When I gotta eat a quick lunch on a bidget.. I choose In & Out! My lunch is the regular lunch time (12 noon) and it gets busy but even when the line is long I get In & Out quick, the food is on point and worth it EVERY TIME!

Had some delicious food. The stuff was really nice. The parking lot was big and clean. The restaurant was clean. They seem to have people cleaning up all the time. Sat down at a clean table at some good food. I didn't realize that you could get fries crunchy or regular. We got both. They were delicious. Food tasted good but I would recommend getting more than one. Patty per burger to be full. Would definitely come back to this place. Especially for a milkshake.

We stopped here during a heavy rain storm and decided to eat inside the location. We got our usual double burgers with cheese and extra sauce. Be sure to order the fries crispy! Location is adjacent to the freeway and easy on and off is a plus when on a long trip.

The absolute best, quality fast food chain! The no-nonsense menu has only the tried-and-true options, so it's extremely easy to make a choice that won't disappoint. The burgers have a lot of flavor and actually taste healthy, despite being fast food, all thanks to the quality and simplicity of the ingredients used. They put such a generous slice of onion in our burgers, which we thought was delicious, but if you're not a fan, make sure to opt out (they always ask you upon taking your order, though, so no worries!). Fast and efficient service. A must-try!

When I was in high school, my government teacher would say "I want In-N-Out effort, not McDonald's effort" referring to the famously high quality staff at In-N-Out. This has been true of every In-N-Out I've eaten at. Pro tips: order burgers animal style and fries extra crispy.

A trip to California wouldn’t be complete with the stop at In-N-Out. Double double please. The drive thru line may be long, but they have mastered getting it moving quickly. Eat in, eat in your car (the California way) or take it to go, it’s simply the best - or maybe the best simple - burger around!

Well, it's In-n-Out, so you're addicted or you're not. I was in CA for a short time, so I ate at various locations 2ce a day for a few days. Clean, friendly, delicious.

How can you go wrong with In-N-Out?? This place is no exception. The drive-thru line can get quite long sometimes and because the line leads into a main street (instead of a parking lot), you might end up having to park on the street before you can turn into the drive-thru.

Traditional cheeseburger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and "secret" thousand island style sauce. What else can you ask for? Did I mention the fries were done just right? Since I just came from Thailand, having a side of pickled peppers to kick it up a notch was welcome. I don't eat burgers much, but when I do, it has to be In-N-Out.

Loved the burgers! Speedy, accurate, friendly service. Loved that this location was packed. The fries are nothing to write home about but man they make up for it with their shakes!

When I am hungry. This is always my go to. I only eat Flying dutchmen with extra extra grilled onions. However on this day I have animal style fries. They were spot on perfect!

Burgers made to order . I had the 4 by 2 with grilled onions pickles and spread.Bun toasted perfect. Fries hot and fresh. My copilot had a 2 by 1 plain. Made fresh.Very favorable. Her fries perfect also. Both of us had pink lemonade, very refreshing made perfect no to sweet not too tart. Side order or chili's plus ketchup my lunch date a winner. Simple menu,friendly staff that took order. Cashier very helpful full. And last servers made sure we were given extra napkins per copilot request. Pacific Ave location very efficient and not crowded at our visit.

They took the list and asked if we wanted them to separate everyones orders in separate bags and they also took the time to add their names and made it so much easier for us. Is it just hype or is the food really good? The service is friendly and given the amount of customers it was very fast. They don’t skimp on the number of employees…it was great watching all the action. The burgers and fries are freshly made so it’s always delicious. What I love is the consistency of the food, regardless of location. Beyond the food, what sets In-N-Out is their customer service. Positive and friendly approach to customers…which is the opposite at most fast food restaurants.

A wonderful selection of soft drinks and classic tasting milkshakes, In-N-Out makes shame of the old fashioned rule that things cant be quick, cheap, and good tasting all at the same time. For Californians and people who have frequented the West Coast, this should feel nostalgic. For anyone who hasn't had the chance to taste it, In-N-Out will undoubtedly remain the one of the highlights of their trip to the Bay Area.

I love in and out, customer service is great. For a period of time they did have a pepperchine the whole paper, not slide the entire peper.but flavor is amazing very different whole than Slide. When they take out I email in and out and they call me almost right away given me and explanation why they did not have it and they insured me they will have back the soonest they can. But the ones on the meet is 😢 sad looks like slide of lettuce. Don't get me wrong the food flavor is great!!! Really yummy, yummy everything else is delicious.

What's there not to love about in and out? Oh yeah no Bacon and Green Chile lol. Regardless the nicest staff you will ever get in the fast food industry, be prepared to stay parked for a while, but well worth it.

I went through the drive thru and it was the first time I went to this specific location. The food was good, fries can be inconsistent at In-N-Out but these fries were actually properly salted. The workers were polite and they took our order pretty far in advance. The line can be somewhat but was not the worst I've been in.

I like this place because they choose to stay close to their roots and how they treat their employees. The hidden menu has some delicious options and you can still feed the whole family for under $100. Good fresh food made consistently the same from one location to the next.

