Drive-thru service is too slow 🐌 and by the time you get home, the food is cold.
I will say great service, great food, perfect order with napkins in the bag because of the friendly, professional window service attendant. She is attentive and makes you believe she enjoys her job. When she is not there, more than likely something is wrong with the order and when they do hand the order out, you may get a half smile before they shut the window.
Always the best been buying burgers since I was 5 years old. Service has gone down kids now a days don't have any common sense don't ask if you need ketchup or any condiments. Very early to get you out of the way needs more training and customer service Just like any big franchise these kids will bring it down P.S.dont let them squash the buns very unprofessional! Putting their hands on my buns to squash it down is ridiculous! Nothing like the advertising pictures show the real buns!
So I came at like 2 am and tbh they were absolutely amazing! The food was fresh it didn't take long and Jacky was absolutely the nicest worker yet! I'll definitely be going back!
I love the food at Whataburger, it's much better quality and taste than other fast food burger joints, no names mentioned. I feel you definitely get what you pay for and my husband loves the Dr Pepper shakes. The fries here are really good, I'm super picky about fast food fries and my little brother says the onion rings are really good and I agree, they are not fake onions like most places.

Don’t care what anyone says. Whataburger is the best! I’m so glad they brought back my favorite, the Monterrey Melt, for a limited time. This Whataburger has quick and friendly service, whether going through the drive thru or ordering pick up.

When I went by today, not only did the crew on the shift make me feel welcome, they went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. And on top of that my order was not only right It was fresh too. Normally I’m waiting a good minute for my order but today they were on point!
When walking into the dine in, I was greeted and felt welcomed right away. The order was taken promptly and the food was given to my family quickly as well. The order was done fast and efficient and it tasted amazing and was fresh. I will definitely be coming back to this Whataburger!
Manager on duty today, October 23rd at 9:30pm was on point. Great customer service from everybody. There was. A mistake on my order.I got home and I noticed that it wasn't a triple Patty burger like I paid for, they gave me a single Patty burger. I went back, got inside, sat down, not even a minute went by, and the manager was already helping me out another minute went by, and he handed me my order correctly. Exceptional customer service!!!
Very nice experience at this Whatabuger. I was there around 7pm and their was a line of car in the drive threw. So I went inside 4 my order. I ordered a #2 combo. It only took 8 minutes 2 get my food. Hot and fresh. The best part of this store is , they have a nice women come around 2 make sure everything was good. I complimented her said everything was good. The restaurant was very clean. 2 thumbs up 👍👍
They usually forget to add the cheese this time they didn't, so I gave them 4 stars. However, they gave me unsweet tea after confirming sweet tea ! It's fine, but they just need to get the orders right.
I usually eat in and I expect the food to be fresh. Half the time the meat seams a if its been there for a while. Which I don't understand because it's rush hour and everything should be fresh. The one on McColl and Nolana is always fresh.
The service is bad here. They forgot the cookies on my kids' meals. This is not the first time they forget stuff. Ironically, for today, the cookies were the deciding factor between Whataburger and McDonalds. I personally like Whataburger better, but the kids really wanted them cookies. Got home with the order and nada, no cookies. Then you call, and its if you are bothering them. 😂 wow. Plus, they don't do anything to make it better, At least offer an extra cookie or a free drink. I live 15 minutes away. That's a 30-minute round trip because of a mistake on their part. My recommendation is to check your food before you leave, even if you hold up the line for a little while.🤷🏻♂️
Good place to get a burger but tje drive thru takes forever
Did a curbside and the girl that brought the food was supper sweet.. got home and everyone’s order was right!! And even had the right sauces also the burgers were really good!!
Everybody’s experience is different and it all depends on the kind of service they received the visited day, now this review is based on my experience but is more than likely that yours was different. They are descent they have fast service but you have to be smart as when do you go in because they get pretty busy. They have always gotten my orders correct as of now Is it’s a pretty busy area but the wait is worth
Drive thru service is always lagging even if there is no line, they have 2 lanes and one is always closed. Fries are always soggy never fresh and gravy is always too watery and everytime I’ve ordered a Jalapeño on the side it’s been missing. Idk if this just happens to me but it’s a constant thing. I’ve stopped going as often because of this.
Usual hustle and bustle here. Not sure what really goes on. 4 out of 5 of my last orders have been wrong. Soggy buns, fries are mostly left overs or have been there for awhile on all my recent orders. Fish sandwich was WAYYYY over tartar sauce'd and they keep forgetting to 86 the tomatoes. Let's see what happens next time 🤔
Hoping I'm not secretly blacklisted or anything crazy, otherwise I think there's a problem with ordering through the online app, for me at least. I had the order receipt and was charged on my card and was at the correct Whataburger at the correct time, but was waiting in curbside for an hour before getting off to ask. I probably should have asked sooner but I didn't want to be a bother while they were busy. They said they didn't have any record of my order. This has happened a few times to me this month so it's a bit strange. I used an in-app coupon on all the occasions this happened so maybe thats related. Food is nice at least.
My order was missing items and all they told me is that I can go back whenever to get a refund or get the items. I had asked if they can do the refund over the phone since I paid with card. The told me NO which is super annoying because I don’t know why not! That would be so much easier!
I usually have a good experience here but when they mess up an order like missing item and some different type of egg that isn’t scrambled and some green stuff inside 🤢, it totally makes me change my mind about coming here as often as I should Manager only offered the $1 something refund but didn’t offer anything to compensate me driving 20 minutes round trip and losing a tank of gas Recommend that everyone should check their food everytime before leaving for missing items and food quality
Love whataburger but they really need to start reading the tickets before sending the orders out or stay by the cars while we check the bags. It's been too many times I have to walk back in because we're missing something or they completely mess up the order.
The burger is always good but the speed is terrible and don't even get me started on their fries. They are absolutely terrible. They never taste fresh. Idk what they do to them. I prefer to drive 15 minutes to the next whataburger bc their fries just piss me off. They're literally hard enough to use as a match🙄 the manager is very nice and always fixes problems when you complain so that's that I guess.

