I wanted to try the new menu with a "hot dog cheese" sandwich. The fries were almost cold and soggy, the bun seemed fake, slapdashly put together, and the cheese was a poor slice of cheese cut in half and thrown between the two halves of the bun, and the whole thing was lukewarm. A real disappointment.

Terrible service! I've ordered and picked up several times in person. Three out of five times in Limbiate, items were missing. Unfortunately, since the orders are large, I can't check on-site. However, I always ask the staff to be careful, but unfortunately, something is always missing. The problem is that KFC customer service doesn't bother with anything. The KFC in Limbiate NEVER answers the phone (I called several times that evening and the next day), and they don't respond to emails! The first few times, inexpensive items were missing, and I pretended nothing was wrong, but the last time, a €9 sandwich was missing! The problem isn't the lack of product, but the lack of customer service!

In the past, I used to go to Sesto San Giovanni every now and then. This evening, for convenience, I went to Limbiate. I bought three varieties of chicken. When I got home, I opened the buckets and thought I'd lost the contents along the way; there was practically nothing inside. I spent €31 for four pieces of chicken, and it wasn't even as I remembered it. A lot has definitely changed, and I'll definitely change locations.

8:20 PM We order at the totem. At 8:40 PM, we pick up our order. The pseudo-boss of the place comes out and asks the guy bagging the orders very rhetorically if they'd informed everyone in the place that from 8:30 PM onward, the service was takeout only. The guy continues bagging the orders without responding. We're given our order in the takeout bag and the tray to eat at the table at the same time. With some confusion, we sit at the farthest table to give the guy cleaning the tables a chance to have us as the last table (emphasizing that we weren't the only ones eating at the table). After about 3 minutes, the same pseudo-boss, as if she were our aunt from Puglia, shouts at us from the counter, "OOOOOO GUYS, IF WE GAVE YOU TAKEOUT, WHY DID YOU SIT DOWN?" In a nervous tone, Then, in the same tone, we made it clear that there were 15 minutes left until closing time, and secondly, it wasn't written anywhere that after 8:30 PM you couldn't order food in. The same pseudo-boss, after saying "You talk to them or I'll slap them," went to call security, who, once they arrived, simply emphasized the fact that we only had 15 minutes to eat, which was already very clear. We understand the situation, but we should always maintain a polite and respectful tone with customers, especially because you can't expect people to react with respect when the latter isn't even present at the beginning of the conversation. Delicious sandwich.

I wanted to eat here, but I was told they were no longer taking orders (orders were made at 9:15 PM), and they close at 9:30 PM. If I had asked for a sandwich or something grilled, I would have understood, but I only asked for ice cream... I'm sorry that my initial feedback on this chain wasn't positive. Obviously, I didn't give the food any stars because I couldn't rate it.
