The food was really good. I got broccoli and cheese soup and my husband got tomato. It was really fresh and delicious. I love going to this Panera to just sort of hang out and snack. The inside has been remodeled and looks nice but I do miss all the random bread paintings that were on the wall.

10/24/2021 The salad was excellent. It was satisfying and flavorful. The steak sandwich was also very good. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. It was busy but my to go order did not take long. The place was neat and clean. I will be back to try other things on the menu.

Excellent restaurant with incredibly fast and efficient service during their lunch time rush. Even with a packed restaurant it was easy to find an empty table to enjoy our meal. Also plenty of high chairs available for little ones. Good food with a minimal wait with the water and soda station fully stocked. Only reason 5 stars were not given is because our cashier was a bit snarky and rude, and the workers serving the food were fast, but not very friendly or polite when not sure where to place pager when picking up food. A positive attitude goes a long way!

Love the salads here! Baguettes are also super good. Seating is not always comfortable, and you have to bus your own tables.

Since I could not get anyone by phone. I would have just told the restaurant. I live 40 minutes away in Rio Vista. Trusting that I received what I ordered. I didn't check my bag until I got home. I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb Chicken Salad. There was no boiled egg or any avocado. If I didn't live so far away I would have returned it. I would like to give them another chance hopefully. This is not the time to give inferior service.

The soar dough bread was bland with the avocado just thrown on top with no spread of the chunks and just a couple of salt and pepper spices mixed. Horrible price, and not worth it!!! I had their asiago breakfast sandwich which was very tasty but rather small & on another day had the croissant breakfast sandwich again very tasty however the croissant was very sad looking! I think I'll seek out other bagel/croissant places for Breakfast. Service however was cheerful & excellent.

I had their asiago breakfast sandwich which was very tasty but rather small & on another day had the croissant breakfast sandwich again very tasty however the croissant was very sad looking! Food was decent but the cashier could have had a much better attitude. I don’t know if it was a long day or what but she shouldn’t be working in this industry if she’s the type to take out her frustrations and angry with innocent people who weren’t the cause of it. People come to places like to to enjoy the food and atmosphere, not to feel as if their presence is annoying because the staff can’t handle another customer to take care of. I won’t be coming here again. Well, maybe when you hire people who don’t hate their job.

I went to Panera right after they opened because I wanted some fresh cinnamon rolls. I asked if the cinnamon rolls were made fresh, I was told that they were made fresh only when I got them home and they were so cold there was no way they had been made first thing. They open at 7am and I was there at 7:15. If they had been made first thing there should have been some softness to them but there was none. I won't be doing that again!

We used to love going here we split the strawberry salad and got 2 sandwiches $50+ dollars and it sucked. Sorry but you used to get a great meal and left feeling good, not this time. The only good thing was their lemonade!!!!

Ordered online for pickup. Was told order was confirmed and given a pick up time. I got there 5 mins after pick up time and there was nothing on shelf. Was greeted by staff and i said i was waiting for an online order. After about 5 mins they asked what the name was for the order and she went back and I could hear my name repeated. She returned to say since my order was over $50 it was considered catering and it didn't show up on their screen and they were barely going to start on it. After a few minutes I said I'd be right back so I could go across the street to pick up another online order for my husband. The gal there said it would be another 10 mins and if they closed before I got back it would be up to me if I was locked out without my food!! I was speechless. I wouldn't take 15 or even 10 mins to go across the street for a pickup and I told her it wasn't my fault they didn't "see" my order and if I did take longer, couldn't they just open the door to hand it to me esp since I already had paid!!! She then said, ok..yeah I can take it to the door. 5 mins later when I returned, the food was ready and we checked it just in case and of course a soup was missing. We knocked at door and they went to get it only to return to say it's that they had run out of it. So I guess they thought we'd get home and find it missing but then i couldn't call them and that would be that. A simple, were out of this soup and given another option would have been the correct thing to do.

