We had a great experience at Bill’s Bakers. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Blerina, who served us. She was incredibly kind, very friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommended for both great food and top-quality service. We’ll definitely be back!

Always hard to beat a Bills brunch. Good quality is great, as well as the value for money. Staff are also really attentive and friendly, shout out to Maria. The order: 2x Eggs Benny w Fries 2x Cappuccino’s £33 - unreal value. Eggs poached to perfection. Coffee piping hot and of great quality. Chains get a hard rep these days, and rightly so, but Bills Baker Street does not fall into that category.

Serving an excellent range of fresh, delicious, very well cooked dishes. We even had to call in twice to enjoy the BBQ Kentucky Bourbon Burger or the Dirty Vegan Burger - very friendly staff, especially Marta and Ryan - thanks a lot guys, you rock this place!

I visited Bill's and I must admit that this place definitely stands out for its atmosphere and taste. The menu is varied, and the dishes are served in such a way that they immediately make an impression. I ordered a pancake with bacon - fluffy, delicate pies went well with salty, crispy bacon and toppings. It's the perfect combination of sweet and salty that really does the job. In addition, I tried tea golden latte - a drink that turned out to be a bull's eye. Aromatic, warming and full of depth of flavour - something between classic tea and latte, but with a hint of something special. In addition, I had the opportunity to try a few other items from the menu and each was prepared with great care. You can see that Bill's focusses on fresh ingredients and interesting compositions. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant - cosy decor, friendly service and such ease that you want to spend more time there. It's a place I'll be happy to return to, whether it's for breakfast or an evening meeting with friends. ⭐ Rating: 5/5 - great food, unique drinks and atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I had the vegan biscoff and banana pancakes for breakfast and they were so nice and fluffy. The service was very quick and my waitress Ioanna was lovely. A great spot for a relaxing breakfast in Marylebone.

I had such a lovely experience at Bill’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jenny, who served me during my visit. From the moment I was seated, Jenny was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She greeted me with a big smile and such positive energy that it immediately set the tone for the whole meal. She wasn’t just polite in a routine way — she was attentive, engaging, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. I ordered pancakes, and I can honestly say they were some of the best I’ve had. They arrived beautifully presented, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The balance of flavours and textures was spot on — soft and light inside with just the right finish on the outside. But what really elevated the experience was Jenny’s attention to detail. She checked in at exactly the right moments — not too often, not intrusive — but enough to make sure everything was perfect. When she asked how the pancakes were and I said they were amazing, she seemed genuinely pleased, which made the experience feel even more personal. Throughout the meal, Jenny was calm, professional, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, she handled everything smoothly and never seemed flustered. It was clear she takes pride in her job. Drinks arrived promptly, everything was correct, and she made sure the table was comfortable and tidy. Small touches like remembering preferences and maintaining such a positive attitude really stood out. What impressed me most was how natural and authentic her service felt. It didn’t feel forced or scripted — just genuinely good hospitality. She created a relaxed atmosphere that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal at the same time, but Jenny managed it effortlessly. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently, and Jenny deserves real credit for that. Some day Ioanna is too qualified to be working as a waitress at bills. I would agree she was serving so hard I thought I was at Wimbledon. It didn't matter the coffee machine was broken the energy she brought had me caffeinated for the day. Pancakes absolutey incredible with crispy bacon I was set for my day of getting drenched in the London rain. Definitely going to bills again. And they have birds all over the walls. I like birds.

Maria was fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we didn't have to wait for our next round of bottomless pancakes. They were absolutely delicious after seconds we were stuffed! Wish we had room for more! Highly recommend.

We was greeted with a warm welcome and seated. Drinks were ordered and came out fast. Our waitress Ioanna was super friendly and smiley, when my food came out I was unsure of what sauce was with my meal previously and she was super friendly and remembered and brought the sauce out straight away. Really great service , food and atmosphere

We had a stunning breakfast with my wife and two daughthers last Sunday in Bill's restaurant. Maria was our waitress and was very nice and professional. The pancakes were very tasty. Our girls appreciated their hot chocolates drinks. It was a lovely moment in family in a beautiful restaurant and with a nice atmosphere. I do recommend.

The first thing I wanted to try when I arrived in London for the first time was a full English Breakfast. Bills was my first stop after dropping off my bags. The food was delicious and service was great. Maria helped me navigate the menu as a first timer and made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Really excellent service from Maria, very attentive lovely and friendly and she made us feel very welcome. Food was good value for money, big portions, only thing that I didn’t like was the sausage. Place is really busy (which is a good sign) nice atmosphere good music too.