This place is in need of major improvement. Fries are usually cold and over-salted. They forget to include the gravy you ordered but they won't forget to charge you for it. Drinks often lack syrup. Get it together.
This chain is getting old. They definitely are not the same giant and delicious burger joint from the past. Too many shortcuts and flavorless meat.
This whataburger location always manages to either mess up my order or take forever to give me my food even when they aren’t busy. I don’t know if it’s because the location is close to the University and the employee population is young, but it sucks. Over the past few years, on various occasions I end up coming back after a while to give it another chance and every time I am reminded of why I don’t like ordering from this specific location.
Seems like the common theme is the ridiculous wait time in the drive thru. At NO OTHER Whataburger have I ever had this problem, and consistently!! Every single time we go here!! Why can't they get it together and take some tips from...hmmmm, let's see 🤔🤔🤔 ANY OTHER whataburger??!! Gonna stop going here and I highly recommend every one stays away too! For that price, I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some quality. And I'm always let down by this whataburger.
Ordered two patty melts with bacon and received a normal Whataburger with bacon. Ordering a meal and recieving the incorrect has been a consistent issue.
I was in line for 20 minutes for 1 simple salad that was then messed up. That’s cause several cars had left due to waiting. Do better.
Worst Whataburger experience I think I've ever had. Ordered late at 3:00 am on April 26th with about 2 cars including myself in the drive through. Woman took my order got my order wrong and forgot my drink even though I ordered a small chocolate shake "on the side". When I mentioned that she didn't ask for my drink that I wanted a coke zero she assumed that the shake was my drink. Long story short she gave me attitude because I wanted the coke zero that came with my combo, fries were cold, and burger order was wrong. I'm not even a difficult customer but damn the crew didn't even try not even with 2 cars this late, freaking insane lack of professionalism and work ethic.
they take forever & have a bunch of highschoolers working who don't seem to understand basic concepts, & the adults who are working are rude as hell. how are yall gonna give me a number 13 & forget both the fries, the bread, & the gravy it's a simple order😭 you're better off going to the one on monte cristo
I ordered a salad for dine in. However, it was so cold in the dining area that I gathered my food and decided to eat in my car. Managers, bear in mind that the atmosphere matters when eating. I don’t know how many people enjoy eating while shivering, but I’m not one of them. As far as service, the employees seemed okay.
Horrible service. Somehow four other cars that ordered after me got their drive-thru order before I did. Not only was it slow the proceeded to then give me the fries upside down thrown inside my bag and forgot the sauce that I had paid for. Only good part was the person working outside the drive-thru was understanding and apologetic.
This place sucks. They got my man’s order wrong 3 times, the fries were practically chips and his burger was just bad. 0/10 do not recommend.
Absolutely horrible . I would not recommend getting your whataburger needs at this location. It’s been SEVERAL times that they mess up my order. Every time I ask for grilled onions they just throw them on the grill to make it LOOK like they tried but they’re always so RAW! Constantly having to call to complain whenever I grab from this location. Paying so much $ for a burger that can’t even be made right! It’s like they don’t have anyone leading the kitchen making sure orders are made correctly as per the CUSTOMER IS PAYING FOR WHAT THEY ASK FOR . Not to mention the management i spoke to today is so rude ! (12:pm shift ) Manager on the phone hung up on me before I can even ask for his name ?? Absolutely horrible service and food here.
I really love Whataburger but I can't keep giving this Whataburger chances anymore. I always ask for extra crispy fries or onion rings and regular ketchup and grilled onions on my burger. They keep messing up. Today, I hit my limit. My fries were 'very' crispy but instead of a medium order they gave me a few scattered fries and it seemed like just burnt ends. My onion rings were literally charred!! They actually got my ketchup right and grilled onions but like I said, I hit my limit today. With the price so high on the combos now and to get a few scattered fries is wrong. I'm gonna have to drive farther to a BETTER Whataburger 😔
I ordered on the app for curbside, ended up waiting for a long time until I decided to go inside. Order ended up being “cancelled” but the transaction still went through on my card. The manager had the nerve to tell me to order again. For what? To risk losing my money twice? They didn’t bother to refund me or hand me the food that I ordered/ paid for. There were about two other people there whose order was “cancelled” as well. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend spending your money here.

