Im here for one mission- gotta have gyro and never have to worry like small spots if wont be great. Reliable!
Popped by for an early dinner. We had the gyro and the original fried fish sandwich with regular and curly fries. I couldn’t wait to get the fish sandwich again. It is only available during Lent. The drive through attendant was friendly and the food was hot and fresh
They are often out of menu items like shakes, and occasionally can only accept cash, or cards. However, the service is generally good for the most part in recent months, and when the items are available they are well prepared. I want to knock off one star for unavailability of menu items, but not sure if it can be helped with supply chains disrupted as they are.
I ordered the brisket. Very very little meat for a 8.00$ dollar sandwich.
Food is really good. Worst fountain drinks. Even the sweet tea is not great. Seems like it could be a water issue.
Heard about the burger. It was stacked well. The bun was excellent. If you want it with mustard, they gave you a few packets. The way it was described on their page should have been easy to cook. The burger had red/raw meat. I like my burger to be fully cooked but not dry like you get at other places. They state the burger is flashed cooked beforehand, so really, it needed just a bit more time on the clock. Overall it is a 3.
I was disappointed in the meat on the burger. It tasted as it had something in it that tastes like plastic. The toppings were fresh and good. The crinkle fries are what I really came for because they always seem hot and crispy. Next I'll try the fish or chicken sandwich.
I see from a previous review, the girl with the purple hair has already been recognized for her terrible attitude. Well she "gets" recognized again for the way she treated me. I just left this location and have never been spoken to so condescendingly by someone in customer service. Her terrible attitude is so unnecessary and deserves to be mentioned. She should probably shadow Greg who (by other reviews here) seems to know how to treat people
I placed my order at the drive through box when I got to the window they had to ask me for my order again..1st red flag. I was given my drink and receipt the receipt was correct. Then they handed me a another drink. Get home and I didn't even get remotely what I ordered. The one taking orders did not want to be at work you could tell. So I paid for a premium sandwich and got a dry regular roast beef. No wander this place is never busy
I always order Jamoca shake at Arby's since they taste wonderful! I ordered one jamoca shake here today, and this is what I got!!! Vanilla shake instead! I told the lady in drive thru that this is not what I want! She tried to make Jamoca several times and still it was white like Vanilla shake. Poor lady gave it to me and said our machine is not working but I added Jamoca syrup in it. You can try it. I tried! No taste but Vanilla shake!!
It seems really unfortunate to have to leave a review like this on here, especially cause I work in retail/restaurant industry and I know how unfair customers can be but goodness gracious. The drive through Team Member has no reason to be unpleasant the way she is. If I was a rude customer I would understand by all means some attitude, but I was simple and straight to the point without any sort of disrespect. She on the other hand was extremely unnecessary to say the least. She rushes your order, she speaks in an unnecessary loud voice, she doesn’t come off as helpful in any sort of way. At the window I asked for Arby’s sauce and she cut me off and said it’s in the bag. I am very grateful to see it was put in the bag, but I cannot possibly assume that employees would put sauce in an order when I customer didn’t ask for it. I go to this location often and it’s very unfortunate to see that this employee makes you not want to come back. I really like the food but having an unpleasant employee with an overtly unfriendly/unnecessary attitude and tone of voice makes it extremely difficult. This is like the fourth time this has happened, and every time I would give her the benefit of the doubt, but this is just too many times. If you are not happy I really do understand but you don’t have to let it out on strangers. She would not appreciate that behavior if she received it, so why be a hypocrite and treat others as such? I even went back to see other reviews to see if I was imagining it all, but a lot of them express the same concern. It’s very unfortunate that more than three people share this experience and there is no sort of accountability on the side of the company. I hope this gets resolved soon.
Ordered through DoorDash. This place is the slowest store on DoorDash and actively strives to make the sandwiches as messy as possible. I have more red ranch on my hands and wrapper than I think actually on the sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Overweight purple hair Karen lady looked like possible manager can't do her job. Was rude and was yelling most the time. She walked off without giving me a drink cup or receipt. She also was making food without gloves while other employee was. My family and I go here on occasion and this is first time I had to deal with rude customer service. There was spills on the floor and inside was super dirty. Please hire new staff. This lady is going to make you go out of business. I noticed several reviews on here complaining about same employee. I submitted complaint to Arby's corporate.
3rd time coming to this location since its less than 5 minutes from me. I won't be back after today. Went at 5pm on a Friday and looked to be no cars in lobby and one other car in drive thru. Before we could even get to the speaker we were aggressively asked what we were ordering and once we actually got to the speaker a moment later we were asked again for our order with more additude. We asked for a large double beef with cheese meal and immediately interrupted to asked for the size and drink (we did say large previously) i had intended to order more but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after being met so rude by whoever was on the speaker. This was the last straw for me. Not going to return again
I am disappointed by the cleanliness of this place. I arrived at 10 AM and was the first guest there at the dining room was a mess. Almost every table was dirty with food crumbs, the drink counter was dirty with soda stains, the floors were sticky. What bothers me most is that this is the space I can see. What about the space in the back where my food is being cooked?
My roommate and I were attempting to go through the Drive Thru at about 5:10 pm today. When we pulled up the person on drive thru was extremely rude. There was no greeting, and before I could even answer her first comment of, "Order when you're ready" She repeated herself louder and more aggressively. I gave her the exact prder my roommate wanted, which was A Large Double Beef Meal with cheese sauce added. She immediately asked me what size meal and sandwhich I wanted. We decided to leave before we ever got to the window. This location has just been problem after problem for us wether its an issue with an online order or bad attitudes from employees and honestly we aren't invlined to return to this location.
They have the rudest person on drive thru. She was not polite. No greeting. Kept interrupting me while I was talking. She clearly had a bad attitude. I decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. And I really wanted a Jamocha shake. I’ve made it a priority not to spend money where kindness is not displayed. I’ll never go back to this location this was my third time there and I was greeted this way each time.
Another bad Arby's. Didn't get my order right, didn't receive a receipt. Poor service and cold food. Why pay full price for random food orders? The only consistency in Arby's is that they will take your money, have a poor attitude and give you a wrong order. See you guys again in a year or two. This isn't my first rodeo ether. I have already filled out a contact form. Owner didn't even read that I already filled it out.... I can't even make this up. They didn't even read the comments.
