First of shout out to Benji the nicest barista ever and the young gentleman who asked for my needs with a very nice curly long hair I belive his name is Dayso (pls forgive me if I spelled it wrong). Love my Mayan cono-pourover anf cinnamon and chocolate croissants. Love this location soooo much

First visit here. Busy Saturday at 11AM. Good sign. Friendly staff. While we were there orders were not called out by name, so we saw some mix-up with orders. I ordered a small hot white mocha. It was great, not too sweet and not bitter. A great pull of espresso, right amount of white chocolate and steamed milk. Will definitely come again while in Livermore.

Quick iced tea run and break between work. Comfy space. Friendly staff. Will be back to try the food and extras.

Cute & lively coffee shop in the heart of downtown Livermore. We got Cappuccino & Hot chocolate for kids. Coffee was very smooth. Live music was playing, so it was nice to be there sip coffee snd enjoy music at the same time.

A delightful cafe with plenty of seating inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The coffee was delicious and they have alternative milk options. The atmosphere is relaxing. The decor is fun and inviting. The classic blueberry scone is highly recommend!

First time here and I loved it. The place is bright and sunny inside, and the staff were super nice. I’m pretty picky about my matcha, but the one I ordered was so good and gave me so much energy. I’ll definitely be back I’m already craving it!

This is my go-to coffee place. The team is absolutely wonderful. The coffee is excellent. And the atmosphere is welcoming with a local feel.

Stop by to get another coffee on the way. Nice decoration with some of Halloween theme. It is nice coffee shop. I like the wall where you can write message on the cup holder and stick it to the wall. The cold brew and the oat raisin cookies are good. Worker is very friendly.

The VIBES!! It’s all about the people and the courteously good ambience at Panama Bay. I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome by the barista and checker. They sadly didn’t have their espresso machine working those 2 times I came in 2 days in a row but good thing they had matcha with lavender. Yummmmm 🤤. I ordered the spinach pastry as well and the size and price was just right. I spent less than $13.50 and normally that would be $17 elsewhere. They had plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I am from SF and Oakland and I stop by Livermore to meet with clients. I highly recommend!

Imma give Panama 4 overall even though I didn’t think my hot matcha latte was up to par. It wasn’t mixed well enough and not hot enough. I really like the establishment though, and the staff was friendly. Furthermore they have good seating both inside and out and a really pleasant atmosphere and decor. If you read my other reviews you know I’m a big fan of spaciousness and natural lighting.

Ambiance is amazing, feels like the best spot in central downtown Livermore to hang out and watch the crowds stroll by. Staff is awesome! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars - and this seems a tad important for a coffee place - is that I don’t love love the coffee(!). Almost all their coffee preparations taste like they’ve been sweetened a little. I’m sure it’s the bean or roast or something cause I know they aren’t dumping sugar in there, and it’s not BAD coffee, just personal preference. They have live one-person music often (like acoustic guitar + singing). Great place to hang overall.

This place is like a local coffee shop. It's very cozy local sweet study-prone place. Atmosphere has very warm vibe! Many seating inside and out. Staff are friendly and loved the "meet the staff" board on the wall to introduce the team! Has many coffee/tea varieties on the menu. Pastries are typical. Small bite English muffin based sandwiches are fresh/hot prepared and OK. Their coffee is smooth aromatic and delicious.

I stumbled upon this lovely coffee shop during the day of Livermore Run. Therefore this place is jam packed! The wait was so long, but I am guessing it’s just for the special day. What impressed me is the service and the quality of the coffee. As crazy busy as they are, the service was excellent and the coffee is delicious!! I had a cappuccino with oat milk and lavender syrup. Their staff was so efficient yet patient explaining to me the difference of dry and wet cappuccino, and for dine in, it came in a mug !! Most importantly, the coffee tastes great!! There are many milk substitute Abby a huge variety of syrup to order from. They also make custom adjustments to your liking. I also had a bagel with turkey cheese absent egg. It’s warmed up but not from oven. My guess is microwaved. The vegan tasted soft instead of toasted. There are plants of seats inside and outside . Overall, it’s a cute coffee shop with lovely atmosphere and staff that love their job !
