As a kid I loved loved loved when I did something good and my mom would ask me where or what I wanted as a reward and I hands down say lets go to Burger King. This location is one of my favorites I always am greeted and always thanked for being part of the community. The store is clean staff is friendly and the store manager well she Rocks. Go eat here and enjoy as I always do and great time.

We went inside and the manager on duty was so nice and acted like it was a mom and pop shop, brought us our drinks. The charbroil was perfect, fries perfect, it makes me wonder at the other BKs I've been to.

Fast convenient affordable and food is good. Had a tire blow out and funds were tapped but was able to feed a family of 7 for $18.00, no drinks of course. Every1 was happy and full

Been coming here since I was around 4 years old. 20 years later I still find myself going to this burger king every once in awhile. They're fries are 9/10 always done in fresh oil.

I actually go to Burger King after times a week. The place is clean, Their teem work is great, The employees are friendly but professional, Food is very good and the price is fair. There's a Very nice Lady by the name Mirna , she's greets you and is so sweet . Great customer service. I dont know if shes the manager but shes very attentive! Food was fresh! And they are quick . It's a fast food joint. But the Texas Double cheeseburger was awesome.

No bad experiences but be mindful of less fortunate people wanting handouts. In a Covid-19 era, most fast food places are drive-through only.

Food is good as expected, service is slow. My friend insists the fries here are better then any other Burger King. For quicker service use the app to order, it avoids congestion at the register.

I ONLY get the Impossible Whoppers if I'm in a jam or don't have as much time to get something healthier or that supports a local or more humane franchise, so that being said: 2 for 6 dollar Impossible Whopper deal in their BK app is obviously worth it but keep your conscience clean! No hate, we all know corporations can do more for its workers and its supply chain, and we hope you do. Won't support BK until they do that and have many, maaaany more Vegan options. I order with no mayo and get it vegan/plant-based style as well and just get extra tomatoes/lettuce (which is probably not organic right, but hey, we're all trying!) sadly, the homeless hang out there during the day.. I always use drive thu, no one would want to walk thur that humanity. the crew is extremely friendly and prompt surly trying to overcome the atmosphere, not their fault .

I love that my fries are always hot when I eat here but they often get my order slightly wrong. Regardless they are very fast and friendly. I appreciate the speed as I only get 30 min for lunch.

There's always a lot of homeless people hanging around here inside and out. I asked to have a little mustard added to my burger and they added sooo much condiments my burger was hard to hold without it damn near slipping out of my hands. I couldn't even taste the burger all I could taste was mustard... Crazy!

The online ordering feature of the website worked as advertised and the order was correct, even to the customization of the hamburger I ordered. I ordered on the website, drove immediately to the restaurant, and got exactly what I ordered exactly the way I ordered it but it was already cold. One star off for that but the rest of the experience was a small miracle.

Pretty fair prices. The BK app has a lot of good deals to use all the time (my personal favorite is the 2 Whopper Jr. Meals For $5). The food is great in my opinion (especially those nicely salted and thick fries) but I haven't tried everything yet. Getting your food can take a while (about 5-10 minutes) but the staff has always been nice the times I've been there. All in all a pretty great restaurant (and imo, definitely better than McDonald's only because I've never received a half raw burger or cold fries from BK).

Unfortunately, this Burger King restaurant is not what you might expect of a traditional burger stand that offers charbroil. Often meals are prepared in a microwave and taste of overly used cooking oil.

To smelly place not to clean. Shake were good. Bit more expensive thant other places due to smaller size

New and modern, well-lit rennovated dining room. Hot food and friendly staff. Long wait for order and restrooms need to be better maintained.

They've changed the small drink from 21oz to 16oz for the same price. That's bad customer value, especially since they're not providing refills due to covid-19.

The staff and people are actually nice but they certainly don't believe in speedy service..if it's 5:50pm and you gotta be at work at 6 and you order something expect to be late!!!

The food was very fresh ; nuggets were piping hot, but burger was lukewarm...only had mayo, little lettuce, 1 sliver of onion. No mustard or ketchup! Mediocre experience. It's ok...the food was piping hot...it's clean...there were some interesting characters in there that day...but other than that it was fine....it's close to the train....but the staff is nice and the only thing I had a slight issue with was the guy who was sweeping near where we were eating ...don't do that please... people don't like it...

I asked for cheese on my burger and didn't get it. I asked for no ice in my drink and they filled the cup full of ice. They gave me an open dipping sauce. Customer service wasn't the best.

Update: they gave me a beef patty on an Impossible Whopper, not cool, funny or wise. Be sure to check the patty for distinct grill lines on BOTH sides before you eat or leave. Impossible Whopper Wednesday is the only reason I go here and drive thru only because IYKYK.

Service was not good, the cashier kept touching her face, hair, and taking money without changing her gloves. Then got upset when I asked her to change them before touching fries. The parking lot is very dark and there are a lot of people hanging out and drinking, selling drugs, just a bad scene. Something needs to be done, do not feel going there at night.

Typical BK fare, just as we like it! This location often has broken ice cream and shake machines when I visit, so be careful when ordering these items in the drive through - you can get stuck waiting behind other cars, with no treat and no escape lane.

Pretty quick service. This location has kiosk you can order at. Wasn't a big fan of them at first, but now I prefer them. Only down side is that you can't customize your meal at them. You have to tell the cashier pickles or mayo, etc... also the drunks in the parking lot every time I visit.

I ordered a #1 (breakfast menu) and the sausage croissant sandwich and it was not freshly cooked, it was barely warm.

