Ordered a grilled chicken burger.. it was a nice piece of chicken , so tender and juicy and oh my gosh it was hot ... Way to go,, keep it up... definitely will eat there again. Oh and the fries were hot and good as well.

Just like any other fast food joint. Nothing bad was noticeable. Friendly staff. Not a long wait. Not super dirty.

I took my kids to grab a bite mainly because I wanted to take him somewhere for ice cream. The gentleman taking our order was very supportive of a parent having a hard time getting a child to make a decision. Ivy came by our table later and took very good care of both kids. It was overall a better experience than I was expecting to have today. Thank you to both of those employees!

Our favorite place to stop on our way to Fredericksburg! Last visit there was an employee with special needs working and manager was frustrated with his "slowness" of service and spoke ugly to him, not acceptable. They were not that busy at the time. You should be nice, to EVERYONE!

Very, very, impressed with the service. My son's birthday and he wanted an ice cream cake. They didn't have the one we wanted on the fridge, but the manager asked the lady in charge of the cakes to come take my order. I ordered chocolate chip, brownie, with vanilla ice cream... we loved it, needless to say my husband doesn't like sweets, he absolutely loved this cake. It was made to order and was ready in 2 hours! Thank you DQ for making my son's birthday special!

So I have to be in Liberty Hill a couple nights a week, and I get finished out there around 9 pm - not being from there, I rely on my trips into and out of Liberty Hill to see what's available to eat, but not everything is open during the week after 9 pm there! We were planning to go to the Chicken Express basically next door to this Dairy Queen, but when they were closed we ended up here - I had the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich combo, while my daughter had the Chicken Finger basket - even though it was late, they did an AweSOME job on our food! Yes, food takes a bit longer at Dairy Queen, but it usually means they are making it up from scratch - everything was tasty yummy, and I'll SURE remember (the next time we are in town) which place has a fresh cooked meal available after 9!

Alex has taken care of us in the drive thru and dining room - yes we have gone a few times now! Service with a smile- and the order was perfect. Yummy food & treats and friendly atmosphere. Thanks.

I went through the drive thru for the first time at this DQ.....the 2 young men at the window were outstanding - professional - kind - speedy service! First time visiting here, and had a great experience. A sweet young lady named Ivy took my order, and although they didn’t have the “flame” sauce to make the burger I wanted, she was kind enough to help me customize a burger that was comparable. The world needs more people as friendly and helpful as her! My order was ready in less than a minute. Fries were hot, crispy, AND salted…. When do you ever get all 3 at once?! The burger was delicious too… will definitely keep this place in mind!

I had a great time with my family here at this DQ. The hospitality and atmosphere was unmatched! They had family friendly videos on in the lobby. Really impressed with overall experience here!

We had a sweet tooth and decided to stop by for a sundae. The customer service was terrific and the drive through line was quick at our liberty hill location. Our order was correct and we were on our way in no time. We will definitely return and recommend this location to anyone.

Hispanic manager (didn't catch his name) made things right. Went for lunch....crew was disorganized, food took forever and they cooked the wrong food. This manager comes in and the whole place shapes up. Got a quick redo of the order and he gave me a couple freebies...apologized for the error. This manager turned a 1 star to a 5 star experience. I just came into Dairy Queen with my kids for lunch. We were helped by Sherrie who was very friendly. I ordered the bacon burger. You don’t expect a lot from most fast food places but this burger came out and it was perfect. I haven’t been to a fast food place that took this much care to put a burger together in 20 years. If there is a large redheaded bearded man named Payton in the back when you come, it’s probably going to be good.

On Friday, 8/5/22, I ordered a chicken taco salad with no refried beans and got it exactly as I asked. Got home, opened the box and immediately started to laugh. Someone had a good sense of humor and I appreciate it. Made me laugh and it was a needed chuckle.

They did just fine, tasted good, place looked clean, got a free ice cream cone on their "Special" of the day, nice treat, prices not so much.