I tried the Autumn salad. The sweet potatoes weren't cooked all the way and there was a lettuce butt in my salad, for those that don't know, that's very dirty. You can get all kinds of illnesses from improperly washed lettuce. There was also mushy wilted and brown lettuce like it was stored at too cold of temperature. You can improve this salad by warming the chicken and sweet potatoes after the lettuce is washed and the potatoes are cooked obviously. Not worth $12

What the heck happened??? I get short changed the first visit in months. No biggie, stuff happens.. now the order is wrong and I found macaroni in my greens?? This was after 5pm dinner time. I think I'll stick to making my own at home. I really miss my cafe tho 😕

I've been there once and ill never go again! For dinner/food I mean the pastries are fine but everything but the pastries are overpriced and the quality is disgusting. Paid 30+ for some garbage mac and cheese a sandwich that tasted like it had been sitting out for days as a display and some drinks. My avocado was fully black the bread was stale yet toasted and cold to the touch. I decided to rather then complain I would keep it and eat it at work the next day so I would remember this, told the girl I was with to never ask me to come again.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience. The menu is very difficult for seniors, the help was very young and did not want to clarify what Mom wanted. They made it very hard for her. No silverware, no salt and pepper, no butter for bread they kindly give you with your soup. We both had half sandwiches with soup. I got the completely wrong sandwich and our total was $27.26. Wow! Someone needs to manage this main attraction on Lower Sacramento and Hwy 12 in Lodi. Not pleased!

First time here not worth the money. Had the hot Italian not much meat. Looks nothing like their commercials. Wouldn't recommend eating here if you want to be full.

Worst of worst ordered on line for outside pick up..took 15 mins after I arrived..ordered cheese flat bread outside crust hard as a rock bottom crust fell away from cheese and totally COLD and little cheese. I also ordered Ceasar salad the half order..so small I mean small and lettuce was totally wilted didn't eat it, the cost was almost $7 total of my order was almost $18 for food that was disgusting ..I have had food from.there before mostly pretty good ..what a complete let down....I would not tell my worst enemy to eat there...sorry Penera you really disappointed...

I've given this location many tries but after today it is clear this place has no standards for their kitchen staff or quality control. 4 times in a row my to-go order has been incorrect. Missing items on sandwiches, unread special requests like putting sauce on the side, items put on food that don't even belong on the order....I call to remedy the issue and am given the run around or a $5 credit, which is why I keep going back. Never again will I use this place. Also, wear a damn mask when you are handling food!

I went to Panera Bread in the morning and I was so excited to get my pastries. As soon as I ordered one of the employees was not friendly. I had 7 cents missing that she wanted and she kept staring at me and did not say it was okay until I gave her the 7 cents. Also when I finally gave it to her she forgot to give me my orange scone with my order and she made me feel like I did not belong there and she didn't want to give me services.

Order was missing large mac and cheese. Went back and they gave my husband a bag with a mac and cheese. We get home and they gave us a small instead of the missing large. We tried to call back, but no one would answer and then the phone disconnected. Won't be back

Never, in all my years have I ever seen such a flagrant disregard for good customer service! Not only did this employee (who was either not wearing a name tag or was covering it with her sweater) argue with me on whether my drink was made correctly or not (as if I haven't gotten this drink close to 300 times), but then told me I ordered it incorrectly. I have a coffee subscription through Panera, and am sad to say this Panera will no longer be receiving my families business, and since it is the only Panera in town, will probably mean we will cancel our subscription. At least at Starbucks, the barista doesn't question whether or not you ordered your drink correctly.

Very unprofessional and rude at this location. They forget items in your order and refuse to correct their mistake or make it right. They'd rather make excuses and pass blame, after confirming THEY didn't include the item(s) in your bag. 'Management' is a joke. The way this Cafe is ran is baffling!

I heard nothing but good things about this place but have never been till yesterday... So I decided to bring my wife and kids for are first time... The minute we walked in we where greeted which was a sign of good customer service..... But right when my kids walked up to the glass were all the pastries and cookies, bread there was flies flying around all over on them..it was really nasty! And there staff didn't even do anything... But say sorry about the flies, and waves her hand around..... But what made it more nasty!!... She didn't even bother to take anything down from the shelf that the Flies were on...just left it there for the next person to buy... and the manger came out... And didn't even say or do anything, but walking back and forth.... It made me sick! Never again , my family and I won't be coming back!!!