There is a Latino woman in the evening on Wednesday, I believe. She is very rude, especially more than once to me. I ordered two items and I was on the go so I wanted something small so I didn't get sleepy, so I asked for a minute to chose and she didn't say anything just went off, just rude. So I finally get to the window, she's nice as I give my card, but afterwards she goes rude again, and handing my food to me almost forcefully, and she almost made me scream on her, because I don't know which attitude it is I'm getting. Is it a "I'm tired from work, people are rude" type thing, then maybe customer service isn't you, but you have no right to do it to a customer, you have no idea if I had a bad day already and then here you are with your attitude. Or is it African Americans, because this is my third encounter with her and I don't usually write complaints, but this one is warranted. This person will get your business in serious legal issues if I'm not the only person complaining. P.S. There is a older, heavyset Latino woman who's English isn't the best, but her attitude is always nice when I pull in the drive thru

Dinner was closed and honeleas people hanging outside. I drive for postmates so having to wait in the drive thru is a bummer. The workers were coming in and out of the restaurant taking food to peoples cars, so i saw no point in closing the waiting area.

App defaults to giving the smallest portions possible when you select any kind of “offer”. They also took about 10mins to make two burgers.

This was a disaster, food wasn't good at all? I will think twice about returning to this location. Food didn't agree with me. Didn't taste fresh and I think they gave me the $1:00 chicken pattie, when I ordered the $7:00 chicken sandwich. Also ordered the bacon King and it was a mess.

Don’t come here. Employee is not only disrespectful but also intentionally incompetent. This Hispanic lady there had my partners name on a receipt, and she willingly handed it to some other guy who just stole and took off with our food. Then she argued with us and was very disrespectful and denied calling her name or giving the food when she clearly did. You don’t deserve to work here if you treat customers like this. I’m not coming back there again. At least a nice younger gentleman apologized to us and finally gave us our food after remaking it, while she just let ours get stolen.

Today was a drive thru order.. Bad costumer service i had to remind them about my fries and drink... When I sat down and started eating the tomatoe on my burger was old raw basically, the fries seems like they were reheated and not fresh and the ranch and buffalo sauces were raw as well.. This location has many homeless people hanging around inside the seating area, sleep on the table seats and booths. They allow walk up orders at the drive thru window, and the customer service is really bad. The McDonald's down the street cert clean and great customer service. Everytime I go to this burger King, I always end up leaving from all the homeless people inside and out in the parking lot...and proceeding right next door to McDonald's.

I ordered 5 whoppers, 5 small fries, 1 crispy taco, 3 set nuggets and 1 mini shake. but when I came home to check, I only received 3 whoppers and others . They told me"everything inside.." But they are missing my 2 whoppers.I tried calling them but their number wasn't in service either!!! GO TO another burger king!!

This was one of the worse experiences I've had at this location. I ordered my food, went and sat down to wait for my number to be called. I saw 4 other people place and receive there food. I really liked coming here, pretty much every single day. And then, the other day I came here to get a coffee, the coffee taste like straight water. Today when I went to get a coffee I told them, last time I came and got a coffee it tastes like water this time can I have a fresh cup. Lots of homeless people begging. Trapped in drive through for half an hour because they were incredible slow with all orders and on top of that they got my order completely wrong. I was so frustrated tired and angry that I just left.

Don't know why the food is always cold from here. Always act like they hate their life working at Burger King. We ate there for the first time 3 weeks ago. We ordered from both the value menu and the regular meals. The deals and prices aren’t specific. The food there gave us diarrhea, so now even though we pass it every Thursday we will never eat there again. The service was okay not bad. The location doesn’t feel safe to leave the car to inside due to it is always lobbied outside by homeless. I get it they need to eat and pee, but when they are just standing there it doesn’t make people want to dine in and feel safe to eat there.

This Burger King deserves “Zero Stars”. To begin the customer services was horrible. I asked for my food to be made fresh, the window lady said “What else” didn’t even acknowledge my request. I will never go back to any Burger King ever, I rather have In n Out Burger for fast food. But what was I to expect coming out of Crenshaw.

I placed an order on the website an hour ago. Door dash has tracking telling me it would take 45 minutes. I watched eagerly as it got closer, as I am starving. I just received a call from Burger King letting me know that they were closing early (!), and they aren't delivering tonight. If they told me this an hour ago, I might be a bit more forgiving.

Worst drive thru ever. You have to repeat yourself 3 times or more because the person taking your order is in there having conversations with other people and they dont get your order right. I had to return because they didnt put everything I had paid for in my bag. We hardly ever come to this Burger King but when we do it's never a good experience.

Credit Card Theft Alert.  A Burger King Employee used my card after purchasing order on Dec 27, 2020.  I was alerted to the unusual activity by Wells Fargo.  When the employee took the card to process the payment, he took way too long with my credit card.  My suspicions were later proven right when charges totaling over $600 were attempted on my Wells Frago card. America is becoming a place now where it is; I guess every man for himself.  I am a parent of six, and every Penney counts.  If it were not for my banks' quick fraud department, I could have been taken for hundreds. My meal cost $14.76. Word to the wise check your bank statements to see if there are any strange purchases.  If so, file a police report and alert the corporate office. Have a happy and safe new year!

First cashier is very rude. They should opened at 6. Cashier opened till 6:10 I'm waiting out side with this cold weather and she dicided to leave us out side till 6:10. When she decides to open the door she does not even say good morning she unlock the door and walks away.

This was one of the most unclean locations. The staff was obnoxious and unfriendly. The food was gross, and the cashier was out of a bad horror story. I would never go back to this location ever again. It was one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast-food restaurant. It was like dining in a gutter. Shower after getting something for a friend from this location. The whole experience there felt dirty.
