Excellent food and excellent service while I was taking my mama out to eat lunch. We had accidentally mistaken one of the foods on menu for something else she had had and wanted again, they noticed we were looking at the menu over again and asked if everything was alright. We explained we made a mistake in our choice for the order, and were kind enough to make it and give it to us free of charge. Thank you Baja Fresh team. My mama loves you guys and will be coming again in the foreseeable future 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our family actually really loves this Baja Fresh location. We usually come in the late afternoon and all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always take our $5 off coupons and never give us any problems. The food is always delicious and well prepared. Last time we were there, I ordered a burrito but was given two tacos instead. When I made them aware of the mistake they profusely apologized and got me my burrito very quickly. The eating area and bathrooms are all very clean. Salsa bar is well stocked and always tastes fresh. We go here about 2 times per month and will keep going back! Thanks!

Food wasn’t bad, a little bland. The taquitos were the highlight. Probably wouldn’t eat here regularly

Update: 5/27/24 Salsa bar is back! Mixed feelings about that - convenient for guests, but doubt they'll refrain from coughing & sneezing while ladling the salsa onto their meals. Employees are always friendly & our meals were made to order. Free parking & easy on/off 580. Didn't go into the bathrooms & didn't want to, so can't comment on whether the sewer smell issue has been resolved yet. Update: 8/4/23 Bathrooms have a sewer smell, which might be the toilet seal gone bad or some problem with the connection to the pipes below, we're not plumbers, so not sure. Building owner needs to take care of this, as it's been going on for a very long time. Bathrooms themselves have soap, toilet paper, & paper towels, so that's a good thing. Counter staff is always polite & friendly. It's not the employees' fault that the owner of the restaurant or building owner isn't taking care of this problem with the sewer smell. Food was good, freshly prepared, good portions, which along with soap, TP, & paper towels is why we're giving 4 stars now. 9/2022: Associate at counter was polite & friendly. Women's bathroom had no toilet paper, paper towels on a prior visit, & needed cleaning. This is the same bathroom that employees that prepare food are using, so our family never feels comfortable when a bathroom in a restaurant isn't clean. Without paper towels, freshly washed hands that touch doorknob negate having washed your hands. We really want to see staff that prep & cook food wearing masks & gloves that are change out whenever they leave their workstation even if they're not currently required. Gloves go a long way in preventing spread of disease, food poisoning, etc.. We threw away our meal (take out) after seeing a cook wiping their face without gloves on & then adding produce to our food.

I do enjoy Baja Fresh good food, and service also a nice staff working there its a pleasant place for sure to dine. There are good choices on the menu like steak tacos ,or chicken tacos 🌮 I like rice and pinto beans they also have black beans.

DISAPPOINTED!! Bring back the carnitas!!! We ordered takout and its been awhile since we had baja fresh. Our order was Americano tacos and burrito ultimo. So we ordered online to find out that they dont offer carnitas anymore just steak. We love the carnitas.So we tried the steak.The steak is so underwhelming. It was well done,chewy and had weird char taste. Not a fan. Will not be ordering steak. So Baja Fresh bring back the carnitas. ✌️💚

Hello friends, followers and admirers, today I bring you a new story from a little place where I decided to risk buying and tasting some golden tacos, and I was very excited to taste my tacos but I got an unpleasant surprise because the golden tacos had a very unpleasant taste and the truth is I did not like them, because I do not recommend them. Another point that I noticed is that my order did not have some things that I asked for and that they were missing from my order, also I continue to insist on customer service, it seems that the people who work there do not have experience in customer service. Well, they do not have the enthusiasm or the desire to serve customers. And I wonder if it is very difficult to smile? 😊 But well I think we should all smile a little 😊, well I will only rate them with one star ⭐️ for the bad taste of the taquitos and for the lack of enthusiasm of customer service. And that's how I had a new adventure in a little corner of planet Earth 🌏🌎. Expect new surprises and more amazing news from each of the little corners of planet Earth where my alien wings travel until next time my super and delicious friends, admirers and followers. 🤓

Delivery scheduled for 10am and right around then I get a message saying “your order is taking longer than expected.” Then It’s said “order has been picked up by driver and will arrive at 10:14.” Then at 10:38 it said “driver is approaching and will leave food in a safe place” then at 10:41 “ driver is nearby and having trouble finding the address try calling or texting them.” I called and the Door Dash guy Carlos said “ I’ve been stuck in traffic and I cancelled your order and another driver will bring it, call this number for more info.” I called the number and I could barely hear and understand them, they told me to call the original place I ordered from, and did not help at all. So I called the location I placed the online order from and they said they will investigate, try to get my food order to me, and call me back. They did NOT call me back at all, then at 11:07am I got a text saying my order was cancelled, and at 11:08am I got an email saying my order has been refunded. I’ve been a retail store manager for 20+ years and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had!!! I placed a $225 catering order online and had Terrible customer service from Baja Fresh and Door Dash!!! I will NEVER give either company my money or the Corp even the money given to me for a work team meal EVER!!!!

We’ve ordered here two or three times lately, and each time the salsa is so hot that it’s inedible. It burns in a really bad way with no flavor. We love spicy food so it’s not a matter of not being able to handle it - this is just plain bad. You can see hundreds of seeds in it, which is not how it’s supposed to be. It’s not how it used to be. The rest of our food from tonight was also just….bad. Super sad about it, we used to love this place.

Food is over priced and underwhelming. Chips are super thin. Burrito also super thin with soggy ingredients. Gave it two chances and will never return. Better off going to a taqueria.

With the new owners of this location they have done a thorough rework of all menu items to cut meat content by +50% of their previous amounts. Charging $15 for half a portion of steak in a baja bowl is absolute highway robbery. Burn your money if you wish.