Good chicken strips and steak fingers. Fries are really good. Sweet tea is great. Ice is small and chewy!

Just ran into grab a cheeseburger with mayonnaise lettuce and onions only and the staff was great very friendly very nice & cheerful, a lot of smile'n employees and they were so energetic, my cheese burger wes hot and made to order and the onion rings were fantastic!! Great job Guys!!!

This is an update to my original review, which you can see below Updated: The staff is much more friendly and attentive. The restaurant is generally clean. They now get my food correct 99% of the time. Original: Dirty inside, staff friendliness is hit and miss, and they get my burger wrong every time. I ask for bacon and it's NEVER there.

As far as fast food in the area goes, this place didn’t disappoint. Food was hot and tasty. A bit of a long wait at this DQ. I recommend the summer chocolate raspberry blizzard.

The meal and staff were great. The clientele had grumpy elderly people that wanted peace and quiet. Like why judge and reprimand children for being there when there are literally adorable pages of icecream colored on the walls. There’s also an ice chest full of ice cream which are at eye level for children! It’s literally across the street from a junior high! If the elderly folks who attend the DQ want peace and quiet - they should go somewhere else like the library.

Always full of happy people wanting to help. However I can count on one hand the number of times the blizzard i got was the one i ordered. Just today I ordered the caramel fudge cheesecake and recieved cookie dough. When they had the special reeses blizzard I recieved cookie dough and brownie bits..

The pictures on the display for the hamburgers show a leafy lettuce. However they serve iceberg lettuce, ugh. Food is marginal as I remember but the people were very friendly. Probably won't go back either.

I asked for a medium shake and got a sundae. Asked again for my shake and they gave me a small one and said it was a medium... but it says small on the cup.

This place is okay sometimes there is a lot of people in there they can't get your order straight sometimes you might hit on a lucky note and get the correct order. Depends on when you go how good the food is. Hopefully you catch it on the right time

While the food is good and the people are friendly, they have never once gotten my order correct. They always seem to get something wrong, or forget something. My assumption is that for as busy as they are, they’re heavily understaffed. On the up side, they always make it right.

Food was good, however the order was wrong. The person who rung it up did so correctly including a no bun request and told the kitchen staff to sub a salad for frys. Neither of those things happened. They were very apologetic and quickly brought out the salad and allowed us to keep the frys. Also they brought out our blizzards before our food. I overheard other order problems and one young women told her customers she was new so could not identify which blizzard was which. That said she and the other people working there were very polite and cheerful.

Food is always good. But sucks when they don't even honor their own pricing. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll go elsewhere.

comparing this to a lot of other ones this dairy queen isn't the best. Blizzards were good but took like 25 minutes to even get one of them

Food was...fast food...I got what I expected. Except when my son was done with his drink I noticed that his cup was still very heavy. I opened the lid and there was a nozzle of some sort in it. I am not sure how this happened but maybe employees can pay slightly closer attention to making drinks. Please feel free to contact me, I was there around 530pm 8/20.

From cold fries to missing taco meat on nachos and screwing up an ice cream cake order.. The list could go on but I won't, BUT Please know that the odds of your food/order being wrong/missing something ARE GREAT. One more local customer gone for sure wont be back to this location

I hate to have to make this review because I love DQ and I love our little town. But there has not been a single trip to this DQ where my order has not been messed up. The last two have involved my son's kids meal. It is super disappointing.

Waited over 15 mins for one medium blizzard. Others that walked in after fiance got their food before we did. Even some order blizzards and got theirs before us. They didn't start working on our order till my fiance went up there to complain. They didn't seem to care either.

We were the first in line with no rush, but our order took over 15 minutes. I reached in the bag upon getting our food and the fries were cold. My boyfriend opened up his burger and it was soggy and half of the ingredients were on top of the bun instead of inside it. We were very disappointed being this was our first time here. Will try again soon-ish and edit my review based on how it goes.