Arrived at Bill’s for breakfast with my son. Was greeted by a very pleasant lady at the door. Show us to our table and within seconds Jordan our server greeted us with a welcoming smile and asked us if we would like to order drinks. Throughout our time in Bills the service and of course the food was excellent. Jordan just had that very friendly approach and made our experience here on Baker Street. Last time we went to Bills in Hammersmith the service and food was not very good or friendly. However coming here today Jordan and his team have made it a very pleasant experience.

Comfort and Warmth☕️🧣 After a long day, stepping into Bill’s Baker Street felt a welcomed pause. Ervis greeted us with genuine warmth and led us our table, the kind of service and atmosphere that instantly softens the edges of a hectic day. I chose the set menu(£17.50) I had the Cauliflower soup: full of flavour and topped with crushed croutons. My friend had the chicken dumplings, which disappeared almost quickly as they arrived. For the main I had the Korean corn ribs with fries, which was smoky, tangy and full Of flavour. My friend opted for the Chargrilled minute steak (with a £3.00) surcharged. paired with peppercorn sauce, my friend found the steak tender, well cooked, though the sauce leaned a little creamy for her taste. Throughout, Ervis checked in with just the balance of attentiveness and ease making sure everything was spot on. We finished with the apple and carrot crumble( this is not on the set menu), this desert was warm and comforting. Bill’s Baker Street delivered not just a meal, but a reminder that hospitality is as much about people as it is about plates. Thank you!!

This chain is fantastic for coeliacs 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 all your food comes out with gf labels so it’s not mixed up with anything else….theres pancakes, sausages, eggs Benedict, hash browns…essentially you can have whatever anyone else would, made gf! The manager Jenny was lovely 🤩

I recently had breakfast at Bill’s Restaurant, and it was a great start to the day. We ordered the pancakes, eggs Benedict, and sourdough toast, and everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. The pancakes were fluffy and lightly sweet, the eggs Benedict were rich with perfectly poached eggs, and the sourdough had that ideal crispy-soft balance. Everything tasted genuinely well made. A special mention goes to Blerina, who served us with such warmth and attentiveness. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delicious breakfast with excellent service—definitely a place I’d return to.

Ioanna hosted me and my boyfriend for bottomless pancakes here and WOW. She was amazing and so was the service and the food. Rly soft pancakes and the pistachio and white chocolate hot chocolate is DEFINITELY worth a try. So so good.

Hello, Good Morning, we are customers from France. We were lucky enough to have pancakes on Friday, January 9, 2026, with the £5 unlimited offer, and they were truly the best pancakes of my life. We highly recommend the Biscoff pancakes; they were a real treat. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is just as amazing with the music, and the service is even more incredible, especially from Blerina, who shone brightly with her beautiful smile. I highly recommend going here, especially on Fridays, but also on other days. A delicious breakfast.

Very good visit to Bills! Went on a Saturday morning and had no wait at all! The service was very quick and our server Maria was very attentive. Atmosphere is really good- well themed dining area and nice music Food was delicious! Shashuka bowl highly recommended as it was delicious- although the poached eggs were a bit cold (which we also found in another visit to a different bills with the Egg Benedict) The plant plate was also excellent and would recommend! Very nice location as well- right on Bakers Street!

A really nice place with amazing food for both everyday lunch and romantic dinners. The staff is very friendly and personable, so everything is served on time and you don't have to wait for a waiter with grace. I highly recommend the restaurants on Baker Street, and thank you to Ervis for helping us with our Valentine's Day dinner 😍😍😍... We'll definitely be back.

We didn’t talk at all while eating (and we’re a yapping family) so that says a lot about how good the food was! Also, got some nice assistance with the door in the end so thank you for that 🚪

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day breakfast at Bill’s. The food was great – really tasty and beautifully prepared. The service was quick and everything arrived fresh and hot. Perfectly adequate, but, if I were a local, not somewhere I’d return to or recommend to friends. We came specifically for a full English but I should’ve noticed they’d renamed it to “Bil’s Big Brunch.” Everything in a full-English was present but (a) only the hashbrowns were warm and (b) everything was rather bland in flavor. Again, perfectly adequate and nothing wrong with this industrial-cottage-core-themed restaurant, just very average all around

Nice restaurant with good atmosphere, kind staff. But bacon pancakes were very mid and not wow. But for 5£ I guess not bad for London otherwise I recommend other stuff from the menu. No draft beer though and what surprised me, when you want to pay through QR code there is sign “tip is optional” 12%, but if you want to make less % tip, you must tell the staff to remove it.

We had the Caesar salad here. The chicken was nicely grilled, but overall the dish was nothing special. We also tried the scones. Although they were served warm, the taste was a bit disappointing. The texture felt more like a biscuit or bread roll rather than a proper scone.
