Best experience I've had at this what a burger. I stopped going to this location 2 years ago because every time I went it was consistently terrible service and extremely slow speed. But I found myself in line for a number 4 and got it speedily and everyone was friendly.

We had just left a great visit to Morgan’s Wonderland and were headed back to our hotel. The great big W sign reminded us we has not had lunch. Service was quick & our sandwiches were delicious 😋 I ordered a patty melt meal with onion rings & a Dr Pepper shake. It was definitely a very indulgent meal. My patty melt was so good but I could only finish half of it. This was the first time I've ever seen a Dr Pepper shake on a menu so I had to try it. It had a strong cherry flavor & was also the largest sized milk shake I'd ever seen. If you've never been to a Whataburger I would definitely suggest it to satisfy a burger fix. I had no problem with this particular location.

Great service, Chris is the cashier at this location and literally from the time we walked in it was service with a smile. He welcomed us to WhataBurger even was able to upsell me on an item, he was so genuine!! The manager was even asking customers how they were doing and if they enjoyed the food. Everything was perfect. We order the sweet and spicy bacon burgers on Texas toast one with grilled jalapeños. We got a large Dr Pepper and fries… and a cinnamon roll! Whata-treat!! We DoorDashed! Even better. I only wish there were eco friendly sustainable alternatives to the styrofoam cups like paper cups or even plastic bc plastic can be recycled.

The restaurant was very clean. Would have stayed to eat inside but needed to return to hotel. It was cold inside that may have been since we were in 100 degree temp most of the day. The on duty manager was making sure his employees were doing the right thing, taking care of customers and being straight forward with the door dash delivery guy. I hope his employees appreciate him. Our food was delicious and the Spicy Ketchup was great for our spicy taste buds

first of all i had a really sad day and i just wanted some chicken tendies. my receipt says one thing but my box didn’t match. i’m not even mad im sad i didn’t get honey butter or gravy and i’m actually really sad about my toast. whoever gave me this toast, i forgive you about the other things cause my fries were warm when i got home; but i hope your socks get wet. then when you change them the new pair also gets wet. then you hit unreasonable traffic going to work your graveyard shift. causing you to be 14 minutes late and you’re scared not to hit the 15 minute mark cause some man probably named martin or whatever has been waiting for you to mess up enough. so you rush and didn’t see a puddle and you step in it so your socks are wet again cause you probably wear crocs non slips cause they’re comfy but you actually collect crocs and you wear them everywhere but they look ridiculous. only to go inside and have your screen stacked with chicken tendies with extra toast cause some people like to put their third tendie in the toast and eat it like a sandwich. and i hope you get sad from that.

Whataburger has added some limited time additions to their menu. Decided to give one of them a try tonight. The bacon blue cheese burger. Friendly staff, place was very clean. Food was delivered quickly took a look at how much blue cheese chunks they were putting on. Not as many as you get at a regular restaurant that offers a blue cheese burger. But it'll suffice. $11.90 total for the meal. The burger consists of two, fresh 100% beef patties layered with crisp, smoky bacon, blue cheese, grilled onions, American cheese, Peppercorn Ranch sauce and fresh-chopped lettuce and tomato slices piled high on a toasted five-inch bun. You could really taste more of the peppercorn ranch sauce then you could the blue cheese. Had a good taste to it. Little bit different than what Whataburger has done before. I had mine with regular onions instead of grilled onions and I did not have a tomato. Certainly recommend giving it a try while it's available. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I may try one of their limited time chicken sandwiches that they've also put on. Go give it a try I think you'll like it.

Driving home after a visit from San Antonio traffic was horrendous and backed up for miles so I made a quick detour and ended up at this Whataburger. At this point it is probably 9-9:30pm I pull in to your curbside spot place my order online. I’m getting a bacon cheeseburger with some fries. The drive-through is empty. There’s three or four workers inside hanging out it seemed. Workers were coming and going from inside to outside chatting with people in cars and just hanging out I’m not really sure what they were doing, but it took about 15 minutes for my food to get ready. This really should not have been the case. The food was good and I have zero complaints. Other than the workers seem to have a really laid back atmosphere without structure.