New update, they were really getting better but now they're heading back downhill. Apparently it's very off-putting to ask for a lid for my blizzard in the drive thru as the woman working it acted like I was wasting her time. I guess it wouldn't have mattered since my blizzard wasn't full anyway but I have a ten minute drive back home before I can eat it. On top of that the whole bottom half of my blizzard didn't have any toppings because I guess it just takes too long to blend a blizzard right. So yeah I'll give them 6 months to a year before I try this Dairy Queen again and by then maybe they'll have hired some competent employees.

Ordered two meals for dinner. A single hungr buster with cheese combo and a double bacon hungr buster with cheese. Our meals were cold as if they had been sitting for a while, not freshly made. And the double hungr buster came with only a single patty. Not a good meal or experience *** Sept update*** Went again and ordered a triple buster, only got two patties. Won't be going back

Two years ago it was great. Since then, it has poor management. Menu items suddenly without warning, are not available. The staff appears to be understaffed. Extremely long wait times in the drive though window. Food, most of the time is okay. Once however I got a chili dog, with over cooked chili and a cold, unheated weiner. I have gone to this DQ for twenty-nine years. Now, I rarely go, hoping there has been improvements. I can't recommend this DQ to anyone. *** My apologies to the Liberty Hill DQ. Just picked up an order from here. It was the complete wrong order. I politely called to explain what happened and requested to come back and get the correct order. The woman informed me she was the general manager, admitted to having been in her office all day, apologized and told me I could come back to get the correct order. She then proceeded to tell me how the mix up with my order was my fault. Which is lovely to hear when I'm not a manager at a Dairy Queen but a coustomer and one could only assume that if she had been out helping her poor employees get through the orders and managing the business like she is paid to do that I wouldn't have received an incorrect order in the first place. If a mobile order isn't supposed to be picked up in the drive through it should be posted online when you order not commanded of a paying coustomer over a phone call about an incorrect order. She's not my manager and personally I wouldn't hire her to manage a toilet. The other employees who work here are simply lovely and I feel sorry for them having to work with someone who obviously blames everyone else for her mistakes. You're the GM, you're making more than any of them, act like it. Very immature and unprofessional especially when I was being patient and understanding about the whole thing since I've worked in fast food myself. Now I wonder if the same deflection of guilt would have been so bluntly stated to me if I had acted differently myself. Get a new GM literally anyone who doesn't blame and insult your coustomer. If she abuses your guests she abuses her employees I garentee it.

We ordered dine in. Food was hot and served fresh, but took over 30 minutes to serve. They said a couple of the fryers were down, but they had no problem getting the drive thru in and out on time. If we weren't pulling a camper we wouldn't have gone in. If you have the choice, dont dine in, as priority is with the drive thru lane.

Every time I get a blizzard it is missing at least one of the items that it comes with. Favorite part of their summer blizzard is the gummy warms and it has none. As a person who does not indulge in sweet foods too often, when I do it has to be worth it. This DQ is never worth it. I’ve tried multiple times to get good food here because I have no problems with the DQ’s in other area’s. This place is trash.

This woman, i believe her name was Sharice was extremely rude. My nephew did not get his chicken tenders in his kids meal and i came to the counter to ask for them. She snatched the number from my hand and snapped, “ I cant give you anything without a receipt”. I said “ I can show you the receipt”. And “you don't have to be rude.” My sister-in law then witnessed her throwing away our other orders from the group. (Icecream) The manager was nice and tried to remedy the situation by refunding our money.after she walked away the woman came by with the icecream and slammed it in front of me . We told her we were already getting a refund and she gave me a dirt look (i mean like scary like she was going to hit me if my hubby was not there) and she would not leave the table until i firmly yelled goodbye to her. We left not even wanting to get a refund because of this scary woman.All this to say i would not ever set foot in this place again. Bad customer service, scary mean people working here. 2/3 times I’ve been here the food experience has been awful. First time my milkshake was straight milk with a few banana slices in it. Second time was ok. And tonight, a large blizzard with an extra mix in was $6.50. It gets out and it’s plain ice cream with a couple candy pieces in it. They didn’t add any extra cotton candy pieces or the pink flavor mix either. If I had had time I would have had them remake it. If you want reasonably priced food for what you get, your better off going to Georgetown to get it.