In-N-Out is always so consistent. From the burgers, to the drinks, to even the layout of the restaurant. Therefore, it is hard to have a bad experience at In-N-Out. Their burgers are salty and savory to the perfect amount, but I think the fries could use some more flavor. The animal fries are good though. Another complaint I have is the cleanliness. It gets really busy and chaotic at In-N-Outs, especially when I went to this location, so employees don't always have the time to focus on cleaning crumbs and spills off of the seats and tables. The employees are great at what they do, though. I had a great time stopping by on my way home from a road trip. 4/5.

Update: 10.07.23 Super busy Saturday evening, we opted to go inside & order at the counte as usual. Bathrooms were clean, condiments were filled, dedicated employee at large, keeping trash under control and wiping tables. 👍Gotta hand it to the kitchen crew - they were keeping up with orders despite the rush, plenty of employees for this shift, unlike many fast food restaurants that are understaffed which is unfair to both the employees and guests. Tonight is homecoming at one of our high schools. Our family laughed to see a white stretch limo in the parking lot, didn't see guests that appeared to be dressed up for festivities, so assuming it was the driver who had a craving and has a long night ahead! :) Counter staff was extremely pleasant, S/O to the In-N-Out Foundation, who has a fundraiser going rn to provide help to those with substance abuse. Our family gladly contributed. We hope you will too. Update: Drive thru line always busy, this place seems to be at high volume much of the time, so we try to park & go in when possible. Tables still not wiped clean, they probably need a dedicated team member to manage the dining room to keep up with this task. Super busy with loud, rowdy high schoolers when we went on a recent Friday night around 11pm. Many tables not cleaned due to crowds. Veggie burger (just veggies on a bun, no vegetarian or vegan patty available here) & fries were good as always. Counter staff is very attentive & helpful.

I'm not sure what's happened to the Livermore in n out, but lately their quality of service has gone down which has also affected their quality of the food. My orders for the past 3 times have had errors.

Wish they allowed online orders to avoid waiting 30 mins in the take out line. People are crazy about idling their engines but forget about it when it comes to in and out. I admit their burgers are damn good but they need to work on their wait times which results in wasted time and engine idling.

The #1 animal style was good but the fries is a different story. They were over salted and the size of them made it pretty much impossible to dip in ketchup. I'm hoping this was a bad day for fries and not a normal pattern.

I honestly can't tell what the hype if all about. Yes, the service is great, everyone smiles, the food comes out on time and overall it's just a solid experience. But, the food is just average fast food type. I prefer shake shack and five guys over this in-n-out burger and the fries were disappointing. I like crispy fries and these were not that. A decent late night snack option, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

My Husband and I went through the drive thru @ the N Livermore (California) location to order 2 burgers, an order of fries, and a medium drink. What we apparently ordered was 2 burgers, some fries with our salt, and sparkling water lightly flavored with Dr Pepper. Not impressed.

Well this was my first time going to an in-n-out burger so I was excited from all the hype. Frankly, it didn't live up to the hype. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but it didn't blow me away like I hoped it would. The service was fast so that was nice, but I dined in as opposed to the super long line in the drive thru (which I can't speak on as I wasn't paying attention to how efficient that was. If you plan to go though the drive thru to get food, be ready to sit in line. There was nothing that would keep me from going back but I won't make a special trip to visit again.

We went inside to order takeout since the drive-through lane was long. We ordered our food and shakes and sat on the waiting area bench. An employee gave out two shakes to a customer who took them to his table, then 5 minutes later returned them back to the same employee. The employee then puts them on the side. About 5 minutes later our number was called and another employee gives us our food and asks if we had ordered shakes and I said yes...he proceeds to give us the old shakes that the other employee put on the side that were returned by another customer. Confronted the employee that this was not acceptable and that it had been returned previously and been sitting out for quite some time. Few of the employees started chatting and laughing in private thinking they almost got away with giving out returned shakes. I've never experienced anything like this before...hope it never happens to anyone else and is isolated to this particular employee.

I hope Trump gets elected because there was too many people at the restaurant tonight. Ordered a single burger, no drink or fries, and had to wait 40+ minutes. I’m tired of this. Livermore is a nice town. There is good business and then there too many people. Tonight there was just too many people.

Horrible customer service very unprofessional. I spent $150 on my family. They wanted to order the flying Dutchman didn’t know what it was. They just seen it on videos didn’t like how it came out so we asked for a couple of pieces of bread for the burgers tried to charge me $5.11 for two pieces of bread per burger never again, will I ever come to this In-N-Out and the manager is responsible for it because they asked her and she said charge them for a double double 5 hamburger bun that’s ridiculous if I can give it less than one I would

It’s so unfortunate experience for us after so many times enjoying burgers from In-N-Out, we got a long hair in the burger. This was the first time we experienced such an incident. It’s very disgusting to find a hair stuck inside the burger when you eat. We also ordered burger with onion and chilly but onion was missing in our burgers. That was still fine but hair in a burger from such a reputed food chain was shocking experience!

Don’t recommend drive in order, took 30-40 min to order, was asked to pull around once I arrived in the front and then subsequently forgotten, was only given my food once I went inside asking for it, food was not that warm when I received it, go to a different location

My family and I have enjoyed the burgers and animal fries immensely. Service is courteous. Not too hard on the purse. But it was concerning to see rats running near the garbage bin very visible even near the drive-in. I have been here often but yesterday's experience of seeing rats was something worrisome and makes me think twice before I visit again.