I have never ordered curbside. I ordered it for the 1st time here. I hate it that I had to drive all the way back on my short lunch break to get the fries that were left off of my order. It happens, but when I returned after calling to speak with management, I felt like I was treated as if I were being dishonest about the item being left off. The manager walked out to me to get my receipt after I explained what happened over the phone, then walked back inside to get my fries. It would have been more productive and taken less time by bringing the item out and checking at once. I had to hurry back to work and eat quickly on my break. I did request a meal replacement as a courtesy for the inconvenience and they will honor it. I feel like when this happens that it should be offered especially since gas is so high. I hope that the next visit will be better. Otherwise I will try another location.

Food was okay my real problem is that they kept missing my items starting with my drink, then the ranch I paid for on to the apple pie no napkins in my bag like seriously. The guy working the drive through was very nice the lady bringing out the food was rude but she was so sure all my stuff was there wrong.

The store was clean but the restrooms needed attention. Our cashier was named Janice & it's unfortunate but she seemed burdened by not only us but by other customers as well. I held my hand out to get my cup & she placed it at the other end of the counter completely out of my reach. When she brought us our food she asked if we would like any condiments. My daughter asked if she could get some barbecue sauce. Janice replied with "That's not on this tray as you can see. That's because we charge for that. So unless you are going to pay all I can get you is what you see hear." She needs some customer service training. The food was great! I recommend the Whatacatch sandwich! Very good and the tartar sauce is fantastic! I would have given more stars but the attitude was poor. Not to mention she treated us like we are infectious and that's uncalled for.

Me and my girlfriend went through the drive thru and ordered a #6 and a #10 with cheese , both with sweet teas. They didn’t put the cheese on my fried chicken sandwich which I paid extra for. Also the manager working drive thru gave us unsweetened tea. Usually they are pretty good about being accurate.

This was from a mobile order. They must have been low on pickles, tomatoes, and spicy ketchup. As you can see from the picture, it was supposed to be the spicy chicken but this only had 1 small pickle and 1 small tomato and barley any sauce. I specifically asked for their spicy ketchup but the order came with no condiments. Not even regular ketchup.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but this is like the 4th time, in a row, that I've gotten Whataburger and they've messed something up every time. The first few times the order was made through the drive thru, so I chalked it up to the fact that it's over a speaker. This time it was an online order, so they could read everything; there's little to no reason for mess ups. I asked for extra tomatoes, pickles & lettuce on one burger & they put one tomato & a couple pickles. Definitely not "extra". On my bacon avocado burger, I asked for all the veggies & they gave me zero tomatoes & zero pickles. Very disappointed with how it's been lately. My family used to love this Whataburger. I'm not sure why it's so bad as of recent.

There's like 8 to 10 people working in here during the breakfast shift. They can't get one sausage biscuit right. First they bring my order to the wrong car. I asked "what's the point of asking my name when I go through the drive-thru if you're not going to verify it and give it to the wrong car?" I have to pull over and park for them to remake my order. They bring me the bag and apologize. I drive off only to realize they gave me the wrong order. Now I have to turn around and go back. I had three interactions with the staff just to get the one breakfast sandwich I ordered. I gave the place to stars because they did give me a free pie after the 3rd attempt at getting my order right. I strongly recommend you don't get breakfast here. They will make you late for work.

Gosh Whataburger has really gone down hill. Is this Texas toast or a cold tortilla. The entire order was disappointing especially for the price.

Usually whataburger is consistently decent food but this last experience has me ditching whataburger for good. It took me one whole fry to realize they were inedible. Wings were Chewy couldn't finish them. My brother stomached the chicken sandwich only bc he was starving but didn't enjoy it. I don't write reviews very often but I was disappointed that the entire order felt like a complete waste of money. Suggest implementing better quality control. Maybe have a manager taste the food every couple hours. I mean any type of minor effort would have yielded something better than what I received. Check your frying oil. Please if you wouldn't want to eat it don't serve it.