The girl in the drive thru rushed us with our order. She said is that all ma’am like 20 times as we were trying to place our order. Then handed us the dip cone we ordered and parked us for 10 mins. By the time we got our food the dip cones were melted. Then when checking our receipt they over charged us for extra dip cones that we didn’t order. We asked for refund on the overcharge and she started With will that be all ma’am again. Dq has always been a good experience but this time it was enough to not come back to this store. Please train your staff to not be so rude and rush the drive thru and get the order right. 20 mins wasted

Food was okay but the drive thru cashier looked so down. It’s weird because we thought that she will be a bright person because of her fun Christmas clothes. She needs to be far away from the cashier position

After waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes we see a sign that says NO ICE CREAM. It would have been wonderful to see a sign maybe when you first get in line and not 45 minutes after you have been in line. The Fudge bars unfortunately were not worth the wait.

Idk why but you go through the drive through then have to pull up around the other side to get your ice cream. There was an entire ring of vehicles unmoving and we sat and waited even longer than we wanted Bc we couldn’t even get out of the parking lot. 15 minutes later, we left, without our order. In the mood for ice cream after dinner so we headed to Dairy Queen even after hearing their bad reviews. Looked at their hours and even called to make sure they were open and when we arrived it was pitch black inside. I understand with COVID this change, but there was no sign no nothing to indicate their closing hours are different from their website.

I ordered for my family and two out of the three orders were wrong. I ordered I triple belt buster and got a chicken fried steak sandwich. I ordered my fiance a six piece chicken strip basket and it came with 3. And these people want to be paid more money.

Zero stars. My 11 year old daughter went with friends and ordered an Oreo Blizzard and found a peanut in her first bite. She has a peanut sensitivity so we, of course, freaked out a little. Fortunately, she spit it out immediately and our friends were on top of it with Benadryl. She called to tell the store what had happened and was told that she should have said something about her allergy upon ordering, that cross-contamination ‘happens.’ Then, the friend who offered to finish her dessert called us the next day to say there were five more peanuts in that blizzard. Five. That’s not cross-contamination. My husband has a true deathly allergy to peanuts and this negligence could have had much much bigger consequences. But they blamed the customer and chalked it up to something they say ‘happens.’

Ordered the tacos and didn’t get the sour cream or taco sauce I asked for instead there was five packets of ketchup in the box. I also ordered a blizzard and the toppings weren’t blended into it the whole thing was just white soft serve ice cream. Every time I order from here something is wrong or left out!

Not sure why we always have a hard time at this location getting this simple deal done. We Always go to the Cedar Park location and get the $7 meal deal a few times a week. Every time we come here they fight us about it. We just left with nothing

Went thru drive thru order a chicken and steak basket. Was asked to pull to take out slot…. Waited 10 mins went inside and they either gave our order to the wrong person or never attempted to make it.. was given a refund with no remorse at all.. This is not DQ standards will not be coming back to this on

Husband went up there to get me a strawberry milkshake and it was half melted and no whip cream on top. He told the lady at the window and she just closed it on him. He sat there for a few minutes and she never came back to the window. I have never had any problems with DQ I always enjoy the food and ice cream I guess this was just an unlucky night for me.

Every single time my family goes to this dairy Queen the ice cream is runny, or the wrong order. If we are lucky enough to have the ice cream thick and frozen like it's supposed to be, AND what we actually ordered, without fail it won't be a full order. If we order a large cone it will be the size of a small. If we order a blizzard, it is only 3/4 full. We have tried to give them chance upon chance. Where is the owners?

