I ordered my food it was fresh orange chicken and rice and teriyaki chicken was good there was no one in front of me but I literally had to wait 40 minutes to pay for my food there was no greeting no smile no thank you well I mean she did give me a free small drink but there was basically no customer service the restaurant was empty pretty clean for the most part

Worst panda express been to out of the other locations I have been to. Food was burnt and they put such a small portion of it as what it’s normally supposed to be. The veggies were not well cooked and the whole dish was out of the place. Please do better.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was picking up an order for my friend and I had 3 orders. I was already late for school and when I got there, I said the order name 3 times. The girl at the front even repeated the name back to me. She looked around and found a receipt and started making the order. She then gave me the bag and I left in a rush trying to get back in time. I got to school and it was an order for a whole different person. Now, they won’t give me a refund nor give me my food even though it was them that messed up my order. Terrible service and very unprofessional.

I’m giving this place one star because the service was bad. It even felt racist. The way we were treated just for being Hispanic was awful, totally different from the way they treated other people who looked American. Bad service, rude attitude, and I didn’t like it at all for that reason. It’s not really about the food, it’s about the way the girl who was working today treated us.”

I take my family to this restaurant almost every single week. Multiple times I’ve gotten beef and broccoli with almost no beef. Have gone through the drive-through or in person and they do not have anything available except for orange chicken. The staff is not very friendly and indifferent that they don’t have any items ready to serve. We will be making other dining choices going forward.

The last three times we have tried to eat here the food has been awful. Today was no different with the exception of the added hair. I called and talked to the manager on duty who finally very reluctantly said he would refund the one dinner, not the other or the stale spring rolls just the one dinner. We weren’t offered any sauce and were barely acknowledged. It’s past time to find somewhere new.

This location was out of orange chicken and would not make more 20 mins to close with a long line in the drive through, so instead I ordered teriyaki chicken. Got home and realized she did not put teriyaki sauce in the bag so I was left with two servings of dry, poor quality chicken. I ate left over pizza instead because it was so bad. Try another restaurant like Alfonso pizza.

My husband daughter and me when there yesterday to Lewisville location by I35 food didn’t taste the same I used to go there when my kids were younger it was better food we go broccoli beef chicken teriyaki orange chicken and zuquini chicken muddles it was nasty I won’t go there again

Ask for brócoli beef and they just give me brócoli This is the second time already Make sure you check your food when you are at the drive thru This is so frustrating specially if you are craving for something in specific
