It's a subway, the food is what you expect and the atmosphere is also what you expect. The staff is super nice, kind, and helpful. I came here 2 days in a row for lunch and they remembered like half my order which made it go by faster 😊💖

I was lucky enough to be helped by three amazing ladies during my visit to Subway today. Not only were they fast and professional, but their energy and friendliness really stood out. You could tell they take pride in what they do—and they made my sandwich exactly how I like it, no attitude, just smiles and good vibes. They made the whole experience smooth, fun, and actually enjoyable (which isn’t always the case in fast food spots). Big shoutout to the crew working that shift—you ladies crushed it. Keep doing your thing! 💯

Jose made my visit to Subway genuinely pleasant with his warm, friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and patiently took my order, making sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness. Thanks to Jose, I left not just with a great sandwich, but also with a really positive impression of the store.

I was super hungry and I was having a really bad day. So I decided to go to Subway because I haven’t had it for so long. And as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Giullietta and Fatima and Maria. I love this Subway! The employees are always super friendly, and they make the best subs. I recently discovered they also serve breakfast, and it has officially become my new go-to spot in the mornings. Highly recommend!

This is what I got for a 6 inch. I spoke with the manager and she said that’s how the bread comes. I worked at subway before. Right from the start you can tell the bread is not cooked right. Too skinny. Manager stated she cut it right in the middle. But it’s still not a 6 inch. She even cut a new bread in front of me to show me and that half was about the same size as the one that she gave me. Told her she should measure it with the ruler THEY SHOULD HAVE. She stated she didn’t have a ruler that her supervisor doesn’t give her one. Then she told me since I worked at subway that I should know how they don’t give us things we need. I told her that I paid for a 6 inch and I’m expecting my 6 inch. She replied with “then what do you want me to do”. If she’s the manager she should come up with a solution. She just offered she can make me a new sandwich but it was the same size. She even tried giving the 2 workers a lecture that that’s why they should cut in the middle but she’s the one that served our sandwich.

You figure a sandwich is the easiest thing to make! Nope. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and told the employee I wanted the chicken heated up and I did NOT want my bread toasted. The employee proceeds to tell me it needs to be toasted to heat up the chicken. I told her no just put it in the microwave. Anywho she figures that out then I start adding my toppings. I asked for oil and vinegar salt and pepper she drenched it that my sandwich was faking aora y before I even picked up to take a bite. Another employee was making a sandwich and the guest asked for salt. She went to put salt on and the whole top of the salt container came off. The customer was an elderly man and in front of me was going to try and dust it off. I told the man what happened and I told her that he needed a new sub. They are just lazy and could care less.

This place is horrible staff are very rude and slow when it comes to making your sandwich. They put about 2 of each toppings, really? This is horrible and I would not recommend coming to this place. The lady in the front is very rude she stares at you and just doesn’t say anything until you ask want you want.

Just don’t go here. The skimp on everything even lettuce. I have eaten Subway for years and by far this is the worst experience ever. Just go anywhere but here. Please look at the receipt so much is missing. They should just close.

When I arrived, I waited in line for about three minutes, which was completely fine and not an issue at all. However, when I was helped by an older female employee, the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. She was very slow when it came to making my sandwich which was a little fine. She appeared irritated and looked at me strangely from the start. When I asked for my bread to be toasted, she responded with “before the meat?” in a tone and reaction that felt unnecessary. As I requested my ingredients, only two pickles and about 2 banana peppers were added, along with a large amount of lettuce and mayo, which did not match what I had asked for. At checkout, the interaction continued to feel rushed and unfriendly. My receipt was placed on the counter instead of in the bag, which I thought was unusual. When I returned to work and ate the sandwich, the ham tasted unpleasant and was overly watery, making the bread soggy. Due to the lack of ingredients, the meat was the only thing I could really taste. Overall, the quality and service did not meet expectations. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it came across as possibly discriminatory, which is why I felt it was important to share. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.

I’ve been to this subway twice in the last week and each time has been horrible. I typically don’t leave reviews but the level of service for this subway has significantly decreased. The first time they burnt my bread, and this is after being forced to select another bread because of some reason they don’t have flatbread anymore. Each time I’ve been here the wait has been over 20 mins and it’s only been 3 or 4 people in line that includes me. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue with new hires or lack of training but this is last time I’m coming to this locating. I wrote this entire review while waiting in line. Just got to the front of the line and she ignored me for 5 mins then finally acknowledged me only to say that another employee will be with me shortly and that they are having a lot of mobile orders at the same time. There is currently now 5 people in line waiting. Common sense dictates to take care of the people right in front of your before doing online orders

My experience was DISCRIMINATING and RUDE... As I entered, cashier was checking out a customer and both were having a personal conversation. I stood patiently waiting to make my order for a good 5min. But my patience ran out and the cashier finally acknowledged me when I walked out. Personal conversation should be done outside of work or paused especially if you have other customers. Customer service was horrible. I would go down the street where staff knows how to greet, be efficient, and say I'm sorry or thank you. I would not recommend coming to this location if you are not Hispanic. She only spoke to the Hispanic lady who was there and greeted the Hispanic lady who came in after me. I'm obviously not Hispanic. If management's wants to confirm check your cameras on Sat, 11/1 at 2:35pm

I think all of the recent reviews has been because of the old rude lady that is in the morning, she yells at you, stares at you like you owe her something, such a really rude employee, how do you guys have someone like that that works there I’ve been coming here since 3 years ago and now never coming back! ATP i do not recommend to come this place, ever!!!

Definitely Discriminatory! I got there at 9:38pm last night and they're supposed to close at 10pm! A lady behind the counter was ready to serve, but a gentleman sweeping the floor gestured closed with his hands!! She walked to the back. The gentleman sweeping the floor was the worst! He looked at me and kept sweeping! This is horrible for any business! This is exactly how you lose money! It was 3 people playing out in the parking lot in front and they obviously knew the people inside your establishment! As they were communicating through the door with each other. I was completely ignored! It seems like this crew is very inefficient!!! Look at the times on the photos!! I won't be returning!