Meal was old, cold, and slow. The last few times I have been to this location has been the same experience. The lines move very slow. It was about a 40 minute wait. By the time I got my order of course my food was cold but it also tasted like it was made hours ago. Very bad overall. I miss my childhood days were there was a chance the burgers were warm and fresh. Those days are long gone.

Ordered from drive thru. Not sure what was taking so long. After receiving my order, left and it was wrong. No receipt was giving. I am not sure what is the purpose for the receipt, whether they give you one or not. I complete the survey expecting changes that never happen. They still make your order wrong, or it is cold, drive thru doesn't give you the receipt most of the time. I guess the local stripes store will be the go to place to get fresh hot food than continuing to get the same bad service from whataburger. It's a shame that they can not get it together. As long as corporate or management don't make changes, then nothing will get better. I will say, when i ordered from a sonic, everything has been great, Including serving there food hot and in a timely manner. This is corporate will answer this. Management will not because they have not made any changes.
It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 breakfast meals. I know they are not making people in the drive thru wait that long, so why treat customers inside like that?? Do better.
I love coming here all the time , great service , but Jackie at the window handing our order did a very poor service. I understand it’s probably been a long day and can be frustrating sometimes if something was wrong but to not understand what an “entree” was or to make it seem my mother and I were wrong is a whole different thing. We were missing a burger and I had told her to look at the receipt but she couldn’t find it , even though it was right in front of her, i pointed it out and UNTIL she looked at the screen is when she noticed it . A simple apology and understanding would’ve sufficed but no so please be mindful of the people you’re serving .
Order a fish come 45 minutes later talk to them and they said the order is going out had to get my money back and one of the workers said your order has been there ready for about 30 minutes very poor customer service the manager said I am going to check on your order. I tol d him it been ready for almost 1 hour.
Placed order online for curbside waited 15 min past the time frame come inside to check on the order it’s ready and been waiting no apology given by the manager ! They need to step up their night crew because the morning crew is way better than the night ! Seems like the manager doesn’t care heard a lot of profanity from employees

THE WORSTT!! I went there for a patty melt and i got it but i soon as i took a bite the meat tasted HORRIBLE so i looked at the meat and it was raw it was pink i did not eat it i asked for a refund and they give me a burger that was plain i did not have the energy to argue with this people so i threw it
This whataburger is very slow. Waited in line over 30 minutes. When I finally received my food it was wrong and cold unfortunately. This used to be one of the best ones.

Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes, with only 3 cars ahead of me. One of them finally got their food and the other 2 and I finally drove off without food. When I got to the window to pay, I was completely ignored. When I drove past the building the employees were bringing food out to cars that were parked out front. Don't know what was going on, but they sure weren't meeting anyone's criteria for fast food. I could have gone inside a steak house and gotten a meal faster. I went to Jack in the box down the street. Fast service and a better price.
Ordered 6 meals and shakes all 6 meals were missing “all the way with cheese” looked smashed and unappetizing. I rarely take my 5 kids out for fast food we were really looking forward to a delicious meal from here but the lack of quality and care have sealed the deal on not returning

I was at the drive thru at 9 pm and the girl working there was nice but should not be in drive thru😂😂 she messed up my order even after going over it 3 times with her and the only thing I substituted was a burger bun for lettuce on one burger but she got confused and messed up the order. Oh and my lettuce was all wilted😭
Order a wataburger Jr, burger was cold, when ibasked for the to make me another they just put back on the grill. Its was all oily. And the patty melt i order is supposed to have saute onions, there were raw.
So I get into the drive-through about 530Pm . Line was long but one line was closed. No big deal cuz that’s really dinner hour. I finally got to put my order in at about 5.49 no big deal. I just got two salads with grilled chicken . I get home both of salads were rotten . One was a Cobb salad and the eggs were growing fungus or mold on them they were black. Never will I go back to this WhAtaburger again . Or any whataburger ever.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and multiple customers were left waiting with no communication. I ordered to dine in, yet my food was placed on a curbside rack and never brought to me. I had to ask if my order was ready even though it had been sitting there. Another customer became frustrated for the same reason. With the number of employees working and how small my order was, there’s really no excuse. This location needs better organization and more equitable customer service.
Waited forever in the drive through for a mobile order, finally picked it up and they made my burger wrong and forgot my onion rings. I drove back out and they argued with me about the onion rings and haphazardly made the burger correctly the second time. Wont be back and the bathrooms all ominously smell of urine. Also i just realized i paid for ranch on the side, which they did originally give me but after when they remade the burger they took it.
We waited 25 minutes at the drive-thru. When placing the order, the employee even repeated it back..I ordered a #2 meal. When I received the food, it was just two large fries. When I asked, they said “Sorry, we didn’t get the burger. It will take a while if you want it.” While waiting, I saw three different people get out of their cars to complain about the long wait. This is the second time I’ve experienced these excessive delays at this Whataburger. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now it’s confirmed: this location is poorly managed. 👎
Showed up this morning around 11 AM. There was no one in line, so we were the only ones there. And they still took like 15 minutes to give us our food. By the time we left, the drive thru was packed, the fries were cold and they were just sitting there giggling and laughing, talking to each other. Or we just waited outside the window. Like 10 of them Doing nothing but talking and laughing
Went through the drive thru for chicken strips but asked for fresh fries. Lately their fries are all cold. After getting my order I drove home and when I sat down the box had no chicken strips. So I called and spoke to Jacob. I went back to the store and they gave me the strips and hot fries. I opened the box and it’s missing a chicken strip. Management wasn’t too happy about having to give me the chicken strip or fresh fries. Multiple mistakes that could have been avoided. Horrible… never coming here again. What kind of customer service skills are those? You mess up the order multiple times and then get a bad attitude because you messed up?
Worst Whataburger experience BY FAR. Manager Miranda is rude. I asked for a Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled jalapenos inside and an extra meat patty. I received instead the coldest, dryest, lamest regular burger, no additions, no cheese, no bacon, no extra patty and of course no jalapenos (pictures attached). Basically I got ripped off for around 5-6 bucks of missing items even when I specifically told the lady behind the window that the burger was special order and to please check that everything was correct. I guess now you have to go as far as to unwrap every single item before you drive off the pickup window.