A week ago I placed an order and they completely forgot the steak finger basket. I came back again today, asked the lady at the window if she could please check the order as it was wrong last week, she responded with attitude “yeah ok”, and they forgot a chicken sandwich meal. I went inside and asked about it and the only thing the manager replaced it with was just the sandwich. So I paid for a drink and fries and didn’t get it. I was over it at that point and just left. This is probably the 4th time this has happened. I’ll start coming back, when DQ actually starts caring enough about customer service. There will be more food options soon anyway.

Today I placed and order through Uber Eats for two chicken tender combo meals. When the driver showed up to deliver, she said she spoke with the Dairy Queen team and they said that both orders were in the same Box. When I received the order, the order did not contain two combos. This is not the first time I have placed orders through Uber Eats at this location, but over time, I’ve noticed that upgrades were missing and I was getting charged. I had tried to call the store 4 times and no one answered the phone.

Well my lunch went in the trash. I will never pay money to the Liberty Hill Dairy Queen again. Asked for large fries, I hot small fries that looked old. My chicken sandwich was dry and the taco was so soggy and full of grease. NEVER AGAIN!

In two years I have not received a correct order. Tonight: Ordered and paid for a Royal Heath blizzard (fudge center) and a royal NY cheesequake (fudge center), along with two other cookie dough blizzards. I received my cookie dough blizzards but in the wrong size, one blizzard with heath, NY cheesecake and no fudge center, and one lump of plain ice cream with fudge in the center. It is so bad, it is now the family joke!

My family waited almost 20 minutes for 2 cones and a sundae, when i went to front counter, the cashier asked a lady in back who looked like a manager and she yelled at him in front of us.. she was more concerned about drive thru only one other person inside.

Dairy Queen Liberty Hill, Texas - What’s going on with you guys? Three previous orders: 1. “lost” online order. My husband went inside to pick up our order and nobody could find it. After scrambling around and found it, we waited for it to be completed. Got home only to discover that a burger was missing from the order 2. On a subsequent to go order we may have been given someone else’s order because the burgers weren’t even close to what was ordered 3. Tonight we had a to go order. On both burgers the buns were cold and dry. The meat had a cold piece of cheese on it with the dry bun put on top of it. We’ve enjoyed DQ for quite some time, and are now shocked and disappointed in the shoddy service and quality

They never have bananas for BANANA SPLITS but still charge you full price unbelievable…

My family and I stood at the front cash register for 17 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We also watched six ride-share delivery drivers walk in after us and then leave before us. For the managers at this location, it would seem you and your staff do not value actual in person customers. Otherwise, you wouldn't act this way. Would you agree?

I went in around 8:00 and there was this guy named Jared they just stared at me for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to ask me if I was somebody that I wasn't still didn't take my order then whenever we got to the register I know she was a little stress so I asked because okay I got blankly stared at I'm going to ask him if he was good no response whatsoever and due to my eyesight I asked if they had a large print menu that I can read he then proceeded to put his head down while breathing out I think dairy Queen should get the guy a day off If your employees are so tired that they can't give good customer service You're overworking them I truly hope Jared is okay

They always make my chocolate milkshake with my request of extra chocolate... except tonight! The girl at the window assured my husband that it was a chocolate shake. Absolutely depressing. The order taker inside barely spoke(quite and mumbly), never really looked at us, never smiled, looked like she hated her job. There was only 2 customers inside sitting down and one at drive thru. Now to the food, Food was luke warm when it was brought to us, very sloppily put together, miss items in our order. When I went back to counter to get my missing items the young lady said okay then walked to take someones order then went back to tell someone what was missing, food getting colder in the mean time. We are our food after that. Now time for dessert for my wife and I and two grand-children. I went to counter to order dessert, same order taker acting the same way. Ordered a medium and small chocolate dip cones, a medium chocolate sundae, and a regular cone in a cup for the youngest. All I can say, The employees of the Dairy Queen need to go back to Ice-cream training. What a mess. The small cone picture my grandson was faster than I was with the camera but it was just a round hump, no shape and not much ice-cream either. And yes, this is what my cone and my wife's sundae came out looking like.
