What a gem of a hotel, we loved it and loved Livigno and would absolutely return! Great location close to the lift, shops and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was amazing, staff were helpful, had great amenities including heated pool and spa. Not to mention the bar which served amazing aperitivo. This was the highlight of our EU holiday.

We had a fantastic time: - direct slope access turned out to be a life saver, an incredible advantage - right in the city centre, close to restaurants and city - 5min to bus stop - spacious spa and pool and jacuzzi helped soothe our muscles after skiing. the hotel is tiny, so the spa wasn’t crowded - warm indoor parking was also of unexpected great value - breakfast buffet had a variety of eggs, fresh orange juices, salmon, cuts, nuts - more than enough - the room was always warm, so our wet after-ski clothes dried within a couple of hours Totally recommended !

I didn't sleep in the hotel, I was just a guest on the terrace of the restaurant. The drinks are excellent, with every drink order you get a small sausage and cheese. Excellent service, all praise for this type of restaurant.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Livigno with good value for the money. Will very likely come back here to stay again. Only observation is that you have to be veryy careful if driving there, easy to miss the entrance to the hotel and the garage.

Amazing hotel really at the slopes of Livigno. It is only 50m to the cabin lift, so you can go skiing literally directly from the bed. Location is great also for the walks in the city centre. Amazing half board menu (4 courses) prepared daily by the chef and waiters are able to match it with wines from amazingly huge wine cellar. You can charge your e-car in the garage - super service so you leave the hotel with full battery. Perfect wellness with warm swimming pool, hot whirlpool saunas and we tried massages as well. You will enjoy it.

I recommend the hotel! There is a garage, a ski storage room, a swimming pool, a SPA, the rooms are good and always clean (the cleaning is very good), delicious food in the restaurant.

A warm hug It is very difficult to give an impression of this hotel because nothing is out of place.... really! From the reception to the SPA team, not forgetting the restaurant staff, we found a high level of professionalism with a sincere and warm attention to guests. Mrs. Daniela, at the reception with the two girls (one of them is the lovely Martina), reserves the same warm attention to the new and habitual guests. They are very available to suggest a lot of attractions and activities to do there, always with a smile. When you enter the restaurant, the Maitre de Sale welcomes you with his energy and enthusiasm, but also with a sincere attention. The same goes for all the staff, young but well prepared to meet all your needs. A very high level of professionalism: well done! The menu offers a rich choice of courses, which are skilfully prepared and very tasty. The same goes for the wine list: the choice is so wide. If you decide to have an experience at the SPA, Greta and Simone are at your complete disposal, first of all to suggest the best treatments you might need, and then to take care of you with their skilled and powerful (but delicate) hands. The room: the one we had was large, sunny and comfortable. There are plenty of wardrobes, and shelves for storing the clothes. The bathroom, with its own balcony (in addition to the main one), was spacious and had a Jacuzzi. To sum up, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We have had a really relaxing and recharging holiday. Thank you all.
