Absolutely disgusted with the service I received this evening. I ordered through Uber Eats, and I have never had an issue like this.. The app claimed that my order was being picked up, but the drivers kept changing and the delivery time kept extending. As I called the restaurant to see what the issue is, they claimed the order had already been picked up by a driver, however, they said they didn’t give the delivery driver a confirmation code or verified that they picked it up. The driver did not pick up the order. If they had done so, it would say the order is on the way, but it still said it was in the process of being prepared. The individual that answered the call at the restaurant at 2:08 am on Sunday February 22 was so unbelievably rude and talked over me, would not listen to my complaint, refused to give his name for when I make a proper complaint to the restaurant, and refused to allow us to speak to a manager, as well as refused to make the correction to the order, they could have remade the order and sent it with the driver that was SUPPOSED to pick it up, but instead he yelled at me over the phone and said “it is not their responsibility to remake the order” and refused to help in any way. These are the type of employees you want to represent your company?? If the order had been picked up it would 100% say “your order is on the way” but no, it said it was STILL being prepared and WAITING to be picked up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If that’s how your employees talk to your customers, I am not surprised for your such low reviews

I had a very bad experience at A&W Restaurants. I am an Uber Eats driver and I had to wait about 20–30 minutes for the order. The staff were busy talking on the phone instead of preparing the order. Because of this, the delivery was delayed and it affects drivers and customers. The service should be faster and staff should pay more attention to delivery orders. Very disappointing experience.

Can’t even get an Uber Eats order right that’s displayed for them as well making sure it’s the proper uber driver picking up the order by confirming the pickup number. Instead makes us wait an hour and continues on giving new drivers to waste their time and ours!

Honestly the past few months this location has gone to crap!! Everytime i order from here lately it ALWAYS has missing items...pay extra for bacon and cheese none of it on the burger. I didnt even modify a burger and they missed toppings on it...like what is going on? Update: tried again and it took 25 minutes to receive my app ordered meal that i ordered 10 minutes before arriving...stood and waiting....ended up getting cold food....never coming here again!!!

The overnight staff on Friday night was so rude i went on drive thru ordered 2 masala veggie without tomatoes burgers they gave me two double patty beef burgers that i don’t eat and when i asked to change it they were so rude to me and changed it but again forgot one no tomato that was so unprofessional and lack of attention

The worst are people working here. Not at all apologetic . Doesnt know to provide customer service. We ordered from uber and they delivered burgers without any veggies and sauces. After calling them on store the girl talking tried to deny the facts and says WE CANT DO ANYTHING.go and learn some empathetic words as you are in a customer service food business. Says , in store screen shows remove everything from a burger Than what are we suppose to eat just the buns Pathetic Also, fried were as cold as ice , just at the point to expire and throwen to be in trash I have worked in wendys we throw the fries if its more than 5 7 mins . These fries are not ment to be served No straws no napkins And people working here are ruthless, insanely frustrating while talking to them.

No star rating if we could! For we use their own delivery app and order was processed. But store clams never got the order. Was going to make a family surprise. Only surprise we got is ripped off $100 for family meals. Now everyone is hungry and have to wait 10 - 12 business days for refund for services not rendered. STAY AWAY! Worse fast food industry experience ever!

I went to this store today afternoon I ordered two crispy veggie burgers , now i got my order and i started eating the burger . After eating one bite I figured it was something else , one crew member showed up to me and handed me the crispy veggie burgers saying that the one i was eating was beyond meat. Now first and foremost he was not apologetic at all. Not even a sorry or anything he handed me the one i orderd like it was my mistake ordering the food. Another thing , he told me it was beyond meat the one that i actually ate , but it had cheese in it . It was clearly a beef patty. Never visting again. Very bad customer service.

This was the beyond meat burger yesterday. Feb 12. They gave me a slice off the burger. Wasted 20 mins in the drive thru to get this. And another 20 to return it and get a refund.

Ordered chicken burger got hashbrown inside Poor staff management this not for the first time earlier also i had to face the same issue but that time i ordered from uber so got the refund but this time its disgusting. Ordered food at 10:48pm from Uber Eats, food was delivered at 12.25am - WOW! My husband and I almost didn’t eat dinner lol Food was obviously delivered cold - wondering if they had 20+ orders at midnight or 1 staff working .. . Sorry to say but don’t accept orders if you can’t manage. :( I was craving hot & crispy onion rings but obviously my entire night was ruined