Don't really know what's going on at this Whataburger. The staff seemed really nice and the location was clean but while I was there 65% of the orders were wrong. Some complained but the majority just ate the meal and grumbled in silence. I was a grumbler but I let them know through the online complaint system.

We ordered from post mates, we didn't receive our drinks and our seals were broken. We went back to the Whataburger to get our order remade and when they remade our order they forget a burger. We called them to tell them they forgot the burger and management said they would not remake our one burger they missed that we paid for AND THEN HUNG UP ON US. We had two mobile orders today and they messed the both up. The first we let slide because it was close enough and the missing item had been a free one. For some reason we decided we wanted lunch there too. They royally messed it up after having us wait from the time of check in to delivery to the car, 28 minutes. Wife called to get a refund on the missing stuff and the manager, Dee, took and attitude, and then so did my wife. The manager hung up on her. So I got to waste 45 more minutes to get the order fixed. Avoid this location. They are extremely slow and it is apparent that management is likely the main problem.

Ordered the patty melt with onion rings/drink and a kids meal. They rung me up for fries instead of onion rings for my meal , which is fine. But the patty melt didn’t have the grilled onions in it so was eating meat, cheese and a little bit of the sauce that was only on one side of it. Basically eating it dry. I was so sad cause they just robbed me.

What I asked for asked for was a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal with ketchup instead of mustard. What I got was a plain double cheeseburger with ketchup and onions no bacon and no sweet and spicy sauce. 🤦🏽‍♂️

This whataburger always fail me. Its the closest one to me which is why i always go here but food is always cold and its literally only 3 mins from my house. Cheese is NEVER melted! I used to work at a whataburger and i remember my cooks were always making them fresh but it seems like this place always has cold patties. Ordered online and was running late to pick up. Regardless the order had not even been started yet. There were 4 cars in drive through so I went inside. I stood at the register watching employees walk past for 15 min, finally got asked if I had been helped, and then had to sit around another 10 min to actually get my order. The onion rings were burnt and the chicken had an old grease taste. At least the pies were decent.. 40 min after the ASAP online order I finally get my food and barely any of it was edible. This location desperately needs help

I would not order delivery from here, food was terrible. The tortilla used for my taquito was grease soaked and falling apart. The potatoes/hash browns, also grease soaked. The fries were over cooked and greasy.

I think they are short-staffed. When I got my burger I told the girl that I needed tomato sauce and she told me that they were in the bag and to my surprise there was nothing! I'm not sure what's going on at this location as of recent. I've been going to this for the last 2 years, and I have had issues with my last two orders. The first order, the sweet and spicy bacon burger, was still very pink in the middle. This time, I ordered wings to try and avoid it happening again. However, this time, there was barely any sauce on what was supposed to be Nashville hot wings. And because these are takeout orders, it's impractical to go back. I'm very disappointed.

$10 steakhouse burger and it was really old!! My husband took a couple bites and could tell right away. The cheese was dried up and the meat crumbled apart. Disgusting. We keep trying to give them a chance because it's close by and convenient but this was the last time.

Worst experience at a whataburger EVER. First order was messed up BAD. Brand new steak house burger..smashed, no onions even. Whatsized it, small and cold fries. The second burger in our order was suppose to be on a brioche..see the pics. Terrible..they SMASHED a toasted brioche bun?! Is someone having a bad day? I paid for this..what?????. We had our order remade and it was even worse. They demanded we return the food which isnt legal. Said they wouldn't remake or refund unless we drove all the way back and returned food. Both "managers" were cold, rude. Shoved the "remade" order is my husbands hands .not even an im sorry for the inconvenience. This is NOT the whataburger i grew up with. Im done with this. Wow.
